- Support coordinating the development and monitoring of the Spanish investor base, especially with a focus on non-bank investors, and exploring new opportunities

- Assist in internal reporting analysis and management of Diamond.

You will interact closely with the various CACIB origination teams (CLF &amp; ERA), with the loan investor base and with the rest of the loan Distribution team in both a “syndicate” and distribution/sales function.

Assist with KYC processes.
Processing Confidentiality Agreements.

Main duties:
Development and review of cash flow models;
Preparation of project economics reports for inclusion in credit submissions.
Prepare and analyse appropriate project sensitivities.
Assist with due diligence and project execution.
Review project documentation in conjunction with the deal Director.
Prepare pitch books in conjunction with Directors; complete KYC;
Equator principals, credit ratings and enter transactions into internal systems.

Summary:

The Middle Office Associate is responsible for executing and monitoring margin calls and interest according to the parameters established in the contracts, with management systems varying between COMET/DRACCAR for derivatives and bond repos, APEX for bond lending/borrowing, and SFCM for equity lending/borrowing. It is also in charge of reconciling positions with counterparties, monitoring and escalating issues regarding counterparties with discrepancies or unusual counterparty behaviors, and executing and monitoring reporting, particularly MtM (Mark-to-Market) reports.

Team's main tasks:

1) Capture of collateral contract terms
Configuration of collateral contracts in management tools
Management of the collateral contract lifecycle (amendments, closures, modifications, etc.)
Participation in collateral contract negotiations in case of non-convergence with our standards
Ensure completeness of configurations through reconciliations between management systems and the legal database

2) Margin call management
Notification, confirmation and booking of margin calls in COMET for bond repos and OTC derivatives, in APEX for bond SLB and in SFCM for equity repos and SLB (NY time zone)
Contact with Front Office to borrow securities posted as collateral
Coordination with BO payment teams for margin call settlements
Analysis, monitoring and resolution of payment suspense items (cash and securities)
Analysis of collateral balances
Coverage of non-standard collateral operations (Secured Deposits, Secured Notes, Secured Loans, etc.)

3) Controls and reconciliations
Margin call controls: Notifications sent, amounts booked in the tools
Margin call reconciliation
Implementation of regulatory reconciliations in management tools for uncleared OTC Derivatives (COMET/Trioptima)
Execution of portfolio reconciliations in Trioptima and EXCEL (regulatory and in case of margin call disputes)
Investigation of significant MtM variations and breaks identified in reconciliations (MtM or inventory discrepancies)
Daily reporting and monitoring of discrepancies and disputes detected

Summary

As a Payroll Specialist within the Human Resources department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our most valuable assets, our employees, receive timely and accurate compensation. This position requires a combination of technical proficiency, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage all payroll processes.

Payroll Administration:
Process semi-monthly payroll (every 15 days) for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and federal and provincial regulations.
Manage the full payroll cycle, including timecard verification, gross-to-net calculations, statutory deductions (CPP, EI, income tax), and final pay processing.
Reconcile payroll data each cycle and investigate and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
Ensure new hires, terminations, leaves of absence, and other employee changes are accurately and promptly reflected in the payroll system, working closely with HR colleagues.
Calculate and process bonuses, overtime, commissions, retroactive pay, and other variable compensation.
Maintain and update employee profiles, personal data, and payroll information in the system.
Coordinate with department heads to verify and approve departmental payroll data prior to processing.
Liaise with external payroll providers or software support teams to resolve system issues.

Year-End &amp; Tax Compliance:
Lead the preparation, reconciliation, and distribution of all year-end tax documents, including T4s, T4As, and RL-1 slips (Relevé 1) for Quebec employees.
Ensure accurate reporting of all taxable benefits, pensionable and insurable earnings, and other required boxes in compliance with CRA and Revenu Québec requirements.
Submit year-end filings to the CRA and Revenu Québec within prescribed deadlines, including T4 Summary and RL-1 Summary transmittals.
Manage Records of Employment (ROEs) and ensure timely submission through Service Canada.
Stay current on changes to federal and provincial tax legislation, payroll regulations, and year-end reporting requirements.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding T4s, RL-1s, and other tax-related matters.

You will join Crédit Agricole CIB Canada as a Trade Finance Back-Office Analyst. You  will be responsible for accurately and efficiently managing the Standby LC process &amp; its corresponding activities (eg: billing, payments, etc)

