Position

In a challenging and multicultural environment, we seek a Support Analyst to join our ISAP/GIT/DEC – Digital Excellence Center. 
The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude. The candidate should exibit good verbal and writing communication skills for efficient and smooth interatin with other team members in both Singapore and Paris hubs. In addition, need to have interest in learning new technologies and software factory tools supported by the team such as datawarehouse, AI, DevOps tools, etc.

The position requires autonomy and reliability in performing duties while maintaining good communication with the rest of the Global IT ecosystem as well as the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.


Qualifications and Profile

Education Bachelor or better – Computer Science or related field, couped with relevant industry certification, will be advange.

This position requires a minimum of 2+ years of experience in supporting or developing application.

Team &amp; Position
We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our dynamic Capital Market Department!
As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders from both your IT Division and aligned Filières to define, document, and translate business requirements into actionable software specifications. Capital Markets IT involves technology solutions and systems used in financial markets for trading, investment, and related activities. The use of advanced technologies like API’s, artificial intelligence and cloud solutions are also becoming increasingly prevalent in capital markets to enhance efficiency and decision-making processes. 
Main Responsibilities

·       Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from various stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and objectives.
·       Work with the Product Owner (PO) to prioritize requirements and decompose them into detailed user stories, ensuring a clear roadmap for development. 
·       Translate requirements into comprehensive functional specifications, including detailed descriptions of user interactions, data flows, and system behavior.
·       Collaborate with development teams to ensure that the software design aligns with the functional specifications and meets the defined requirements.

About CMI
Capital Markets IT (CMI) is the IT department within the bank focused on solutions related to Capital Markets. This includes Front Office (FO) booking platforms, Back Office (BO) platforms, Risk Management (RM) control and regulatory reporting systems, financial product and contract valuation systems, and much more. It is the department most directly exposed to the bank’s financial operations.
Responsibilities
·       Contributing to development of high quality fully tested source code complying with deadlines, schedule and coding standards.
·       Liaise with senior developer and technical lead for design understanding
·       Liaise with business analysts for clarification and understanding of requirements.
·       Familiar with CI-CD and good understanding of branching implementation
·       Organize and keep up to date detailed technical documentation
·       Develop tests strategy in coordination with project manager / Business Analysts
·       Provide technical assistance during user acceptance test
·       Support applications in production - analyze and resolve issues as they arise

Qualifications and Profile
The successful candidate will definitely have:
·       At least 2 years of software development experience
·       At least 1 years’ experience working with Java
·       An understanding of recent Java language features, such as lambdas, streams, and futures
·       Good knowledge of algorithms and data structures
·       Strong ability to analyze code – understand execution flow &amp; debug even accessing to a debugger
·       Experience with Maven, Git, writing and maintaining integration tests
·       Strong familiarity with Linux and bash
·       Good knowledge of SQL or an SQL-inspired dialect such as HQL

An ideal candidate will also have exposure in some or all of the following:
·       Jenkins and Ansible with exposure to devops culture
·       Jira or a similar issue-tracking system
·       The Spring framework and IoC, and particularly Spring Boot and Swagger for restful web services
·       Messaging technology such as kafka, MQ

Additionally, knowledge of the following would be helpful although it is not required:
·       Web development fundamentals (HTML, Javascript, jQuery, ReactJS, etc)
·       Docker/Kubernetes, Microservices

The Team

The department of Corporate and Support Functions IT (CSI) is responsible for the development and maintenance of risk and finance applications, used by end users worldwide. Our Finance IT (FIT) section handles applications responsible for Finance data collection, Finance calculation and Reporting for CA-CIB worldwide.


Responsibilities

You will be responsible mainly of the following:
Deliver fully tested source code complying with quality indicators objectives
Address technical aspects with architect and functional aspects with business analyst.
Liaise with business analysts for clarification and understanding of requirements.
Analyze technical constraints considering functional impacts with technical lead’s help
Organize and keep up to date detailed technical documentation
Provide detailed estimation for development of solutions
Develop tests strategy in coordination with project manager / Business Analysts
Perform design and code review for other team members
Be pro-active and ensure a continuous improvement mindset for the team
Qualifications and Profile

Work Experience
At least 2 years solid hands-on experience in Java/J2EE development
At least 2 years in database like MS SQL Servers including SQL development
At least 1 year in UI development using Angular/React
 Functional 
Basic understanding of finance domain
General banking, finance and investment banking understanding and knowledge

Technical
Java/J2EE ,Spring, Spring Boot, RESTFUL Webservices, Apache Spark
Knowledge on both frontend and backend development

Summary of the position/scope of work:

Scope of duties:

The Head of Workplace Service is responsible for

·       Ensuring that the IT Production activities regarding his perimeter are rightly performed by the team, complying with defined norms, standards, processes and procedures
·       On a day-to-day basis, ensuring that the planned KPI are met (incident management, request management, etc.)
·       Managing his yearly budget and forecasts (monthly)
·       Monitoring and pushing for improvement of the team productivity
·       Collaborate with global Workplace team in CA-GIP to align with Enterprise standards, strategies.

