Summary

This position is to assist the TPRM Manager while working closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage and mitigate supplier risk.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in all aspects of the Third Party Risk Management (“TPRM”) department and the continued evolution of the program, including automation initiatives and use of third party resources to improve the quality and efficiency of our risk assessment and mitigation processes.
  • Assist with the Third Party Risk supplier risk assessment processes including following up with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure suppliers that have been on-boarded, have been on-boarded correctly, and that all supplier / relationship fields have been populated correctly.
  • Validate that all vendor & beneficial ownership sanction screenings have been performed according to policy and have been uploaded into the TPRM tool.
  • Assists with the Third Party Risk Management Steering Committee presentation deck and other presentations to senior management and committees,
  • Update and manage the TPRM system as it pertains to third party risk assessments to ensure complete documentation, timely assessments, and accurate and valid supplier data.
  • Perform quality assurance checks of the data in the TPRM tool by utilizing Excel, e.g., filters, sorting, pivot tables, vlookup functionality, etc.
  • Create and track issues in TPRM Caution / Watch lists to address supplier concerns raised during the risk assessment process or by stakeholders, i.e., activity managers.
  • Maintain the annual on-going monitoring of the inherent risk questionnaire (“IRQ”) launch schedule, and ensure due diligence questionnaires are launched when required.
  • Work with the manager of the Third Party Risk Management team to help build out the quality assurance function within the department.
  • Perform Internet research on third-parties as necessary
  • Assist other GSP members in managing sourcing activities in relation to supplier evaluation and on boarding,
  • Provide support on supplier on-boarding, monitoring, and off-boarding

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Experience

Minimal Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Candidate must not require Visa sponsorship now or in the future (OPT, CPT F1)
  • Candidate must have a graduation date between February 2024 - March 2025
     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Be detail oriented 
  • Can prioritize tasks and able to meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills both in writing and speaking