Your concrete missions will be the following :
Ensure that letter of credit transactions is in conformity with client instructions, UCP Publication 600/ISP98, and the Bank’s credit/ compliance procedures.
Ensure timely processing of sensitive transactions and report to management any unusual or intricate transactions requiring review, discussion and or approval.
Ensure that letter of credit contains relevant supporting documentation i.e. copy of executed letter of credit / amendments and completed compliance checklist, when required.
Ensure timely disbursement of funds, as required for LC drawings, and record transaction through the banks accounting system (ACBS) for accurate accounting and reporting.
Prepare and generate invoices for clients (corporates), ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and generate swift messages for Crédit Agricole CIB branches or Third Party Banks through core processing system (TI+ system) for claiming periodic and past-dues commission, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Billing through invoices for corporates and swift messages for banks are primarily for Standby Letter of Credit (SBLCs) transactions. Good understanding of SBLC product, workflow, parties involved, etc is essential for billing process.
Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.
Verify billing data and reconcile accounts.
Respond to pending inquiries and discrepancies raised by clients, banks and internal stakeholders.
Process payments received from clients and banks in the wash &amp; nostro accounts, ensuring accurate posting to the appropriate accounts.
Prepare funds transfer memo &amp; seek FX contracts (if needed) in order to effect payments out to Crédit Agricole CIB branches or Third Party Banks.
Track outstanding fees and follow-up on unpaid items from clients and banks.
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of billing transactions consistent with clients and banks records.
Ensure SWIFT messages for LC transactions are processed properly.

Summary

The candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently managing the Standby LC process &amp; its corresponding activities (eg: billing, payments, etc) as part of daily job role.

Responsibilities:
Ensure that letter of credit transactions is in conformity with client instructions, UCP Publication 600/ISP98, and the Bank’s credit/ compliance procedures.
Ensure timely processing of sensitive transactions and report to management any unusual or intricate transactions requiring review, discussion and or approval.
Ensure that letter of credit contains relevant supporting documentation i.e. copy of executed letter of credit / amendments and completed compliance checklist, when required.
Ensure timely disbursement of funds, as required for LC drawings, and record transaction through the banks accounting system (ACBS) for accurate accounting and reporting.
Prepare and generate invoices for clients (corporates), ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and generate swift messages for CACIB branches or Third Party Banks through core processing system (TI+ system) for claiming periodic and past-dues commission, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Billing through invoices for corporates and swift messages for banks are primarily for Standby Letter of Credit (SBLCs) transactions. Good understanding of SBLC product, workflow, parties involved, etc is essential for billing process.
Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.
Verify billing data and reconcile accounts. 
Respond to pending inquiries and discrepancies raised by clients, banks and internal stakeholders. 
Process payments received from clients and banks in the wash &amp; nostro accounts, ensuring accurate posting to the appropriate accounts.
Prepare funds transfer memo &amp; seek FX contracts (if needed) in order to effect payments out to CACIB branches or Third Party Banks. 
Track outstanding fees and follow-up on unpaid items from clients and banks.
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of billing transactions consistent with clients and banks records.
Ensure SWIFT messages for LC transactions are processed properly.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Summary

The Team Leader Substitute is responsible for staff that administers the Bank’s letters of credit portfolio, specifically the issuance, confirmation, and advising Standby/Guarantees and Import/Export letters of credit as well as the associated invoicing process. He/she is reporting to the DGO Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities  
Supervision of staff daily work
Report into DGO Team Leader on a daily basis.
Ensure that letter of credit transactions are in conformity with client instructions, UCP Publication 600/ISP98, and the Bank’s credit/ compliance procedures.
Ensure timely processing of sensitive transactions and report to management any unusual or intricate transactions requiring review, discussion and or approval.
Provide assistance/support to clients and corporate groups on technical aspects and practices of letters of credit.
Approve required letter of credit documents.
Manage daily maturity report to for maturing transactions.
Review daily dashboard[s] to ensure all items have been processed
Monitor pending inquiries, discrepancies and resolution of documents filed, ensure that all items are actively traced via correspondence with respective parties, tickler schedule and actively follow-up until payment is secured and transaction is finalized.
Ensure amendment notices/confirmations are completed and forwarded to clients or commercial group by the L/C Administrator.
Manage clearing/reconciling of open cash items and daily exceptions reported by the CBO Control Unit for L/C portfolio.
Ensure that Letters of Credit file contains relevant supporting documentation i.e. copy of executed letter of credit/ amendments and completed compliance checklist, when required.
Approve outgoing SWIFT messages for LC transactions and manual wire transfers for payments, as required.
Review and approve letter of credit authorizations entered by LC staff in ACBS from submitted ALTAR Closing Requests.
Act as point of contact for periodic LC Compliance review and provide documentation requested for LCs being reviewed.
Manage past due fee report for LC portfolio to insure accuracy and timely presentation for management reporting
Prepare annual reviews for LC staff&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA / Operational Risk Mapping)

2. Control : Operational Risk
Manage and implement HO Standard Control Plans and Local Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
Handle Operational Risk Incident &amp; Loss reporting
Oversee Operational Losses Collection

3. Spot-check
Participate in Clean Desk inspections, and monitor access to the premises and bank systems during leave periods (using the ‘ALMA’ system).
Communicate with ORRs/Department Heads regarding Operational risks tasks
Track and verify the progress and status of action plans implementations

 4. Miscellaneous Activities
