Summary
The Intern will support the Asia Pacific (APAC) Financial &amp; Strategic Steering (PIL) team in carrying out its various missions including the Asset Liability Management (ALM), performance monitoring, Fund Transfer Pricing and financial steering. The incumbent will develop an overview of the Bank business in the region, while gaining exposure to a large number of internal stakeholders, from both Front Office and Support Function across Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities
1. Asset &amp; Liability Management (ALM): produce all ALM related indicators used by team to monitor ALM risks. Support team in preparing presentation material such as the ones used for the monthly regional Liquidity Risk Committee, as well as in preparing any ad hoc analysis on hot topics.

Job Summary

Key responsibilities

Proactively identify, originate, and execute TMT banking opportunities such as transactional banking, leveraged finance, FX and structured solutions…across APAC.

Summary
Support:

The Credit Monitoring &amp; Reporting – Hong Kong team (CMR HK) is a part of the Risk and Permanent Control Department (RPC). Summary
The candidate will join Credit Agricole CIB Global Markets Division, which provides a wide range of Fixed Income, Equity and Securitization products and services for corporates and financial institutions locally and globally:

Global Markets Research comprised of strategists and economists dedicated to providing customized cutting-edge market analysis across G10 and Emerging Market economies for clients.

This opening is for those who will complete their degree requirements by July 2026 and are ready to start working in August 2026. Trainee contract is one year to begin with and renewable for up to two years in total.

Key Responsibilities

Based in Hong Kong, the research trainee provides research supports to Asia ex. Japan Research team, with major responsibilities relating to:
• Participation in team’s research publication (including both periodical publications and thematic topics).
• Build and maintain macro database and provide in-depth data analysis. 
• Assisting team development of quantitative research models, macro forecasts and investment recommendations.
• Close interaction with Asian and global research team and sales/traders. 
• Support business development projects: for example, market research, data analysis, presentation material production, spreadsheet improvements etc

Summary
Within, Operations, Premises &amp; Country COOs (OPC) based in Hong Kong, Capital Market Operations (CMO) teams are responsible to process the transaction activities for Credit, Rates, FX/MM, Securities and Equities for multiple geographies (APAC and EMEA).

Capital Market Middle Office team in HK is around 40 staffs and 6 sub-teams:
MO Sales and Client Services: In charge of deals originated by Sales including Trade validation, allocations, MTM reporting and collateral management
MO IRD/ EIS: In charge of Interest Rate and Equity Derivatives
MO FX/MM/ Credit: In charge of Foreign Exchange, Money Market and Credits
MO Post Trade: In charge of the processing activities from FO systems to BO systems
MO Reconciliation: In charge of the various reconciliation (FO-BO; FO-FO,…)
MDA: In charge of Market Data activities
This role is within the Capital Markets Equity Trading and Sales Support Middle Office which includes:
Equity Investment Solutions
Equity Finance and Delta One

Key Responsibilities
Provide support to Front Office business lines under Global Markets Division during Asian trading hours.
Ensure transactional integrity across trading applications, including 1st level trade checking.
Perform trade modification, cancellation, and/ or trade event processing (ie: early termination, partial termination, unwind) upon trading approval and report profit and loss impact, if any.
Monitoring, calculation and validation of events affecting the life of a structured product, TRS (coupons, Securities transactions, early partial closing, early exercise, maturity, nominal changes, etc.) Equity SLB.
Monitoring and management of the market data repository (equities, indices, proprietary indices, third parties, calendars) with internal or external providers
Monitoring and booking of various corporate actions like dividends and cash flow processing.
Provide an efficient post-trade support by ensuring trade information flows efficiently through deal processing from front office to back-office system and front-office to front office system.
Investigate and follow-up of breaks sent by back office, front office and other internal departments.
Support local business development and volume increase.
Ad hoc participation and support for projects for continuous improvement and optimization of management processes (specifications, user tests, process drafting) in conjunction with project teams, IT teams and management
