Summary

 

We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern who is passionate about financial markets and has some knowledge of financial derivatives.

 

For 12 Months you will be a part of a small busy team of IT business analysts and developers, where you will develop your skills under the mentorship of business leaders and experienced colleagues. The role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with traders. risk analysts and operational staff; providing a fantastic platform for learning and growth. 

 

The main focus of the role will be to take part in IT projects developing the feature set of our various front-office systems for foreign exchange trading.

 

What You'll be Doing

 

  • Project Management - Participate in deliveries of enhancements to our key trading systems

 

  • Collaboration - Work directly with other IT as well as front office professionals

 

  • Gain expertise in niche FX products, get familiar with trade life-cycle front-to-back (with main focus on front-to-middle) and become acquainted with software development life-cycle.

 

Skills Needed

 

  • Derivative knowledge and willingness to learn: Some familiarity with FX products is preferred, but a strong desire to learn is essential

 

  • Experience with any coding language e.g. VBA. Python, C#, Java etc. 

 

  • Strong communicator: Excellent verbal and written skills

 

  • Work independently and collaboratively
