Responsible for trading within authorised trading limits on the IRD Linear EM Trading desk, i.e. the risk parameters and designated currency and product limits. In order to maximise revenues within pre-established limits and objectives.
Trades are predominantly in PLN, CZK, HUF, RON, ZAR, TRY, ILS, MXN but the trader will be expected to trade our other books in support if required. Products will include FX and linear Interest Rate Derivatives
Within the parameters of the overall business strategy of CA- CIB and other agreed policies, the candidate is empowered to implement the strategy and business plans within the business line, as decided by the Head of Linear FX and Emerging Market Rates trading for Europe.
Mandate
Ensure strict compliance with the mandate attributed to the desk
Sign the mandate in the MRL tool according to the procedure currently in place with the Bank
In conjunction with the Head of Linear FX and Emerging Market Rates Trading for Europe, establish overall risk parameters.
Manage and hedge the overall risk of the Linear FX and Rates Trading portfolio on an intra and inter day basis.
Ensure adherence with regard to position and risk limits.
Ensure adherence to the overall risk limits, including both credit and market risk, as set for Linear FX and Emerging Market Rates Trading Europe.
Ensure clear and where relevant documented delegation of these limits across the various trading books as appropriate.
Ensure adequate systems and information flow to allow monitoring and management of these risks.
Ensure that other categories of risk to which the Company is exposed (e.g. legal, operational, and reputational risk) are identified to the extent possible within the trading function. Such risks should then be delegated, documented and managed as appropriate within acceptable levels. Maintain such risks within the risk limits delegated by Market Risk together with any additional limits imposed by Linear FX and Emerging Market Rates Trading Europe.

Department Summary
Financial Crime is commonly referred to as Financial Security at Crédit Agricole. The Financial Security Department is split into 2 teams (i) FS Advisory &amp; Governance and (ii) Fraud &amp; Complex Investigations. This vacancy sits within the FS Advisory &amp; Governance team. FS provides CA-CIB London Branch and Crédit Agricole SA London Branch with controls and procedures for them to comply with the internal FS (financial crime and sanctions) policies and procedures, local regulatory obligations and the bank’s objective of reducing financial crime within the financial sector. 

Key Responsibilities of the Department
The FS Department in the UK is responsible for:
·         Oversight of the branch financial crime program through multiple workflows and internal processes.
·         Ensuring the bank is fully compliant with the provisions of all relevant legislation.
·         Acting as the UK primary point of contact and subject matter experts (SME) for the businesses and Group with regards to financial crime matters.
·         Ensuring Senior Management is kept informed of updates and the general financial crime risk framework of the branch.

Key Role Responsibilities
The role requires involvement, as required, in assisting FS to fulfil its legal and regulatory obligations in the UK. This is a hands-on role which requires substantial contribution in the day-to-day activities and decisions of the team. The incumbent will have Financial Crime advisory experience with a strong interest in, and some exposure to, governance. 

·         Regulatory Watch: anticipate opportunities and challenges based on new / upcoming regulatory changes. Monitor industry guidance, enforcement actions, general notices, reports and reviews. Conduct gap analysis where required and work with stakeholders on follow-up action plans where required. Lead on some work streams related to the implementation of new/updated regulations and escalate updates where necessary. 
·         Industry Engagement: attend and contribute to industry forums, meetings and working groups on behalf of FS London.
·         Training: support in the creation, coordination and deliver training based on policy updates, industry updates and refresher sessions as required. Conduct training needs analysis, monitor the FS Training Plan and work with internal and external trainers. 
·         Policies: support in liaising with Head Office on the consultation of Group guidance notes and policy updates. Review proposed updates from a UK regulatory perspective. Review and update existing local (UK) policies as applicable. 
·         Procedures: work with FS management to create and/or enhance UK desktop procedures. Contribute to Group procedures as required by Head Office. 
·         Reporting: Contribute to and/or deliver management information to senior management and London committees

