Résumé
Responsable de l'accompagnement au quotidien des activités de trading exécutées par CA Securities, l'agence CACIB NY, nos affiliés et nos clients. Activités de règlement de toutes les opérations sur obligation gouvernementales at d’agences américaines. Traitement des opérations de financement de type tripartie, suivi sur l’activité DTCC (services de compensation, de règlement et de dépositaire pour les marchés financiers).
Responsabilités clés
Gérer les règlements au sein de l'équipe de règlements ’’Domestic US’’, qui intègre le traitement transactionnel dans les systèmes tel que : DTCC, BNY BDC &amp; BNY Accessedge:
Suivi sur DTCC - car nous sommes un courtier auto-gérer et dirigeons les opérations pour notre propre compte. Livraisons et nantissements manuels occasionnels, enquêtes, mouvements de garantie pour combler les déficits intra journaliers.
Financement du compte ‘’broker-dealer’’ - examen des paiements entrants et sortants en lien avec les règlements sur FED et DTCC. Responsable de vérifier les besoins de financement quotidien avec le département de trésorerie.
Règlements FED &amp; tripartie- Travailler avec l’application BNY BDC afin de suivre et assurer le bon déroulement des règlements FED et mouvements de collatéral ‘’appel de marge’’.
Doit connaître les produits de notre périmètre, les obligations d'entreprise américaines, les actions américaines, les TSY, MBS, les papiers commerciaux, les instruments MMI. (Activités de prêt/emprunt de titres, opérations de pension)
Traitement des paiements par virement bancaire pour les besoins en garanties ‘’appel de marge’’, les ‘’repricing’’, les nets ‘’pair-offs’’, les réclamations ‘’claims’’ et les intérêts de coupon.
Réconcilier les comptes entre les dépositaires (DTCC, BNY) et les systèmes internes (FIS Phase 3) et assurer la balance quotidienne des livres et des positions.
Communiquer avec d'autres équipes de support (Finance, Middle Office, CMI TI) ainsi qu'avec le Front Office Trading et Sales sur les questions de production, ainsi que les projets et les mises en œuvre.
Systèmes : Connaissance de toutes les fonctionnalités de BNY BDC &amp; Accessedge – appariement des transactions, attribution des ‘’deals’’ triparties, y compris les modes de transmission, les écrans de position, les transactions en cours, ack/nack, radars, écrans de trésorerie.
Interaction :Traitement de volume élevé et connaissance des ‘’cutoff ’’ et des différents délais ; interaction constante avec le Middle Office, le Trading, les Sales et le ‘’REPO Desk’’.
Rapprochement : Équilibrage intra journalier et de fin de journée de l’activité compensée à BNY qui a été traitée sur le système FIS (Phase 3) pour assurer l’équilibrage des positions et de la trésorerie. Traiter les écritures de journal et les mouvements de trésorerie sur FIS (Phase 3).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

The Compliance Analyst supports the Head of Compliance/Local Compliance Officer (LCO) in executing the Branch's compliance framework, with a primary focus on Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT), and Know Your Client (KYC) obligations.
This role is critical in safeguarding the organisation against financial crime risk and ensuring adherence to Australian Prudential standards. This encompasses activities across the different Compliance areas: AML/CTF/KYC, Sanctions, Privacy, Corporations Act, Prudential Standards and international laws.
You will be required to execute Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions Screening and Compliance Control Plan in accordance with relevant regulatory requirements, as well as advice provision on established policies and procedures. Regulatory project management may also be required which will require timeline, action point driving and project governance facilitation work.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and assess AML/CFT typologies and red flags to proactively identify and mitigate emerging financial crime risks
Provide comprehensive AML/CFT compliance opinions on higher-risk files, transactions, and business activities
Review, investigate, and process alerts generated by transaction monitoring systems (Fircosoft) in line with Group sanction requirements
Conduct searches on transactions and files via Factiva Dow Jones and Worldcheck
Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) on high-risk clients, Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), and complex ownership structures
Identify, assess, and escalate suspicious matters in accordance with AUSTRAC reporting obligations, including Suspicious Matter Reports (SMRs) and Threshold Transaction Reports (TTRs)
Assist in maintaining and updating the Branch's AML/CTF Program in line with the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth)
Prepare the draft compliance opinion form and conduct the consistency checking on KYC documents
Involvement in regulatory projects with reference to project management aspects such as reporting, timeline progression and meeting governance
Assist in providing policy, procedure and compliance advice to the business lines and support functions
Collaborate with regional and Head Office teams to seek advice and drive consistency across the Group and APAC region
Ensure timely completion and submission of reports and documents to the Australian regulators (where the reporting / submission is connected to CPL themes and topics)
Devise a business-oriented compliance culture via training facilitation
Ensure proper and timely tracking and closure of internal audit and regulatory observations / recommendations

Résumé du poste :
L’auditeur confirmé effectue un bilan préliminaire de l’activité auditée et de son cadre de contrôle interne. Il effectue des tests et des analyses indépendantes sur des contrôles spécifiques afin d’atteindre les objectifs de l’audit. En fonction de la mission, les auditeurs principaux peuvent avoir à superviser directement un ou plusieurs auditeurs et peuvent agir en tant qu'adjoint du chef de mission.

