Job summary

The successful candidate will join as a Trainee, assisting the team in work scope related to real estate financing opportunities - transaction ground work / research, cashflow modelling, conducting KYC review, preparing Business and Credit Memos, performing portfolio reviews, executing and closing transactions, among others.

 

The ideal candidate should complete their graduation requirements and is available to start the position by September 2025. Trainee program is one year to begin with and possible for extension up to 2 years in total, subject to performance and business needs.


 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial analysis / cashflow modelling and other ground work (such as KYC, etc.) to facilitate execution of transaction mandates
  • Perform industry research, draft marketing materials, and prepare financing proposals to prospective clients
  • Work on Business and Credit Memos, Annual Reviews, and Portfolio Reviews, etc.
  • Work closely with team members on various tasks in relation to business origination
  • General assistance to the team in all commercial, marketing, execution and reporting / budgeting functions

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or relevant discipline with less than 12 months’ full-time working experience

Level of minimal experience

0-2 years

Required skills

  • Proficient Excel financial analysis and cashflow modelling skills
  • Multi-tasking ability to work within a dynamic environment under tight deadlines
  • Good work attitude; a team player and self-starter with good problem-solving skills

Languages

Excellent written/ spoken English and Chinese (Korean is a plus but is not mandatory)
