Position: US Analyst – Business Analyst

This is an incredible opportunity that will give candidates the opportunity to work for the Chief of Staff for the Americas of the third largest European Bank. As part of the Chief of Staff Office you will be working closely with the highest level of management within the organization. You are main responsibilities are organized as following:

 

Data Management & Reporting

  • Develop tremendous skills with the in-house CRM tool (Client Live) and consistently work on How to improve the Data management
  • Work closely with the Client Live team of Paris Head Office to improve the already existing reporting tools
  • Generate client, portfolio performance, and RWA evolution reports monthly and at an ad-hoc basis to senior managers and group heads

 

Strategy & Analysis

  • Proactively participate to the preparation of the Strategy documents: PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets for both internal/external audiences
  • Analyze monthly performance measures at all levels including Client segment analysis and Product sales analysis by Country/Region
  • Work closely with the Relationship Management Groups to facilitate analytics and problem solving

 

Day to Day Support & Coordination

  • Assist the Coverage and Product teams by responding to general questions regarding activities associated with the functions being supported
  • Help coordinate various teams in New York, Paris Head Office and the Americas
  • Project Management: coordinate global or trans-business/product line initiatives

 

Salary: $100,000

US Analyst Program Overview

The U.S. Analyst program offers an opportunity for recent college graduates interested in finance and investment banking to actively participate in this fast-paced and challenging industry.  We provide our U.S. Analysts with the tools necessary for professional growth and career advancement. The U.S. Analyst experience fosters the opportunity to connect with people who can help guide your career.

 

The U.S. Analyst position will be available for a maximum of 2 years.  The goal of the U.S. Analyst program is to develop the ideal candidate into a full-time position at the end of the two years.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Recent college graduate with 12 months out of college maximum
  • Candidate must be eligible to work in the United States

Computer Skills

  • Exceptional knowledge of Excel and Data Management (Access and/or Power BI)
  • Extensive knowledge of PowerPoint

 

Communication Skills

  • Exceptional communicator with an ability to build relationships and collaborate across functions
  • Ability to work calmly and with confidence in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
  • Must speak English, French and/or Spanish a plus
