Job summary

The RSF Credit Repo team is a globally integrated group with trading desks located in New York, London, Paris, and Hong Kong. The team is responsible for managing the credit secured financing book, a critical component of the firm’s broader financing and liquidity strategy.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support the RSF Credit Repo traders in their daily operations and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of desk tools and processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Support the Credit Repo Traders in their day-to-day activity of trading repo products
  • Assist in the monitoring and management of risk positions
  • Help maintain current tools and systems at the trading desk level
  • Build and develop new tools and process with credit repo traders to improve the efficiency and productivity of the desk’s activities (mainly Excel and Python based)

 

Candidate Profile:

 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good Excel and Python skills would be highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Interest in financial markets, particularly in fixed income

 

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to global markets and develop a deep understanding of credit repo trading within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