Summary of the position

Ensure Back-Office processing of transactions and manage Operational risk

First check and/or counter-check import/export LC documents according to UCP600
Review customer applications and clarify with customers on ambiguous terms, if any

Monitor payment/acceptance of import/export bills and ensure notice of refusal are sent within time allowed as per documentation
Ensure data and accounting entry input into BO system are accurate
Perform compliance check and vessel screening

Summary
The Information Technology Risk Office (ITRO), within Risk Management and Control (RMC), is responsible for the end to end execution, coordination, challenge, and continuous enhancement of ICT risk management in alignment with Group standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
The Head of IT Risk Officer for APAC-ME will directly report to the Regional Head of Risk Management and control department and functionally report to Head of IT Risk Officer Head office. He will work in close relationship with him and follow the same standard and process.
Key Responsibilities
1.     ICT Risk Strategy &amp; Governance
·         Contribute to Group and Regional ICT risk management by monitoring and reporting ICT risk levels across local and regional information systems and processes
·         Prepare ICT risk reporting for management and governance bodies. Provide a local vision for ICT risk deliverables, reflecting regional IT environments and operational realities. 
·         Support alignment of ICT risks with business strategy and risk appetite
2.     ICT Risk Identification, Assessment &amp; Monitoring

Confirmation and monitoring of Conditions Precedent (CPs) prior to loan activation

2. Business Partnership and Stakeholder Coordination
Partner closely with Front Office and Coverage teams to support deal execution and ensure operational readiness for new transactions
Provide operational guidance during the structuring and closing phases of transactions to ensure efficient implementation

3. Cash Transactions and Client Services
Providing indicative loan or deposit rates to clients on a daily or weekly basis where required
Liaise with Treasury for base rates and confirm applicable margins with Front Office prior to communicating to clients
Coordinate with Finance where large transactions require monitoring of regulatory or prudential ratios
Managing bilateral loans and deposits processing for clients in scope
Respond to Client’s queries relating to account balances, facility utilization, account statement, and audit confirmations
Provide client services and support for cash management activities where applicable.



4. Risk, Controls, &amp; Governance
Ensure that all transactions are executed within approved credit approval conditions, documentation, target operating model and regulatory frameworks

Position

Summary of the position: 

The Auditor is responsible for conducting audit tests and work streams and issuing audit conclusions and recommendations as part of an audit assignment under the supervision of a Senior Auditor or a Lead Auditor. Key Responsibilities: 

I – During an audit assignment

The Auditor is responsible for carrying out audit work under the supervision of a Senior Auditor/Lead Auditor within established timeframes in accordance with IGE methodology and procedures and Internal Audit standards. It includes:
-         To independently carry audit planning and fieldwork as assigned by the Head of Mission/Lead Auditor, in accordance with IGE methodology and within agreed timeframe, including: 
§  A preliminary assessment of the audited activity highlighting the related risks and controls
§  Testing and analysing of the results of the controls planned in the audit program
-         To document clearly and precisely in the test sheets the controls performed and the conclusions reached
-         To identify and report on strengths and weaknesses of the audited areas, to analyse the root causes and consequences of the identified weaknesses, to formalise possible remediation and recommendations to address the findings and to conclude on the effectiveness and efficiency of the control set-up and business practices
-         To present audit conclusions to IGE management and to the management of the audited unit (debriefing presentation, final audit report, etc.). 
-         To keep the Head of Mission in charge of the assignment/Local Head of Audit informed of the progress on the audit work assigned, and to escalate any issue that may impact/delay the audit’s execution or any other relevant matters that arise on the assigned audit and the risk and control environment
-         To conduct recommendations follow-ups to monitor whether adequate corrective actions have been taken prior to closing any recommendations
-         To ensure proper archiving of any supporting documentation, audit evidence and deliverables.

The auditor will be in charge of performing the securities audit and controls required by the regulator under the supervision of the Local Head of audit.

Position

Overview:

The Global Referential Management division (GRM) is  part more globally of the Operation unit of OPC.

Under its scope of responsibilities, GRM is in charge of the Know Your Customer (KYC) due-diligences in collaboration with the Relationship Manager and the Financial Security.

We are currently looking for a KYC analyst to join our team in Singapore.

This is a 1-year contract position (with the possibility to be extended) where the Analyst will be part of the KYC Middle Office team, in coordination with the Front Office, the KYC Checkers and Financial Security.

The Analyst will be in charge of analyzing and updating KYC files.



Main responsibilities

·       Analyze client profile to determine the required KYC information as per procedure.
·       Analysis of existing documents, obtain the new documents if any changes are observed.
·       Collect or source the client information from the public sources.
·       Analysis of collected data, perform sanity check, liaise with relationship manager for further documents, information and confirmation.
·       Perform name screening and background checks.
·       Input client's data and upload documents into KYC system
·       Responsible to liaise with quality checkers and compliance teams for any issues.
·       To ensure the global quality of the KYC files according to the compliance rules.
·       To be part of department methods and process improvement by bringing an active contributor of the convergence program between Paris, London, New York and Singapore.
·       To conduct/review and analyze information procured and ensure that Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence for new account opening and maintenance of existing client accounts is in compliance with local regulations as well as the Bank's global procedure.
·       Ensure that the KYC Due Diligence package for client for new onboarding client or recertification of existing client is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
·       Team spirit and share knowledge, working within a team – with an adaptable &amp; flexible approach, coordinate &amp; guide with other stakeholders across the team and globe on KYC quires.
·       Ensure proper procurement, maintenance and updates of KYC Due Diligence documentation in the bank’s systems for reference and verification.

Must have

Summary

He/She will be a technical RUN expert for all Unix/Linux services in CA-CIB. As such, he/she will provide BAU support and act as the last level of escalation point for all production support activities within the Unix/Linux team in Singapore. He/She is accountable for the overall health and stability of the technical solutions within his scope. He/She has to work effectively with technical peers such as architects, peer experts and project teams on technology road maps and projects. He/She will have control over the scope of technical activities, develop best practices, manage knowledge and ensure the necessary trainings are imparted to the team wherever applicable.
The Unix/Linux team operates the RUN activities and delivers projects for its infrastructure scope covering Redhat, Solaris, HP-UX, Veritas Geocluster and MC/Service Guard in a heterogeneous environment running NFS, Centrify, NIS and LDAP with HPE and Sun-Oracle hardware.
