Job summary

Responsible for driving business development with sovereign, banks, non-banking financial institutions and pension funds etc in alignment with company’s annual budget and strategic objectives. This role involves active coordination with product teams and global banking units to maximize the profitability through cross-selling opportunities.

 

Major roles include:

1.  Establishing and maintaining client relationship and credit limit to support business activities

2.  Monitoring the creditworthiness of counterparties to ensure a high quality portfolio

3.  Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies, safeguarding the company’s interest in alignment with Korean and global standards

4.  Foster collaboration across divisions and ensuring business growth while maintaining financial and regulatory integrity.

 

Key Responsibilities


1.  Act as the primary liaison between clients and the company, collaborating closely with product teams to implement relationship strategies and client plans effectively

2.  Achieve target NBI and PI

3.  Drive cross-selling opportunities by promoting the full range of the Group’s projects and services in coordination with relevant product teams

4.  Expand the client base by establishing new FI relationships and originating new business opportunities

5.  Ensure strict adherence to local regulatory requirements and the Group’s compliance standards

6.  Protect company from potential risks and financial losses

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

- 10yrs+ in banking industry

- In-depth knowledge of financial/ capital markets

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively so as to build relationships with internal/ external stakeholders

- Fluent in both spoken and written English

Level of minimal experience

11 years and more

Languages

NATIVE Korean, Fluent in English
