Job summary

Join our UK KYC Support to Front (S2F) Client Services Team as an Intern. This role is crucial for ensuring the optimal functioning of the KYC Corporate activity, including creation, add-booking, modification, and periodic reviews. You will interact daily with UK business lines and contribute to the development of the service within a team. Our core mission is to deliver excellent Client Onboarding & KYC Periodic reviews through outstanding execution capability and deep technical knowledge. Ideal candidates will have financial knowledge and interest in regulatory trends and developments

 

Key Responsibilities are, but not limited to:

  • Focus primarily on KYC analysis for both new Client Onboarding and Periodic Reviews, maintaining constant client contact
  • Assist Wealth Relationship Managers (WRMs) in client creation, add booking, modification, and periodic review of KYCs
  • Support WRMs in executing remediation processes or related KYC projects
  • Ensure the completion of assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and within the defined deadline.
    Monitor team activity and allocate new files/requests to KYC S2F team analysts
  • Assist with daily/weekly reports for the team to follow up on KYC files with Client/RM/GRM/FS
  • Prepare the weekly meeting dashboard and team’s weekly highlights
  • Perform daily or weekly controls of the KYC S2F team activity
  • Conduct quality checks on sample files to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Manage any other ad hoc or administrative activities within the team
  • Report any issues, alerts, or blocking points to your hierarchy
  • Participate in department methods and process improvement discussions across global locations
