Job summary

Join our Onboarding department and contribute to the CACIB global onboarding process through operational excellence. There is an opportunity to be within either the change management or periodic review team which are pivotal in delivering regulatory onboarding solutions with a strong focus on operational integrity. The ideal candidates will demonstrate key competencies in communication, flexibility, and project management, ensuring effective service delivery and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities are, but not limited to:

  • Provide regulatory onboarding solutions focused on business-as-usual, pre-trade elements including KYC Onboarding and Periodic Review
  • Manage core onboarding-related 'life-cycle' issues such as periodic KYC review, delivery of associated regulatory remediation topics, and implementation of Filiere Tiers/FS-driven initiatives
  • Enhance efficiency and integrity through a rolling programme of continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop and maintain extensive practical and market knowledge to ensure effective delivery of GMD’s onboarding obligations
  • Maximise adoption of onboarding 'best-practices' through constant interaction with clients, peers, and industry bodies
  • Represent the organisation in all relevant regulatory adherence meetings and committees
  • Manage and deliver projects related to regulatory development and continuous improvement of the core service offering using Lean and Agile project methodologies