Principales responsabilités :
L'auditeur confirmé peut soit travailler de manière indépendante, soit superviser un ou plusieurs auditeurs juniors.

I - Conduite de la mission
- Effectuer de manière indépendante la planification et les chantiers de mission, notamment :
- Un bilan préliminaire de l’activité auditée mettant en évidence les risques et contrôles associés
- Entretiens, tests et analyses des résultats des contrôles prévus dans le programme d’audit 
- Évaluer les contrôles de conformité avec les réglementations, pouvant inclure les guides IT de la Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC), NY Department of Financial Services (DFS) 500, DFS 504, la loi Gramm-Leach-Bliley (GLBA), le National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), les frameworks tels que COBIT, etc.
- Évaluation des processus et des contrôles au sein de l'infrastructure IT, des opérations informatiques, de la cybersécurité, de la planification de la continuité des activités, des applications métiers, de la gouvernance et de la gestion des données.
- Évaluation de la conception, de l'efficacité et de la durabilité des contrôles
- Documenter de manière claire et précise dans les fiches de tests les contrôles effectués et les conclusions tirées
- Communiquer de façon succincte et précise dans les communications verbales et écrites
- Identifier et reporter les points forts et les faiblesses des domaines audités, analyser les causes et les conséquences des faiblesses identifiées, formaliser les éventuelles mesures correctives et les recommandations pour remédier aux constatations et tirer des conclusions sur l’efficacité et l’efficience de la structure de contrôle et des procédures opérationnelles
- Présenter les conclusions d'audit à la Direction d'IGE et à la Direction de l'unité auditée (présentation du compte rendu, rapport d'audit final, etc.) 
- Tenir sa direction informée de l’avancement des travaux d’audit et signaler tout problème susceptible d’avoir une incidence sur l’exécution de l’audit ou de retarder celle-ci, ou de remonter toute autre information importante sur l’audit et l’environnement de risque et de contrôle
- Effectuer un suivi proactif des recommandations afin de vérifier si des mesures correctives adéquates ont été prises avant de clôturer ces recommandations

The position of IT PMO is within the UK IT CIO Office team. The team is responsible for supporting the GIT &amp; RMC Department with the budget process and administration. We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and hands­ on individual with a flexible and adaptable approach to fill this challenging position. The PMO analyst function is including but not limited to staff plan, budget, forecast, and budget system support.  We are also playing a key role in the planning process, identifying and implementing cost reduction initiatives.

This person will have a good knowledge of management accounting and be able to take responsibility in running the monthly IT finance processes and the annual &amp; monthly budget/forecast within the department.  The role will require the person working closely with various managers and PMO across London and Paris as well as with the central financial control function in the UK.

With the help of the internship supervisor, in charge of a validation study topics within the model validation team. 

The model validation team is the essential team to ensure the viability, robustness and reliability of the FO pricing models before they can be used for production purpose. All the new FO models/methodologies or any methodological changes should be validated by the team. For each validation request, the team analyses the assumptions and the proposed model/methodology to verify the theoretical relevance to the problem it is designed to address. Then tests and analysis will be done to check the implementation as well as the behaviours of the model/methodology in terms of robustness and reliability. As long as it is possible, in particular for important pricing models, the team will re implement the model in the team’s internal library which covers all the asset classes (IR, FX, Hybrid, equity, XVA, credit). The whole study is expected to challenge all the aspects of the model/ methodology and its numerical implementation. Moreover, the team exchanges closely with FO Research team and Trading desk on a large range of topics related to models &amp; methodologies. 

In addition, the team also works closely with the RM team and provides them technical support on all model/methodology related issues, in particular, on the various risk reports. 

The candidate is required to have at least a master degree level in Financial mathematics or equivalent. In particular, the candidate should be familiar with stochastic calculus (Brownian motion, Ito Lemma, numeraire change) and relevant numerical methods (Monte Carlo, PDE resolution, asymptotic analysis). In addition, basic skills of programming are also required in order to implement models. Team work is the essential part of the role and communication capacity is also required for exchanges with 
various teams (FO, Risk, IT, etc). 

