Job summary
· Chief Operation Officer assistant & Senior Country Officer assistant back-up
· In charge of providing support to Management on both local or global projects/initiatives
· Conduct studies and put in place KPI’s on various aspects of the Bank
Key responsibilities
1. Secretary work
- Manage expenses, travel reservations (not limited to COO)
- Interact with travel agency and other services providers
- Act as COO assistant and SCO assistant back-up
2. Projects / studies management
- Assist COO on several projects
- Conduct studies for the Management of the Bank (expenses follow-up, travel carbon footprint monitoring)
- Define and design KPI’s to support the Bank Management
3. Communication
- Assist on coordinating internal communication within the Bank
- Interact with regional Communication teams to ensure Korea’s updates are properly shared
- Propose ideas to strengthen the communication within the Bank and towards external parties