Trades are predominantly in: EUR but the trader will be expected to trade our other books in support if required. Products will include financial senior and subordinated  bonds.
Within the parameters of the overall business strategy of CA CIB and other agreed policies, the candidate is empowered to implement the strategy and business plans within the business line, as decided by the Head of Credit Secondary Trading – Flow Credit.
Key responsibilities are as follows:

This role centres on market making for European financial sector and subordinated bonds, requiring the trader to continuously provide two-way pricing to clients while managing the resulting inventory risk. All transactions must be executed within the bank's established risk management procedures and parameters, with every trade entered promptly into Front Office Systems.
The trader is responsible for formulating trading strategy aligned to market opportunities, staying continuously informed of economic and financial developments, and translating this into actionable views that guide both trading decisions and sales advice. Product pricing — for new products and specific client transactions — must ensure the bank is adequately compensated for principal risk and balance sheet usage. Technical guidance to junior staff is also expected as required.

Daily reporting of P&amp;L, risk, and key market movements to management is a core obligation, alongside informal updates to the Head of Secondary Credit Flow Trading Europe on business progress and emerging issues.
Strict compliance with the desk's mandate is non-negotiable, including formal sign-off in the MRL tool. The trader works with their N+1 Manager to establish risk parameters, then manages and hedges the Credit Secondary Financials portfolio on an intra- and inter-day basis. Adherence to all credit and market risk limits is mandatory, with clear delegation and documentation across trading books. Legal, operational, and reputational risks must also be identified and escalated appropriately.

Externally, the trader develops and maintains relationships with market peers, represents the firm on industry or regulatory committees if requested, and ensures immediate escalation of any counterparty disputes to management and Back Office. KYC compliance must be strictly observed at all times.
Communication is central throughout — contributing to team discussions, maintaining strong dialogue with Sales, clearly conveying risk limits and product approvals to fellow traders, and ensuring management is promptly informed of anything with material impact on performance, risk, or regulatory compliance. Close liaison with global overseas offices is also required.

The team are currently looking to hire a junior team member for the desk, this will cover:

 The EMEA Power team is structured with a group of managing directors, directors, VP, associates and analysts. All team members report to the head of the Power EMEA team.
All transactions are handled by a deal- team under the responsibility of either a director or VP.  
EMEA Power Team forms part of the global EIG business line.  As such it has responsibility for the implementation of the EIG strategy in respect of projects in the EMEA regions.
PF strategy is focused on providing structured finance solutions for its clients and core prospects as well as for specifically approved niche markets.
Key Responsibilities.

New transactions will generally be undertaken by a team and team members will report to a designated team leader.
In respect of new transactions, participation in the origination, analysis (including assessment of economic rationale, terms of contracts, pertinent allocation of risks and mitigating factors), negotiation, internal approval process, documentation and closing.
This job will entail primarily carrying out the junior functions within deal- teams – typically financial analysis, financial modelling, preparation of pitches and credit applications. Responsibility for certain segments of a transaction as delegated by the team leader.
Responsibility when required, for analysing project contracts, term sheets and documentation but heavy emphasis on financial modelling.
Responsibility for coordinating the financial modelling aspects for project financings and creating and running financial models.
Participation in marketing efforts and sectorial research and other commercial or administrative duties as assigned.

· Co-ordinate remediation of issues for calls escalated to L3 based on Vendor support advice.
· Co-ordinate upgrades (infrastructure &amp; software) to maintain packaged applications at current supported level as provided by the vendor.
· Engage with Information Systems Security (ISS) to remediate security vulnerabilities and obsolescence.
· Develop &amp; maintain Dos/Python/PowerShell scripts for data transfers &amp; interfaces between various applications.
· Develops and maintains good relations with clients; manages service quality and on-going client relationships with the corresponding business area(s).
· Liaise and manage the support/enhancement requests for bespoke (internally developed) London Local Applications.
· Provides Application technical support – corrective, proactive and evolutionary – for operational users; ensures that problems and incidents are dealt with timely and effectively, where required, in coordination with the respective application/infrastructure team in Paris, Singapore and other locations.
·  Troubleshooting incidents and raising/channelling service and change requests through appropriate channels.
· Perform daily Application/process checks and co-ordinate remediation of any issues as part of the Standard Operating procedures.

