Job summary

Trainee will be supporting public bond offerings and private placement transactions for clients, assisting in deal execution, client communication and coordination with internal stakeholders.

 

Key responsibilities

 - Support executing debt issuance for clients (documentation, presentation, ESG labelling, market updated, logistics)

 - Assist in preparing pitch books and presentation materials for prospective clients

 - Support roadshow logistics and investor presentations, including Q&A preparation

 - Respond to client requests and assist with ESG reporting and related documentation

 - Actively coordinate with internal teams

 - Support execution of private placement

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

  • Candidates who have completed all graduation requirements and are available to start work from February
  • Candidates with less than one year of post-graduation work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field

Level of minimal experience

0-2 years

Required skills

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as an understanding of financial markets and products
  • Strong sense of commitment and persistence
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Korean and English

Languages

NATIVE Korean, Fluent in English
