About the Role
Join Crédit Agricole CIB's Distribution and Asset Rotation (DAR) Americas team as a US Analyst supporting our Corporate / Investment Grade CLF Distribution desk. You'll play a hands-on role in the full lifecycle of syndicated transactions — from origination and pricing through to closing and execution — while gaining broad exposure across Leveraged Finance, LATAM Corporate IG, Fund Solutions, and Digital Infrastructure.

What You'll Do:
Syndicate Support
Prepare internal credit documents including DAR Opinions, Market Reads, and liquidity analyses
Build and maintain databases covering structuring comparables and investor analytics
Develop marketing materials such as pitches, teasers, and lender presentations
Support primary syndication activities: investor outreach, data site maintenance, and syndication tracking
Participate in drafting and negotiating legal term sheets, commitment documents, and credit agreements alongside internal and external counsel
Coordinate across credit, legal, relationship management, middle office, operations, and senior management to ensure accurate and timely deal execution
Prepare post-closing documentation including fee memos and closing memos
Submit and verify league table credits with third-party providers
Who You'll Work With:
You'll collaborate with a wide range of internal teams including Debt Capital Markets, Credit Risk, Corporate and LATAM IG, Leveraged Finance, FIG, Securitization, and senior management across the US and globally. Externally, you'll interact with banks, institutional investors, and borrowers.
