Summary of the position
Assisting the Country Chief Operating for CA-CIB India and managing his office.
Main responsibilities
Management of COO Office:
-Organisation and follow up – taking over responsibilities to ease COO pressure of work.
-Organizing daily schedule, meetings, travel plans, expenses reporting.
-COO local formalities (FRRO, aadhaar, visa extension …)
-Organizing agenda and logistics for visitors
-Support Function Committee: Regulatory monthly meeting – preparation, collation, circulation of agenda, minuting of meeting, keeping files for reference, audits etc.
- Support some specific COO projects when required (CSR, Gift City, Medium Term Plan … )
ITB Head:
-Organisation and follow up – taking over responsibilities to ease ITB Head pressure of work.
-Organizing daily schedule, meetings (incl reaching out to clients), travel plans (flights & hotels), expenses claims & reporting, managing visas and related documentation
-Organizing agenda, travel & logistics for visitors
-Support Function Committee: Regulatory monthly meeting – preparation, collation, circulation of agenda, minuting of meeting, keeping files for reference, audits etc.
- Support some specific projects when required (Gift City, Medium Term Plan, CSP … )
This job carries a lot of responsibility. Being able and willing to adapt to changes in the way of working of each COO is very important. Besides professional skills, other qualities like being tactful is important while confidentiality is a must. Other skills are organization and ability to get on with colleagues/present the best possible image of the bank to outsiders.
8 to 10 years of experience in Banking industry.
