You will join Credit Agricole CIB Spain. You will assist the Distribution &amp; Asset Rotation (DAR) team in all their activities, notably related to Project Finance, Real Estate Finance, Corporate, TMT and Leveraged loan distribution, which include :

- Support in the preparation of DAR syndication opinions (including pricing and structuring) with focus on transactions with a nexus to Spanish-speaking countries
- Comparable transaction tables by relevant sector and liquidity analysis
- Completion of closing memos in a timely manner
- Assist with various Powerpoint presentations in connection with pitches and market updates
- Assist with Excel spreadsheets reports and databases
- Use Debtdomain database when inviting banks into a transaction or for reporting/search purposes
- Update comparable files
- Support the team in preparing bank meetings &amp; complete call reports
- Assist in conducting market research and present market update
- Support coordinating the development and monitoring of the Spanish investor base, especially with a focus on non-bank investors, and exploring new opportunities
- Coordination with all business lines involved
- Assist in internal reporting analysis and management of Diamond.

You will interact closely with the various CACIB origination teams (CLF &amp; ERA), with the loan investor base and with the rest of the loan Distribution team in both a “syndicate” and distribution/sales function.

Your concrete missions will be the following :

- Attend to client queries, transactional and operational requests and follow up to ensure they are satisfactorily addressed;

- Assist in preparing pitch books and other marketing materials.

You will join Crédit Agricole CIB Germany as International Business Development Analyst.

You will assist the Head of the International Desk for Germany and Switzerland located in Frankfurt (Germany).

The International Desks assists Crédit Agricole Group clients, primarily French companies.

A desk covers a geographical area and relies upon local banking and non-banking resources of the Crédit Agricole Group abroad or partner banks. Drawing upon bicultural expertise, the desk provides the client with essential information about local market and practices.


The desk can also assist Crédit Agricole Group customers when entering or expanding in the French or other markets relying primarily on the combined branch networks of Crédit Agricole, LCL (Le Crédit Lyonnais), Group’s subsidiaries, and the International Retail Banking entities.



Your concrete missions will be to:
Provide clients with information on banking practices, services, and legal/tax/commercial practices in Germany and Switzerland through CA group networks and partner

Support daily operations (account opening, credit facilities, cash management, debt collection) and facilitate contacts with trade support institutions

Ensure trilingual communication (French/German/English), client document management, and monthly reporting to Paris.

Your daily tasks will be:

The Corporate Planning at Crédit Agricole Japan is responsible for the good implementation of the franchise’s strategy locally, and follow up of the performance, in direct support of the Japan Senior Country Officer (SCO).
