Mission
Assist senior bankers in developing long-term and profitable global business relationships with major financial institutions, including banks, the public sector, insurance companies, pension funds, and asset managers.


Main Responsibilities:

- Understand clients' strategy, financial position, and needs
- Acquire knowledge of the bank's product offering and its relevance to clients
- Ensure a healthy risk profile and align it with the bank's risk appetite


Compliance and Ethics
- Implement the banks’ compliance and KYC requirements in relation to the portfolio of clients and their business with the bank;
- Demonstrate a high sense of ethics


Senior Banker Support:
Prepare:
Marketing materials (pitches)
Client strategies/plans
Profitability analyses
Transaction documentation

 
Together with the Global Relationship Manager:
- formalize the Coverage and the Business Lines credit request

- Coordinate transactions and credit requests with the product areas and the international branches of the bank under the supervision of the Senior banker

- Participate in credit committees, enabling well informed decisions

Reporting:

- Prepare call reports
- Draft client live memos and support memos


 Preparation of call reports, client live memos and support memos.

Summary
Responsible for trading Credit products including Asian Credit Bonds and CDS within authorised trading limits, i.e. the risk parameters and designated currency and product limits.  Also responsible for providing pricing on the Latam and EMEA credit markets for a varied customer base via the Sales Desk.
Trades are predominantly in the following currencies: USD, AUD, CNH, HKD, EUR.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy and Business Planning
Formulate trading strategies daily by analysing the latest market data and establishing positions to take advantage of market moves.
Execute transactions accurately and in accordance with established risk management procedures and risk parameters.
Develop CA-CIB’s profile and pricing capacity in Emerging Credit debt products on a global basis
Provide product pricing for both new products as well as specific client transactions.  Pricing must ensure that the Bank is adequately compensated for the level of principal risk and the amount of balance sheet it dedicates to specific transactions.
Input all executed trades directly into the Front Office System; be aware of and keep updated on market changes.
2. Daily Trading &amp; Administrative Responsibilities
Price and execute all client transactions in the market sector for which responsible.
Timely record and enter all transactions into front office trading systems with applicable trading procedures.
Provide best efforts in a timely fashion to resolve all trade breaks as reported by Back Office.
3. Management and Reporting
Report to the Head for Emerging Markets Trading Platform for Asia on the progress of the business and specific issues.
4. Risk
In conjunction with the Head for Emerging Markets Trading Platform for Asia to establish overall risk parameters.
Ensure adherence with regard to position and risk limits, market and counterparty risk.
Adhering to given risk limits at all times
Managing and hedging the overall risk of the credit portfolio on an intra and inter day basis
5. Counterparties and clients
Develop and maintain relationships with peers in other organisations.
Represent the firm with external organisations.
6. Communication
Attend regular conference calls with the team in Hong Kong to review market strategy, exchange ideas and inform of any important administrative matters.
Maintain contact with the Sales desks
Communicate to the management and concerned functions in case of problems.
Work closely with back office and middle office.

Summary

Summary

Summary
Within, Operations, Premises &amp; Country COOs (OPC) based in Hong Kong, Capital Market Operations (CMO) teams are responsible to process the transaction activities for Credit, Rates, FX/MM, Securities and Equities for multiple geographies (APAC and EMEA).

Capital Market Middle Office team in HK is around 40 staffs and 6 sub-teams:
MO Sales and Client Services: In charge of deals originated by Sales including Trade validation, allocations, MTM reporting and collateral management
MO IRD/ EIS: In charge of Interest Rate and Equity Derivatives
MO FX/MM/ Credit: In charge of Foreign Exchange, Money Market and Credits
MO Post Trade: In charge of the processing activities from FO systems to BO systems
MO Reconciliation: In charge of the various reconciliation (FO-BO; FO-FO,…)
MDA: In charge of Market Data activities
This role is within the Capital Markets Equity Trading and Sales Support Middle Office which includes:
Equity Investment Solutions
Equity Finance and Delta One

Key Responsibilities
Provide support to Front Office business lines under Global Markets Division during Asian trading hours.
Ensure transactional integrity across trading applications, including 1st level trade checking.
Perform trade modification, cancellation, and/ or trade event processing (ie: early termination, partial termination, unwind) upon trading approval and report profit and loss impact, if any.
Monitoring, calculation and validation of events affecting the life of a structured product, TRS (coupons, Securities transactions, early partial closing, early exercise, maturity, nominal changes, etc.) Equity SLB.
Monitoring and management of the market data repository (equities, indices, proprietary indices, third parties, calendars) with internal or external providers
Monitoring and booking of various corporate actions like dividends and cash flow processing.
Provide an efficient post-trade support by ensuring trade information flows efficiently through deal processing from front office to back-office system and front-office to front office system.
Investigate and follow-up of breaks sent by back office, front office and other internal departments.
Support local business development and volume increase.
Ad hoc participation and support for projects for continuous improvement and optimization of management processes (specifications, user tests, process drafting) in conjunction with project teams, IT teams and management

Summary
The candidate will join Credit Agricole CIB Global Markets Division, which provides a wide range of Fixed Income, Equity and Securitization products and services for corporates and financial institutions locally and globally:
Global Markets Trading manages all cash and derivatives product risks, and is comprised of Macro and Non Linear Trading desks.
Global Markets Sales bring together Fixed Income and Equity expertise to service our clients, and is comprised of Flow Sales, Solution Sales, and Corporate Sales teams.
This opening is for those who will complete their degree requirements by July 2026 and are ready to start working in August 2026. Trainee contract is one year to begin with and renewable for up to two years in total.


Key Responsibilities
Sales and Trading Division trainee will join one of the functions above depending on the candidate’s skillset and the teams’ requirements. Main responsibilities include but not limited to the below:
 Support daily operations of the desk: profit &amp; loss calculations; risk positions monitoring, risk limit checks, ticket inputs and reconciliation, client servicing, deal pricing and execution, term sheet drafting, liaison with different teams across the bank to ensure smooth functioning of the business etc.
Support business development projects: for example, market research, data analysis, presentation material production, spreadsheet improvements etc
Develop skills required to be a trader, sales, research analyst, or structurer

Summary

The main missions of Risk and Permanent Control (RPC) are to:
analyse, measure and provide an independent opinion on all risks (excluding legal and reputation risks) incurred by the Bank e.g. credit (including country and portfolio), market or liquidity risks
lead and supervise the permanent control system, by proposing relevant limit framework for credit, market and liquidity risks
monitor and measure operational risks.
This Trainee role will support the Regional Chief Risk Officer Asia Pacific to facilitate the implementation of the cross-functional subjects / initiatives as well as regulatory requirements across the Asia Pacific Region, and to ensure transversal communications between the different risk teams, eliminating the creation of silos.
The ideal candidate should complete their graduation requirements by January 2026 and is available to start the position from February 2026. Trainee program is one year to begin with and possible for extension up to 2 years in total, subject to performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Development of a monthly risk dashboard and its production;
Regulatory surveillance i.e. monitoring of the introduction of new regulations / changes in existing regulations across the Asia Pacific network. Presentations on the significant evolutions to the Regional Management and the concerned Risk Teams and training on these topics;
Coordination of the implementation of new regulatory requirements (ex: Climate Risk, model Risk…);
Coordinating the responses to inspections and findings arising out of inspections, in-depth reviews, thematic investigations, close supervision meetings and other requests for information from regulators in coordination with Head Office and relevant RPC teams.
Risk Governance.
Communication, either by way of a dedicated Newsletter or whenever necessary to RPC Asia
