In the FX MO team, we support the Global Markets Division trading desks by ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of trade capture, validation, and lifecycle events. Our team is dedicated to providing top-notch support to the Front Office, facilitating smooth operations, and contributing to the development of secure and optimized transactions.
Your Role:
As a Forex Middle Office Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Forex, Carbon, and Cross-Asset Front Office teams. Your responsibilities will include:
Performing Systemic P/L Checks: Communicate any P/L changes to traders.
Monitoring Activities: Keep an eye on reports in Sigma and validate trades with confirmation or Reuters supports.
Ensuring Accuracy: Check the exhaustiveness of trades in Orchestrade and prepare daily funding.
Handling Amendments and Queries: Address trade amendments, queries, and investigations promptly.
Resolving Booking Differences: Investigate daily breaks and assist trading desks with booking issues.

Candidate criteria
Minimal education level
High school / Secondary school / A levels / AS levels / IB
Academic qualification / Speciality
A degree in finance or previous experience in Middle Office functions. An MA in finance/business is a plus
Experience
Previous experience in Middle Office/Back Office/Trade Support, especially with Forex Derivatives and Carbon Products.
Required skills
Fluent in English, rigorous, organized, autonomous, proactive, reliable, and able to work under pressure. Knowledge of French is an asset.
Technical skills required
Proficiency in Excel, good knowledge of capital markets processes, and familiarity with Forex and Bonds front office systems. Skills in Excel VBA and Python are desirable.
