Job summary
**This position will be under the Employee Referral Program in Hong Kong.
Department: Distribution and Asset Rotation
Summary
The candidate will be working with senior members of the APAC Loan Distribution Team, to support the financing Business Lines (CLF, ERA, ITB) in connection with the pricing, underwriting and distribution of Syndicated Loans, in the primary, secondary and Credit Risk Insurance (CRI) markets.
Key Responsibilities
- In collaboration with senior loan distributors, perform the relevant responsibilities in connection with primary syndications (pricing, liquidity assessment, underwriting support, syndication opinions, bookrunning, etc…) and secondary activity (including loan trading)
- Achieve final take targets with minimal overholds whilst contributing to the regional syndication fee budget
- Contribute to the Asset Rotation Strategy
- Perform investor coverage
- Provide support to the CRI activity with both internal (coverage, financing Business Lines, credit department) and external (broker, insurers) stakeholders whilst working closely with the CRI Team in London/Paris
- Maintain a good connection with key market players (peers, investors, insurance brokers, insurers, etc.)

- Key Internal Contacts: CLF, ERA and ITB financing teams, coverage officers, credit department, CRI team in Europe and other DAR colleagues globally
