CACIB Property & Corporate Services (PCS) is looking for a Smart Office Project Manager to lead the implementation of the CACIB Group's Paris project for new FlexOffice spaces in Singapore and to support the transformation of our working environments.

This multi-dimensional role, led by Head Office (HO), and currently being rolled out across the Group over the last 4 years, covers project management, IT, communication and change management to ensure a smooth transition aligned with the needs of employees and managers.

The position is based in Singapore. The Smart Office Project Manager will be reporting directly to PCS Paris team and local Chief Operation Officer/ Project Director.

Main missions

1. Project management and space design (Real estate)

  • Oversee the design of Smart Office new spaces, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and complying with the global principles (requirements, specificities, etc.).
  • Follow-up works : coordination with site teams, compliance with deadlines/planning and quality control.
  • Manage furniture/signage orders in collaboration with the architect.
  • Assist employees/department to reduce papers.
  • Prepare and manage the move into the new spaces/building (assist employees to reduce papers/storage, communicate about the logistic for the transfer, etc.)

2. IT

  • Collaborate with IT teams locally and in HO on the definition of the new Smart Office workstation (soft and hard tools).
  • Oversee the deployment of IT tools into the new spaces (workstation and alternative areas).

3. Change management and communication

  • Develop a change management strategy in collaboration with local HR and external stakeholders, complying with the HO global and participative approach.
  • Manage the establishment of rules for all employees to understand how the new spaces are used for (best practices).
  • Collect feedback during and after the move to measure employees acceptance to Smart Office and proceed to any adjustment needed.
  • Develop a communication strategy for the employees to be informed all along the project (meetings, townhall, newsletter, visits, etc.)

4. Reporting and follow-up

  • Regular report and update PCS Paris/HO about the project achievements and potential alert.
  • Follow-up approved budget and expenses in liaison with HO (Real estate, IT and change).
  • Ensure a global follow-up and assistance on other Smart Office projects managed by PCS Paris (Tokyo, Sydney, etc.)

Minimal education level

Postgraduate degree – MA/MSc/PhD/Doctorate or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

Master’s degree or equivalent, ideally in project management

Level of minimal experience

Experience

  • 1-3 years of work experience in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in managing complex transformation projects involving several streams
  • Expertise in new ways of working (SmartOffice, etc.) and change management
  • Expertise in Real Estate related projects
  • Budgetary and financial knowledge
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to federate cross-functional teams and support change
  • Fluent in English and in French
