 Main duties:
1. Originate GTC business for CACIB in China with a special emphasis put on:
 Corporate and Financial Institution(“FI) TF activities, in liaison with the marketing architecture of the Bank’s set- up:
Actively work with and support corporate and financial institutions coverage on clients as well as prospects
Maximize GTC revenues of the existing portfolio
Develop GTC business to be generated by all types of import and export transactions and domestic business from corporate and FI clients with all GTC products available in China
Develop and coordinate GTC activities with CACIB’s international network, including CASA network/ BPI, both for inbound( GTC flows channeled to China by the group network and other referrals), and outbound business(GTC business directed by China to other branches in the group)

2. Negotiate and structure all types of GTC transactions at CA-CIB China in close coordination with internal and external functional links as outlined above.

3. Provide efficient expertise and technical support within the Bank in the different types of GTF products, such as L/Cs, guarantees, forfeiting, E-Draft, Supply Chain Financing (Experience in AR Purchase with credit insurance and / or with syndication or Distribution arrangement or other products like inventory financing will be a plus).

4. Being familiar with some specific sectors will be a plus, i.e. new energy, TMT and etc.

5. Monitor local market conditions (benchmarking and intelligence activity)

6. Maintain and develop the relationship with the local secondary market players to enhance the Bank’s distribution capabilities and the sourcing of deal participations as well.

7. Be aware of and respect main regulations and guidelines by local regulations which are related this function; and take reasonable steps and actions to contribute to the fraud prevention.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Main responsibilities:

1. Due Diligence
Assist in client onboarding processes, conduct customer due diligence (KYC), collect and verify business licenses, legal representative identification, and other credentials, regularly update information, and ensure timely completion of periodic KYC reviews.
2. Financial Rating
Utilize the Dafne internal rating system to complete credit assessments for clients, analyze key financial ratios such as net profit margin and operating cash flow ratio, and produce rating conclusions to support credit approval decisions.
3. Report Writing: Assist in drafting credit application reports and annual review reports, consolidate business and financial information from public sources and client submissions, and perform data compilation and trend analysis on financial indicators including revenue and gross profit.
4. Compliance Verification: Adhere to regulations of Chinese regulatory authorities (SAFE, NFRA, PBOC) and internal compliance policies, participate in anti-fraud and anti-money laundering (AML) training, and ensure all operations are conducted with zero compliance risk.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Summary of the position:


The Cyber Security Architect is a senior-level position responsible for planning, designing, testing, implementing and maintaining our organization’s network security infrastructure. He also evaluates the security of the organization's systems for vulnerabilities. He participates to penetration tests, risk analyses on LANs, WANs, and VPNs. He also determines the efficacy and efficiency of routers, firewalls, and comparable systems, they also evaluate these systems.


Main responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement secure system architectures.
Embed security principles into the design of system architectures to mitigate the risks posed by new technologies and business practices.
Design artefacts, spanning design, development, and implementation, into enterprise systems that describe security principles and how they relate to the overall enterprise system architecture.
Perform routine activities related to the periodic review and audit activities of infrastructure security systems and maintains documentation of security standards and procedures.
Gaining a total understanding of the organization’s technology and information systems
Planning, researching, and designing reliable, powerful, and flexible security architectures for all IT projects
Defining, creating, implementing, and maintaining all needed corporate security policies and procedures, making sure that all employees abide by them
Developing requirements for all IT assets including routers, firewalls, local area networks (LANs), wide-area networks (WANs), virtual private networks (VPNs), and any other related network devices
Reviewing and approving the installation of all firewalls, VPN, routers, servers, and IDS scanning technologies
Preparing cost estimates for all cybersecurity measures and identifying any potential integration issues
Providing technical guidance and supervision for security teams
Taking charge of any security awareness programs and educational efforts to better prepare non-IT personnel
Responding immediately to any security-related incidents (e.g., data breaches, viruses, phishing scams)
Updating and upgrading the organization’s security systems as needed
Production Level 3 escalation  support for Network and Security infrastructure.

Position

Overview:

The Global Referential Management division (GRM) is  part more globally of the Operation unit of OPC.

Under its scope of responsibilities, GRM is in charge of the Know Your Customer (KYC) due-diligences in collaboration with the Relationship Manager and the Financial Security.

We are currently looking for a KYC analyst to join our team in Singapore.

This is a 1-year contract position (with the possibility to be extended) where the Analyst will be part of the KYC Middle Office team, in coordination with the Front Office, the KYC Checkers and Financial Security.

The Analyst will be in charge of analyzing and updating KYC files.



Main responsibilities

·       Analyze client profile to determine the required KYC information as per procedure.
·       Analysis of existing documents, obtain the new documents if any changes are observed.
·       Collect or source the client information from the public sources.
·       Analysis of collected data, perform sanity check, liaise with relationship manager for further documents, information and confirmation.
·       Perform name screening and background checks.
·       Input client's data and upload documents into KYC system
·       Responsible to liaise with quality checkers and compliance teams for any issues.
·       To ensure the global quality of the KYC files according to the compliance rules.
·       To be part of department methods and process improvement by bringing an active contributor of the convergence program between Paris, London, New York and Singapore.
·       To conduct/review and analyze information procured and ensure that Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence for new account opening and maintenance of existing client accounts is in compliance with local regulations as well as the Bank's global procedure.
·       Ensure that the KYC Due Diligence package for client for new onboarding client or recertification of existing client is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
·       Team spirit and share knowledge, working within a team – with an adaptable &amp; flexible approach, coordinate &amp; guide with other stakeholders across the team and globe on KYC quires.
·       Ensure proper procurement, maintenance and updates of KYC Due Diligence documentation in the bank’s systems for reference and verification.