Key Responsibilities
In accordance with FO model validation requests, organise and conduct the validation study with the internship 
supervisor.
In case of need, conduct ad hoc analysis for Risk methodologies and provide technical support to RM teams.
Contribute in the team’s internal library for pricing and XVA models/methods.
Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities

The International Desks assists Crédit Agricole Group clients, primarily French companies.

A desk covers a geographical area and relies upon local banking and non-banking resources of the Crédit Agricole Group abroad or partner banks. Drawing upon bicultural expertise, the desk provides the client with essential information about local market and practices.


The desk can also assist Crédit Agricole Group customers when entering or expanding in the French or other markets relying primarily on the combined branch networks of Crédit Agricole, LCL (Le Crédit Lyonnais), Group’s subsidiaries, and the International Retail Banking entities.



Your concrete missions will be to:
Provide clients with information on banking practices, services, and legal/tax/commercial practices in Germany and Switzerland through CA group networks and partner

Support daily operations (account opening, credit facilities, cash management, debt collection) and facilitate contacts with trade support institutions

Ensure trilingual communication (French/German/English), client document management, and monthly reporting to Paris.

Your daily tasks will be:
These tasks include a day-to-day relationship with the CA-group (especially the Caisses régionales, LCL, CREDIT AGRICOLE CIB and the entities of Crédit Agricole SA in France and abroad) and their customers, as well as with partner banks, Business France and any other partner or service providers in the region.

Occasionally, there might be some business trips in France or the covered area.

Further, the assistant will have to ensure the interim of the Head of International Desk, in cooperation with PAI Head Office in Paris for any issue above her/his competence.

• Understanding of the end-to-end real estate development process, from site acquisition and due diligence through to construction, fitout, and handover
• Conduct site surveys to assess target buildings, identifying real estate risks, building constraints, and op-portunities for space optimization
• Manage base build condition reviews and due diligence exercises to ensure operational compliance

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Desktop Engineer (Level 3) to join our IT End User Computing team supporting 2,000 Windows clients. You will act as the highest technical escalation point for bare-metal and VM imaging, and client-related incidents across the enterprise. This role demands a calm, structured, analytical approach to Windows design and problem-solving, deep technical expertise, and a high attention to detail.
You will be responsible for resolving complex issues, driving automation, maintaining security standards, and mentoring Level 2 engineers to improve our overall service stability, functionality and security.
We seek someone with exceptional ability to rapidly self-learn, research, and master emerging technologies. We value a mindset of continuous technical curiosity over static expertise.  You must be highly proficient at autonomously diagnosing and resolving issues in unfamiliar technical environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Escalation &amp; Incident Management
Act as the ultimate internal escalation point for complex technical incidents.
Perform deep-dive root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring or critical desktop client issues.
Design and implement permanent fixes to prevent future service disruptions.
Build working relationships technical colleagues and remote central engineering colleagues for strategic alignment, and with external vendors for high-level support escalations.
Subject matter expert on advanced client diagnostics, with deep expertise in reading and analysing logs and dump files. You will decipher Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) root causes, identify faulty drivers, memory corruption, or conflicting software modules, and implement definitive enterprise-wide resolutions for Windows Client stability.

Systems Administration &amp; Automation
Design procedures, processes and orchestrate operating system and core application updates
Manage and optimize Active Directory (AD) directory services and Group Policies.
Design and code advanced analysis and data gathering through automated scripting languages.
Manage and perform comprehensive patching strategies for enterprise desktop systems.
Maintain and implement security hardening policies across the Windows desktop fleet.
Utilise enterprise configuration management tools to maintain baseline standards.
Oversee, configure, and maintain virtual machine (VM) environments to support developers and legacy application hosting.

Assist the Branch Manager, GMD (DCM and Sales), FIG, and GIB and provide administrative support for CASAL.

Key Responsibilities

Assistant to Branch Manager
Conduct all key secretarial tasks for the Branch Manager.
Coordinate and follow up on protocol arrangements, hotel reservations, flights, and transportation for management and visitors.
Arrange and organize regular internal and external meetings.
Support tasks for GMD, FIG, and GIB.
Manage external and internal events for CASAL.
Coordinate and follow up on specific issues and tasks assigned by management.

Administration
Support vendor management and process overall branch expenses.
Order and manage the inventory of office supplies.
Control physical access rights to CASAL premises.

Finance
Support Finance tasks related to the funding process.
Assist with finance-related payments.
Support local regulatory reporting requirements including KOSCOM and KOFIA.

Supporting Front-Office teams
Help designing graphic content to be included in Front-Office teams pitch decks.
Provide assistance for PowerPoint presentation design.
Review and revise all marketing materials to adapt them with the latest graphic contents.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
