Das sind Ihre Aufgaben
In unserem Team sind Sie unser Spezialist für die Abwicklung von Bürgschaften und Garantien sowie für die Abwicklung von Dokumentenakkreditiven. Eigenverantwortlich koordinieren Sie die Umsetzung der täglichen Aufgaben in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Firmenkunden, Front Office und den Experten unserer ausgelagerten Back Office Teams.

In ihren täglichen Aufgabenbereich fallen die Auswertungen von Aval-Kreditverträgen, Kundenaufträgen sowie Garantietexten. Sie erstellen Bürgschaftsurkunden, bearbeiten Haftungsentlassungen und sind verantwortlich für die Ausstellung, bzw. Avisierung von Dokumenten-Akkreditiven, sowie für die Abwicklung von Dokumenteneinreichungen und Finanzierungen.

Sie nehmen periodische Abstimmungen von Konten und Portfolien vor, halten Rücksprache mit unseren Experten im Back Office, der Rechtsabteilung und Compliance, unterstützen die Umsetzung von Trade Finance Projekten und beraten unsere Firmenkunden in allen Fragen zur Abwicklung von Garantien, Bürgschaften und Akkreditiven.

Senior Analyst / Associate Leveraged Finance (f/m/d)

Your missions
Origination and execution of new Leveraged Buy Out deals for top international Private Equity clients as well as financings for corporate clients within the German CLF team.

Key Responsibilities
As a member of the team you will be involved in the following areas:
Primary risk assessment (research), analysis of transactions (via Information Memoranda, due diligence reports, participation in management presentations etc…), preparation of credit applications and their presentation in the respective credit committees
Preparation of financial models, including cash flow analysis &amp; financial projections
Execution of marketing activities within the context of maintaining and extending business relationships, including preparation and production of pitch books in liaison with other business lines (DCM, ECM, M&amp;A and debt syndication teams)
Execution of financing transactions (support in structuring and legal documentation as well as in distribution/syndication and closings)
Responsibility for the credit management of designated portfolio files

You will be fully integrated in the team with our common goal to improve your technical and soft skills and gain in autonomy.

Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required
Graduate degree in business administration, economics, finance, accounting or related field
Profound knowledge of the financial sector, ideally with 2-3 years of experience working in a Leveraged, Acquisition or Corporate Financing department of a bank or relevant advisory firm
Strong analytical and practical financial modelling skills as well as credit and rating knowledge
Strong communication and writing skills
Ability to work under pressure with different priorities and tight project deadlines
Excellent language skills in German and English; further languages would be a plus

-Ensure trilingual communication (French/German/English), client document management, and monthly reporting to Paris.


Your daily tasks will be:

These tasks include a day-to-day relationship with the CA-group (especially the Caisses régionales, LCL, CREDIT AGRICOLE CIB and the entities of Crédit Agricole SA in France and abroad) and their customers, as well as with partner banks, Business France and any other partner or service providers in the region.

Occasionally, there might be some business trips in France or the covered area.

Further, the assistant will have to ensure the interim of the Head of International Desk, in cooperation with PAI Head Office in Paris for any issue above her/his competence.

VP / Director - Senior Originator - Corporate and Leveraged Finance (f/m/d)

Your mission

Actively originate and structure new transactions within the CLF-Corporates scope and execute these transactions independently.

Your key Responsibilities
Origination phase
Establish strong working relationships with the CLF (Origination) and DAR (Syndicate and Sales) teams, senior bankers and other business lines for a seamless and successful origination process; but also outside the bank, notably with clients
Generate ideas and prepare (acquisition) financing pitches including structuring and pricing in close collaboration with the other business lines of the bank (DAR, DCM, ECM, GIB, Rating Advisory) and also with the other product lines within CLF (LBO and telecoms)
Participate in client meetings with senior bankers and other business lines
Maintain close relationships with legal and debt advisors and other banks in the region
Execution phase 
Lead the drafting/negotiation of mandate and commitment papers (particularly term sheets) and negotiate the loan documentation with the client and/or lawyer (coordinator / doc agent roles)
Run alongside DAR Syndicate and sales teams the syndication process (including preparation of marketing materials and managing of Q&amp;A process)
Lead and review the drafting of CLF requests (risk analysis, sector analysis, transaction structure, development of bank cases and sensitivity cases, etc.) and coordinate the
Review financial models, if and where relevant, with a particular focus on cash flow analysis and financial projections, incl. the assessment of clients’ (rating based) debt capacity and identification of ideal financing structures

To lead internal Projects with FCS Support to Front (Germany) such as procedure , Cleanup projects, Defining KPIs etc

Perform complete daily reconciliations of various currency accounts, on a multi entity basis, in

- Perform preliminary investigations in order to accomplish manual matches wherever possible
- Investigate and allocate all open items to the relevant department in charge of its regularization
- Investigate unidentified amounts with the Nostro Agent/internal departments
- Chase and escalate open/aged breaks regularly and in accordance with procedures
- Post entries (charges, small differences, book to book…)
- Distribute and repair swift messages to relevant department within agreed timeframe
- Produce daily/monthly reporting within the deadlines
- Assist Team Head to carry out common projects / global initiatives / ad-hoc projects
- Liaise competently and professionally with contacts, both internally and externally (if applicable)
ensuring that strong relationships are forged and maintained in key areas
- To continually evaluate the reconciliation process ensuring that optimum matching rates are
attained and that any negative trends are identified and addressed