Qualifications and Profile

Must have

·       Ability to recognise important information and identify risks
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
An excellent verbal and written communication skill in English
Strong perseverance and diligence towards attaining goals and effective time management

Nice to have

A first experience in KYC (for corporate clients) would be considered as an asset (otherwise we will train you).

Main responsibilities
·       Organize and prepare the Software Engineering capabilities according to the needs of the bank.

Qualifications and Profile 
·       At least 20+ years of experience managing development teams.
·       Strong leadership with capacity to lead by influence.
·       People centric mindset with successful experiences of senior people development and coaching.
·       Capacity to attract and retain talents.
·       Excellent project/program management expertise (PMP, Prince2, CMMI, RUP, SAFe or LeSS certifications are appreciated).
·       Experience in designing and delivering green and brown field projects.
·       Relevant experience in DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering  approach.
·       Strong programming background (Java, .Net, Go, Rust, Node.JS etc) to influence the technology directions.
·       Hands-on design experience with APIs, microservices, UI/UX technologies, big data, cloud, API, etc.
·       Good domain knowledge Corporate Banking, especially in Core Banking, Strcutured Finance, Commercial &amp; Syndicated Lending.

Position

Summary of the position: 

The Auditor is responsible for conducting audit tests and work streams and issuing audit conclusions and recommendations as part of an audit assignment under the supervision of a Senior Auditor or a Lead Auditor. Through interviews with auditees, reviews of documentation and data analyses, he/she is in charge of assessing the risks of activities/departments/themes reviewed and the effectiveness of the internal control setup. Over the course of the various audit assignments, he/she develops Audit techniques to gain in autonomy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: 

I – During an audit assignment

The Auditor is responsible for carrying out audit work under the supervision of a Senior Auditor/Lead Auditor within established timeframes in accordance with IGE methodology and procedures and Internal Audit standards. It includes:
-         To independently carry audit planning and fieldwork as assigned by the Head of Mission/Lead Auditor, in accordance with IGE methodology and within agreed timeframe, including: 
§  A preliminary assessment of the audited activity highlighting the related risks and controls
§  Testing and analysing of the results of the controls planned in the audit program
-         To document clearly and precisely in the test sheets the controls performed and the conclusions reached
-         To identify and report on strengths and weaknesses of the audited areas, to analyse the root causes and consequences of the identified weaknesses, to formalise possible remediation and recommendations to address the findings and to conclude on the effectiveness and efficiency of the control set-up and business practices
-         To present audit conclusions to IGE management and to the management of the audited unit (debriefing presentation, final audit report, etc.). 
-         To keep the Head of Mission in charge of the assignment/Local Head of Audit informed of the progress on the audit work assigned, and to escalate any issue that may impact/delay the audit’s execution or any other relevant matters that arise on the assigned audit and the risk and control environment
-         To conduct recommendations follow-ups to monitor whether adequate corrective actions have been taken prior to closing any recommendations
-         To ensure proper archiving of any supporting documentation, audit evidence and deliverables.

The auditor will be in charge of performing the securities audit and controls required by the regulator under the supervision of the Local Head of audit.

II – IGE Continuous Improvement Program / Transversal topics

The Auditor contributes to the continuous improvement of IGE methodologies and processes. As part of his/her responsibilities, he/she can be requested to:
-      Prepare or update audit guides or scorecards related to specific activities based on existing knowledge, documentation, interviews, etc.
-      Monitor the implementation of recommendations issued

Summary of the position
Processing/validate SG/HK/AUS trade commodities transactions (import letter of credit issuance, financing, guarantee issuance, export letter of credit advising, payment)
Vetting of LC text and assist client in any queries related to their transactions
Perform document checking for both import/export LC documents
Perform price reasonable checks on commodity goods
Acting as a liaison officer liaising with the processing center and coordinate with internal and external client related to all trade related transactions

Main responsibilities
Ensure Back-Office processing of transactions and manage Operational risk
(a) within acceptable technical risks and in compliance with bank’s rules and operation procedures
(b) in conformity with conditions of transaction details
(c) timely and accurately in relevant systems with correct data and posting of entries to P&amp;L accounts
(d) timely and accurately in all life events including payment, funding and resolution of suspense items
Provide good customer services by maintaining good relationship with external and internal parties
Business continuity
(a) provide effective back-up for the team
(b) work closely with other TCF teams wherever necessary

Main duties details
First check and/or counter-check import/export LC documents according to UCP600
Review customer applications and clarify with customers on ambiguous terms, if any
Ensure transactions are processed in conformity with transaction details
Monitor payment/acceptance of import/export bills and ensure notice of refusal are sent within time allowed as per documentation
Ensure data and accounting entry input into BO system are accurate
Perform compliance check and vessel screening

Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities
Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the Singapore Compliance manual and Compliance policies and procedures as issued from time to time; Financial Security requirements, including, but not limited to, the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud including reporting obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer/Compliance Officer.
Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role. Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence.
