What You'll Do:
· Architect a Powerful Ecosystem: Develop a platform that fosters collaboration between investors, lenders, and clients, streamlining deal flow across syndicated markets.
· Embrace Complexity: Design a system capable of managing diverse loan formats, large lender pools, institutional investors, and multi-product offerings.
· Boost Efficiency: Drive agility through more focused and structured transactions, optimizing deal execution.
· Navigate the Regulatory Landscape: Implement solutions that adhere to evolving regulations like Basel IV and IFRS 9.
The position requires autonomy and reliability in performing duties while maintaining close communication with the rest of the program. The candidate will need to develop a good understanding of both IT systems and business processes and drive delivery of systems that are at forefront of transformation.
Main responsibilities
· Act as a primary point of contact between multiple development teams and senior stakeholders
· Track and communicate project progress, risks, issues regularly and facilitate project and program committees
· Lead and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives and ensure that team adheres to agile principles and values
· Work closely with product owners to manage and prioritize product backlog and ensure that teams understands goals and ensure cross-team collaboration when needed.
· Ensure the quality of team deliverables by fostering continuous improvement mindset
· Mentor and coach team members fostering professional growth and development
· Ensure that teams are well balanced in terms of skills and experience by managing recruitments, performance reviews and career development plans.
· Identify and mitigate risks that impact project delivery and develop contingency plans.
· Implement changes to enhance productivity across organization
Contribute to the strategic planning and direction of the IT transformation program
Supplementary Information
Qualifications and Profile
This position requires around 15+ years of experience in delivery management of large scale projects focused on digital transformations.
Technical
· Full understanding of project management standards and terminologies. Certifications like PMP or PRINCE2 is desirable but not mandatory.
· Very good understanding of project management tooling like WBS, MS project, JIRA etc.
· Very good understanding of system design, development methodologies, testing frameworks, deployment and maintenance activities
· Working experience with Agile Methodology in at least on project
· Good knowledge and experience in implementing best practices for software engineering.
· Basic knowledge of architecture frameworks
Functional
· General knowledge of corporate and investment banking especially financing domain.
· Good understanding of SDLC
