Your concrete missions will be the following : - Assist the corporate coverage team in day to day operations, and client queries; - Communicate with back office, middle office for client matters (bank confirmations, statements etc..); - Prepare and coordinate with Risk Departement, together with the coverage bankers, for annual credit reviews, punctual requests and Phidias requirements; - Ensure timely and accurate preparation of facility agreements in accordance to approvals, and coordinate with credit administration and legal, as needed; - Handle the operational KYC process, as a start point, identifying the missing documents, liaising with the client, uploading in the KYC tool and identifying all the financial security issues; - Attend to client queries, transactional and operational requests and follow up to ensure they are satisfactorily addressed; - Assist in preparing pitch books and other marketing materials. To be eligible for a VIE :  - Be less than 28 years old ; - Be postgraduate of a Master degree ; - Be EU citizen.
