Missions
You wlll join Crédit Agricole CIB Taiwan as an Organization Project Manager.
Your concrete missions will be the following:
1- Project Management
- Under supervision of Head of Organisation, act as local PMO for the Clearing Project (study cases and business requirements, follow up of the IT developments, change management for Front Office and operations teams).
- Assist the Head of Organisation in the Digitalization project and work with the product lines to help define the worflows to streamline.
- Act as a local coordinator and contact point for the Bank’s core banking system functioning and evolution.
- Assist in any other assignment/project given by Head of Organisation.
2- Assist Management Team
- Work with the branch’s management team to prepare business planning exercise (multi-year plan) in a timely and professional manner – as well as ad hoc business initiative
- Assist Management team to prepare presentations, call reports, follow up action plan.
- Assist Management team to plan and execute communication and marketing plan for the branches within Crédit Agricole Group network as well with external means (social media, branch anniversary, …) in coordination with Branch communication team.
- Work actively on preparing ESG initiatives from the branch to become even further Sustainably friendly with zero carbon initiatives.
3- User Support
- Analyze users' need and liaise with support via CALITRACK and/or local IT directly.
- Maintain close liaison with Head Office, Hong Kong, London and ISAP IT representatives for user assistance; regularly follow up and review issues tracker.
- Assists in ISIS-KEOPS local report development, ISIS functional issues follow up, ISIS upgrade and migration.
4- Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
- Conduct periodic testing of the Bank’s BCP with hub entities (ISAP, Hong Kong, London) working closely with Head of Organization and the IT Department (in charge of technical aspects of the BCP) ;
- Maintain regular update of BCP instructions, Call Tree contact list and relevant procedures.
5- Internal Procedures
- Assist head of Organisation in the review and update of internal procedures.
- Assist in implementation, notification of new/revised procedures, archiving.
- Assist in formalization of new process.
- Maintain a master summary of the evolution of procedure updates.
6- Workflow Practices / Productivity Improvement
- Identify opportunities/problem areas for process / productivity review and recommends enhancements / solutions.
To be eligible for a VIE:
- Be less than 28 years old
- Be graduated of Master Degree
- Be EU citizen
