Mission
Assist senior bankers in developing long-term and profitable global business relationships with major financial institutions, including banks, the public sector, insurance companies, pension funds, and asset managers.


Main Responsibilities:

- Understand clients' strategy, financial position, and needs
- Acquire knowledge of the bank's product offering and its relevance to clients
- Ensure a healthy risk profile and align it with the bank's risk appetite


Compliance and Ethics
- Implement the banks’ compliance and KYC requirements in relation to the portfolio of clients and their business with the bank;
- Demonstrate a high sense of ethics


Senior Banker Support:
Prepare:
Marketing materials (pitches)
Client strategies/plans
Profitability analyses
Transaction documentation

 
Together with the Global Relationship Manager:
- formalize the Coverage and the Business Lines credit request

- Coordinate transactions and credit requests with the product areas and the international branches of the bank under the supervision of the Senior banker

- Participate in credit committees, enabling well informed decisions

Reporting:

- Prepare call reports
- Draft client live memos and support memos

Are you our future VIE ?
Assist the management of the GIT infrastructure and production in a two-person team to ensure the smooth operation of the computer systems applications, network, voice, market data and technical support to ~60 users in Australia.
Main responsibilities
Provide timely support for staff in Sydney as well as Melbourne offices, ensuring that user requirements are met.
Support/Implement IT projects of HO (Paris) and regional (APAC and HKG-IT) as it applies to CACIB Australia.
Liaise with global and regional GIT-ITS peers in HO, UK and Asia
Support local IT projects and 3rd party systems (AustraClear, Bloomberg, RITS, ADP, AgileReporter, etc.)
General management of Telephony and Video Conference devices including Cisco IPT, GMD IPC, Cisco VC and Corporate mobile.
Collaborate between local IT and GIT/London/ISAP/HKG to ensure SLAs are up to date and well maintained for outsourcing activities.
Follows up on IT audit recommendations by HO, APAC, internal/external audit organizations and to make necessary coordination with fellow colleagues.
Ensure all IT security measures are in place and update them according to any new global or local rules.
Keep the operational risks related to IT aspects under control and assist with the annual risk self assessment.

This VIE position combines a Distribution support role and a Private placement Origination support role.
As part of one of the bank’s distribution platforms in Continental Europe, the successful candidate will support the structuring, syndication, and placement of a wide range of debt transactions including Schuldschein, Corporate Acquisition Finance, Rail Finance, Project Finance, and ECA-covered financing.
This role offers strong exposure to the EMEA loan market, institutional investors, and complex cross-border financings. It combines strategic execution responsibilities with direct interaction across Crédit Agricole CIB’s origination, credit, and trading teams globally.

Your concrete missions will be the following:

Distribution Support:
Support in the preparation of DAR syndication opinions (including pricing and structuring) with focus on transactions with a nexus to German-speaking countries
Comparable transaction tables by relevant sector and liquidity analysis
Completion of closing memos in a timely manner
Assist with various Powerpoint presentations in connection with pitches and market updates
Assist with Excel spreadsheets reports and databases, including the use of the internal AI tool
Use Debtdomain database when inviting banks into a transaction or for reporting/search purposes
Update comparable files
Help team in preparing bank meetings &amp; complete call reports
Assist in conducting market research and present market update
Support coordinating the development and monitoring of the German investor base, especially with a focus on non-bank investors, and exploring new opportunities
Coordination with FIG, DCM and GMD in Germany as well
 
Sales &amp; Investor Interaction:
Elaborate marketing and market monitoring documents for senior Originator: macroeconomic analysis, bond market and private placement monitoring, ad-hoc client meeting presentations, market analyses, newsletters, including the use of the internal AI tool
Update and monitor databases, league tables, and market references
Conduct market intelligence and monitor Private Placement investors' investment criteria
Support Senior originator in execution of transactions in Schuldschein or USPP formats for German-speaking countries
The candidate must demonstrate genuine autonomy and strong teamwork abilities (frequent collaboration with syndication teams, distribution teams, and other DCM team members in Europe and the United States)

The International Desks assists Crédit Agricole Group clients, primarily French companies.

Your concrete missions will be to:
Provide clients with information on banking practices, services, and legal/tax/commercial practices in Germany and Switzerland through CA group networks and partner

Support daily operations (account opening, credit facilities, cash management, debt collection) and facilitate contacts with trade support institutions

Ensure trilingual communication (French/German/English), client document management, and monthly reporting to Paris.

Your daily tasks will be:
These tasks include a day-to-day relationship with the CA-group (especially the Caisses régionales, LCL, CREDIT AGRICOLE CIB and the entities of Crédit Agricole SA in France and abroad) and their customers, as well as with partner banks, Business France and any other partner or service providers in the region.

Crédit Agricole CIB India is operating through 5 branches: Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Bangalore and Chennai. It supports its corporate clients, both Indian and international, as well as the main financial institutions in India with a complete product offering from cash management, trade finance, foreign exchange and interest rate swaps, short and medium term financing in rupees and other currencies, to cross-border advisory services.
You will join our Mumbai team and assist the Senior Country Officer in various tasks and responsibilities from monitoring the business performance, to participating in managing the bank activity, contributing to the commercial strategy deployment, development projects and organisation improvements, under the SCO’s guidance.
You will be in close contact with Coverage team and business lines, as well Support Functions, APAC Chief of Staff team and /or Headquarter when necessary. You will also be participating to various business analysis.

Your concrete missions will be the following:
Support work on commercial strategy implementation inter alia in providing support the development of the clients’ base along with Coverage team, strategic projects and business development initiatives of CACIB India branch.
Coordinate implementation of those projects with relevant local and/or regional/HO teams  behalf of the SCO and under his guidance.
Monitor the ongoing deals, pipeline for India franchise.
Follow-up client revenues and profitability for India, prepare ad-hoc analysis.
Participate to budget exercise.
Prepare various presentations to both internal and external interlocutors.

You will join Credit Agricole CIB Americas as an Electronic Market Data Analyst.

 The Capital Markets electronic offering is a mean to deliver the commercial and product strategy to its clients.
In this context, the eSales team, embedded within the global Electronic Client Connectivity team, is a specialised, strategy and product-driven team, supporting the bank’s distribution strategy in its electronic dimension.

The key responsibilities of the team are:
- Understand clients’ needs and evolving trading strategies to guide the bank’s distribution strategy
-  Partner with internal and external clients to solve problems and contribute to growth generation
- Lead change management efforts across the bank to extract value from market electronification
 
Your concrete missions will be the following:

Maintenance of analytical dashboards
Synthesize information from data platforms of trading venues. 
Maintenance and troubleshooting of automated data pipeline developed in Python/VBA.
Maintenance and troubleshooting of the visuals, metrics, and data connections within the Power BI dashboards.
Act as backup in BCP plan.

Ongoing development of analytical dashboards
Improve efficiency through the establishment of new data delivery channel (SFTP, etc.), the integration of data scraping tool into Crédit Agricole CIB technology framework, regular code reviews, and dashboard optimization.
Assist with driving new analytics initiatives across the regions.
Develop commentary for dashboards and reports that highlight insights as a cohesive and actionable story.

Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to solve problems and contribute to growth generation.
Understand internal stakeholders' needs. Create and publish customized and standardized reporting packs. Prepare first-level business analysis.
Understand clients' needs and evolving trading strategies to guide the bank’s distribution strategy.
Understand trade lifecycle and how it's reflected in the workflow of in-house applications. Assist with issue and outage handling with sales and trading, technology, operations, external brokers, and other stakeholders.
Connecting with External Vendors constantly to improve on client direction.
Presenting and meeting Clients to present data findings.
