Job summary
Support FCS and Front/Back Office teams as needed to ensure timely and quality service on processing of CIB/ITB/ERA/CLF/DAR products.
Key responsibilities
1. Support KYC processing
- Assist in collecting and organizing KYC documents from clients
- Perform initial completeness checks on submitted KYC documents
- Help maintain and update KYC information in internal systems if needed
- Support periodic reviews and data quality checks in accordance with global KYC guidelines
2. Support Credit Documentation process
- Assist in organizing and reviewing credit-related documents
- Support routine daily credit limit check process
- Help maintain and update relevant systems where necessary
3. Support Client Service & Cash Management activities
- Assist with routine administrative or reporting tasks in client service & cash management activities
- Support to handle client queries for EUR cash clearing transactions where necessary

Academic qualification / Speciality
- Bachelor’s degree in any Finance & Banking or equivalent fields is preferred

- 0~2 years in KYC and loan documentation is preferred (not mandatory)
- Proactive, team-player, good interpersonal skills, ability to work well under pressure, ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent in both written and spoken Korean and English
