Summary of the position:
Under the functional link to GIT/CSI, he manages all the teams for IT Application Development, Maintenance & Support in ISAP/BLI/CSI to ensure that all the projects, activities & tasks under the teams’ responsibilities are performed within quality standards, on schedule and cost effectively.
Main responsibilities:
§ Report hierarchically to the Head of ISAP and functionally to the Global Head of GIT/BLI/CSI in Paris.
§ Supervise and oversee all BLI/CSI teams & activities in ISAP.
§ Main activities of his teams are, for the applications and/or projects under the teams responsibilities:
– Delivering application development & maintenance
– Ensuring the Application supports (Level 1, 2 & 3)
– Delivering a department strategy aligned with the bank, clients, GIT/BLI and ISAP visions
– Ensuring the technological watch for continuous improvement and innovation purposes
§ Scope of activities is Risk, Finance, Compliance and Referential IT
Main duties details:
Supervise and oversee all CSI teams & activities in ISAP:
§ Ensure all the activities under the teams’ responsibilities are performed on schedule, within quality standards and cost effectively.
§ Oversee the acquisition and development of software systems in organizational units.
§ Continuously monitor the satisfaction level of his internal customers and put efforts to improve it.
§ Manage the sourcing of his teams following the ISAP rules.
§ Make sure all the staff of his teams observe and respect Credit Agricole-CIB code of conduct and ISAP handbook.
§ Participate in Project governance meetings (ex: Monthly SGC meetings organized by IT Line, Steering/project committees, Regional COO meetings and etc.).
§ Manage change management.
§ Continuously put efforts for study & realization of improvement and innovation
§ Participate in transversal initiatives in ISAP and share best practices
§ Oversee and validate the CSI department expenses related to requests, claims and expenses
§ Contribute to and lead within ISAP/CSI the transformations initiated by GIT/CSI, in particular the evolution of our operating model with CA-CIB support functions (Projet Pegase)
§ Continuously ensure a good level of operation with CA-GIP teams
Deliver a proper reporting
§ Consolidate and make CSI budget and blend proposals to his/her managers
§ Review & follow up CSI project plans and make necessary escalations to the Managers.
§ Prepare and send regular/ad-hoc reports to the Managers (ex: Weekly update, ISAP straco meeting) .
§ Participate at regular/ad-hoc meetings with the his/her Managers (ex: CSI CODIR, ISAP CODIR).
§ Consult and get validation from the Managers for making important organization changes in ISAP BLI/CSI.
§ As one of the senior managers in GIT, give BLI&ISAP Management his/her views on important subjects. Is committed, reliable and helpful to his colleagues
§ Manage the budget of the department (actuals and forecasts), driving the activity and recruitment strategy to be aligned with GIT, ISAP and department blend models
Coordinate with other parties
§ Coordination with Paris teams.
- CSI IT Line Managers and their respective his N-1 in Paris.
- Any other Paris teams functionally related (ex: Sponsors).
§ Coordination with other teams in ISAP.
§ Coordination with any other teams:
- External vendors, if needed.

Bachelor and above in relevant discipline
Comply with Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities
§ Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the Singapore Compliance manual and Compliance policies and procedures as issued from time to time; Financial Security requirements, including, but not limited to, the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud including reporting obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer.
§ Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role. Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence.
Secondary duties:
§ Validate and/or approve applications submitted by his team members within his delegation.
§ Other duties may be assigned.
