Job summary

Summary

Position based in New York within the Risk Division, to assist the CUSO (“Combined US Operations”) Operational Risk team with risk aggregation within the CUSO perimeter, which currently primarily consists of activities conducted in the US by Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank and Amundi US, along with other transverse and day-to-day tasks of the team. The team participates in the reinforcement of the local implementation of Credit Agricole SA Group risk monitoring standards while ensuring US specificities and requirements are properly taken into account. The team is more specifically in charge of:

Assisting the CUSO Chief Risk Officer to review the risks of the Combined US Operations.

Preparing / Consolidating the presentations (in coordination with the relevant departments) for the CUSO Operational Risk Bureau

 

Responsibilities

As member of CUSO Operational Risk Team:

  • Participate in the oversight of the effectiveness of operational risk management and third party risk management within the CUSO perimeter
  • Aggregate issue management data in order to provide stakeholders with a holistic view of progress against on-going remediation as well as provide thematic summaries of the in progress issues.
  • Assist in the preparation and consolidation of the presentations for the Operational Risk Bureau.
  • Provide administrative support (organization, drafting minutes) for the Operational Risk Bureau.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of responses to requests received from the regulator and or Internal Audit.
  • Assist with the implementation and administration of a governance, risk and compliance (GRC) tool supporting the issues management program.
  • This role will pay $100,000
     

Others

  • The Risk Division in New York is consistently strengthening its risk framework to provide effective monitoring and meet industry best practices. As such, the team member will also:
  • Assist on this project, by ensuring the implementation of solid methodologies, clearly documented.
  • Assist the CUSO Risk Team and collaborate with CUSO and CUSO entities’ teams on various transverse projects to strengthen the CUSO risk framework.
  • Support members of the CUSO Risk and Entities’ Risk Team in their day-to-day tasks and other projects.
  • Follow up on upcoming new regulatory requirements and their impact for the Risk division.
  • Follow up on industry developments and on changes in the risk environment which could impact the US activities.
