Job summary
GIB aims at advising large clients of the Bank for their strategic financial transactions as well as structuring and executing specialized financial transactions.
As this role supports the establishment and expansion of a new function, this will be a great opportunity for candidates interested in developing a career in Coverage and Investment Banking.
Key responsibilities
1. Support development and reinforcement of GIB activities in Korea
2. Assist in originating and executing of M&A transaction involving Korean clients
3. Assist in preparing client meeting and pitch deck, valuation model, etc
4. Generate new ideas by having active dialogue with local coverage team, GIB APAC team, and other relevant internal teams
