The Master Agreement Negotiator will report functionally to the Head of Legal (Canada) and hierarchically to the Product Head of Master Agreements Global Markets Legal Americas in New York. Based in Montreal the Master Agreement Negotiator will provide advice and documentation support to the range of business lines and products that comprise CA-CIB’s derivatives, repo and securities lending activities. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience at well-regarded Canadian or New York law firms, regulated financial institutions or a combination, with a focus on managing legal and regulatory risks.

Main Responsibilities
Review, prepare and negotiate various (a) industry master agreements and related collateral agreements (including ISDAs, CSAs, GMRAs, MRAs, GMSLAs, MSLAs etc.), custodial undertaking agreements and control agreements in connection with the foregoing; (b) loan-linked ISDAs (including the review of the related loan documentation) (c) guarantees and similar forms of credit support; and (d) other miscellaneous agreements (including long form confirmations related to deal contingent hedges (DCH), other structured derivatives, repos or securities lending confirmations and risk participation agreements);
Responsibilities include (a) preparing summaries of changes from original requests; (b) communicating directly with CACIB’s counterparties regarding specific terms of the relevant documentation; (c) inputting of contract information into the bank’s database; (d) responding to various in-house inquiries from front office, legal, credit, client onboarding, and collateral management on status of negotiations, current terms in executed agreements, and summary of client forms proposed; and (e) reviewing and summarizing industry netting and collateral opinions in response to specific questions and inputting responses into the bank’s “netting tool”;
Advise relevant areas of CACIB, including front office, risk, and compliance, with respect to various pertinent matters of the document negotiation being undertaken;
Assist in the development of forms and template documents used by covered businesses;
Engage, coordinate, and supervise external counsel acting on behalf of CA-CIB in all relevant jurisdictions and on all relevant subject matter;
Prepare and contribute to numerous internal reports and systems relating to the management of legal risk;

Summary of the position

The IGE Data Auditor is responsible for acquiring, executing, transforming, loading, analyzing, visualizing, and storytelling CACIB’s systems raw data in order to help identify existing and emerging risks, provide data analytics for audits and internal projects, as well as automate audit testing to increase the breadth, depth and speed of audit coverage, thus providing higher levels of assurance. The Data Auditor is also expected to document the technical specifications of re-usable queries, extracts, or analysis with source information, key fields, and usage. The Data Auditor performs audit work as needed, where he/she can provide feedback or guidance on how data analysis can improve the audit coverage.

Key Responsibilities

Audit assignments and Continuous Monitoring
Identify and acquire the necessary data from relevant source systems used by Internal Auditors to develop data analytics needed to support IGE team
Contribute to audits’ planning, analyzing data and identifying areas to automate the testing
Present automation proposals to IGE’s management on existing processes and/or testing
Collaborate with audit teams to design and execute testing
Perform testing creating codes that can be used in different audits
Design, document, and build data analytics scripts to meet specific audit objectives and determine if these can be reused on a continuous basis to strengthen the assessment of internal controls
Publish analytics results to the Internal Audit teams, and provide support / training as necessary to interpret and refine the results of the analytics provided
Expand the library of Python automation scripts currently used by the department during continuous monitoring mission

IGE Continuous Improvement Program / Transversal topics
The Data Auditor contributes to the continuous improvement of IGE methodologies and processes. As part of his/her responsibilities, he/she can be requested to:
Build and share knowledge (e.g. through contributing to SynerGIA, preparing and presenting Knowledge Express, taking active part in various Methods and Support projects)
Perform continuous monitoring of the different portfolios and business lines by analyzing data and trends using data analytics
Prepare different committee presentations, summarizing the findings from the continuous monitoring performed
Actively participate in global initiatives aimed at improving Internal Audit’s processes and procedures
Maintain and update a data tools inventory (that will contain code, user guides produced during audits)

Position Summary:

In charge of validating the pricing models for Cross Assets products and calculating XVAs in the Market Risk Analytics (MRA) model validation team.

Key Responsibilities :

The objective of this position is to validate the pricing models for the Cross Assets products and the calculation of XVA, he reports to the MCR/MMRW/MRA manager in charge of the validation of Cross Assets, Credit and XVA products. His role covers the entire validation of the pricing models used to price Cross Assets products as well as the calculation of XVAs that can integrate multiple model components on different risk classes (Indices and Equities, interest rates, FX, Credit, etc.).

Primary Responsibilities:
In charge of validating pricing models for Cross Assets and XVA products in accordance with the model validation procedure.
He/she will ensure communication with all clients of the MRA model validation team (FO Quants, Traders, Risk Manager) and follow the validation schedule in accordance with the objectives of the XVA/Cross Assets and cross-functional product activities and other risk requirements, such as the Annual Review, the Activity Report or any other risk requirements.
He will ensure the development of the internal pricing library of the model validation team (VLib) in accordance with the internal governance of the library.
He will ensure the homogeneity of validation requirements between product lines and share all knowledge.

Additional responsibilities:
Active monitoring of NAP and CSTC processes within the scope of responsibility;
Ensure application and compliance with the CACIB and CA Group model governance;
Ensure regular communication with other MCR stakeholders; Support the market risk management teams of these cross-asset and cross-functional product lines for all quantitative aspects

We are seeking Market Data Administration Analyst to join the team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment supporting front, middle, and back-office operations across global capital-markets activities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of market data used across trading, risk management, and valuation systems. You will collaborate with traders, middle-office teams, and IT to ensure seamless data flow and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

The Lead Auditor / Vice President conducts IGE (Inspection Generale / Internal Audit) Americas audits supporting all regional activities within the Americas, with specific ownership of CACIB Canada Branch / Credit Agricole Services and Operations. In addition to supporting regional and global general audit coverage, the auditor performs regional IT / cybersecurity / data coverage. This includes an assessment of the audited activity, the performance of tests, analysis and controls and the issuance of recommendations. He/she is responsible for the timeliness and comprehensiveness of the audit deliverables under the supervision of the IT Audit Supervisor in NY, or another global Audit Supervisor. He/She is accountable for maintaining open communication with stakeholders, and drafting the management debriefing presentation and final report. He/she usually leads a team of several auditors. In most audits he/she also executes control sections of the audit.

Key Responsibilities:
The IT Senior Auditor may either work independently or supervise one or several junior auditors.

Conduct of assignment
Assess the risks of the audited activities and to validate the related control environment for its design and operating effectiveness
Review and challenge the processes and controls in view of their respective purpose and mandates as well as the related risks, relying on fact based and documented audit works
Verify the audited unit’s compliance with internal policies and procedures and the applicable laws and regulations
Monitor the fieldwork carried out by the team and to adjust the fields of audit to the risks identified,
Maintain close communication with the IGE and stakeholder management on audit progress following the pre-set timeframe
Notify immediately the Audit Manager /Regional Supervisor /Head of Local Audit of any major control weaknesses (reputational, regulatory, compliance, etc.) identified during the audit review and comply with any escalation policy in the bank
