Missions
You will join Crédit Agricole CIB Sweden as a Global Investment Banking Analyst.
The Global Investment Banking Analyst will be integrated into the dedicated Stockholm based Nordic corporate finance team in a front-office role with exposure to key clients and wider teams within the bank, offering excellent opportunities for growing and developing M&A and banking skills.
As a V.I.E. analyst with the Nordic Team of Credit Agricole’s Global Investment Banking division you will work directly with the experienced professionals of the Stockholm based corporate finance team, offering excellent opportunities for developing advanced research and analytical skills, and experiencing all aspects of the investment banking profession.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the origination and execution of Nordic M&A and ECM transactions
- Prepare marketing materials together with local colleagues, industry groups and product specialists across the bank
- Assist in the execution of M&A mandates (buy-side or sell-side); including process coordination, support financial analysis and internal coordination activities and processing of transaction support documents
To be eligible for a VIE :
- Be less than 28 years old ;
- Be postgraduate of a Master degree ;
- Be EU citizen

• Strong understanding of Corporate Finance, ideally gained from previous work experience;
• Strong analytical skills and academic track-record;
• Good understanding of financial analysis and accounting, preferably with prior work experience.

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Attention to detail, precision and organizational skills
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and thriving in a fast-paced environment
Language skills and the level expected:
Fluency in English and one Nordic language.