Project management

The HR Operations Intern is responsible for supporting all aspects of HR Operations, supporting and reporting to the managers within the HR operations function to ensure compliance and exceptional service delivery. They ensure the accurate and timely data entry and documentation of all employee life cycle events, resolve HR Operations related queries and provide accurate and insightful process management.
Key responsibilities are as follows:
• Ensure highest standards of BAU delivery in the allocated HR Operations activities, including timely and correct data inputs, documentation, reconciliation, invoice processing, etc. The activities include and not restricted to contracts, screening, onboarding, right to work checks, probation, leavers letters, references, record creation/updation in HR system, international mobility, holidays, regulatory activities, internal audit and governance, benefits, invoicing, offboarding, etc.
• Prepare HR documentation following GDPR guidelines and upload on HR systems accurately and efficiently.
• Process HR actions on various HR systems and update trackers timely, accurately &amp; efficiently.
• Ensure that respective process maps are upto-date, correct and are followed
• Ensure that 4-eye check is embedded, implemented and followed in all processes
•  Be the first line of support on HR Operations related HR queries and ensure timely resolution and/or escalation if required
•  Establish self as subject matter expert for all the allocated HR Operations areas. Identify areas for improvement in HR operations and recommend solutions.
• Ensure satisfactory and timely closure of any audit or risk management points; put in place mitigants as needed; follow up as needed
•  Coordinate &amp; liaise with HRIS, HRBPs, Tax, ER, HRBPs, Legal &amp; Compliance, Risk Mobility, Regional HR, overseas managers, vendors for ongoing cases, clarification, etc. and as and when required.
Systems
•   Ensure accurate and timely data entry of employee data in HR Systems and all relevant documentation are uploaded and saved.
•  Ensure accurate and timely change processing such as cost centre movements, job title changes etc.
•  Implement controls such as 4-eye checks and monthly report reconciliation on all processes to ensure data quality and accuracy; (employment documents, right to work, probations, screening results, certifications, etc.)
•  Accurate maintenance of HR reports to help identify and prevent potential errors or delays.
 Payroll
•  Support the processing of the monthly payroll by ensuring correct payroll inputs.
•  Ensure diligent time management is adhered to in keeping to the payroll timetable and schedule.

Projects

A. Client service and Quality performance

· Ensure the head of TMG team, and direct reporting line and Head of London Syndicate is made fully aware in a timely fashion of all matters that might have a material impact on the Syndicate group performance, risk position or compliance with legal or regulatory requirements.

Structured Finance Hedging and Financial Sponsor Sales is responsible for supporting the Head of UK Structured Finance Hedging sales, primarily focusing on derivative activity with our client base.
Responsible for developing the Financial Sponsors activity in the UK for GMD (Mainly PE and Infra Funds) and originating secured transactions as well as fund level hedging deals. Coordination of the Financial sponsors community, globally with the support of regional hubs.


Key responsibilities are as follows: 

Support Head of UK Structured Finance Hedging sales and help achieving UK Corporate Structured Finance Hedging Budget and YoY growth. This includes:
- Origination of secured deals where CACIB is lender (FX, Rates, Inflation)
- Regular interactions and pipelines with CACIB financing business lines
- Promotion of CACIB towards client for value added roles (hedge coordination, pre-hedge, deal contingent …)
- Smooth execution of derivatives transactions
Actively participate to develop the activity with Financial Sponsors (Infra and PE funds for example) beyond the transactional / asset level (360° approach on transactions). This includes:
- Sales coverage of key Sponsors
- Onboarding new funds and requesting internal limits
- Origination of secured transactions but also fund level hedging opportunities
- Coordination among different teams having activities with this category of clients
Originate derivative transactions from clients and co-ordinate efficient execution with the different stakeholders (other Sales, Trading, Structuring, Legal, Risk etc.)
