Job summary

Summary

Long-term internship in Crédit Agricole CIB’s Fund Solutions Group (FSG) within the Corporate and Leveraged Finance (CLF) department. The successful candidate will assist the London-based team responsible for the origination of Fund Finance solutions for the main international private equity, infrastructure and real estate funds.

The Intern’s main missions will be:

- Supporting senior officers in the origination and execution of fund financing transactions

- Drafting internal credit requests and following credit sanctioning process (participation in business and credit committees when needed)

- Carrying-out borrower research and financial analysis in order to help assessment of new transactions

- Calculating transaction profitability using the Bank's internal tools

- Assisting in the Know-Your-Customer validation process of the borrowers.

- Following portfolio exposure and managing amendment requests of live facilities when needed

- Producing call reports of client meetings, plus pitch documentation (as and when required)

- Updating credentials database and internal pipeline
