Position
We are seeking a talented Application Developer to join our dynamic Capital Market Department!
As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for developing features within a specific Delivery Team. You will work autonomously and follow a continuous improvement approach, ensuring high-quality code that adheres to our design, norms, and standards. You will be accountable for delivering solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements, taking into account the principles of Agile development.
Capital Markets IT involves technology solutions and systems used in financial markets for trading, investment, and related activities. This includes electronic trading platforms, risk management systems, market risk, counterparty risk, algorithmic trading, data analytics, and Regulatory measures. The use of advanced technologies like API’s, artificial intelligence and cloud solutions are also becoming increasingly prevalent in capital markets to enhance efficiency and decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialised utility programs.
• Analyse user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.
• Update software, enhances existing software capabilities, and develops and direct software testing and validation procedures.
• Work with computer hardware engineers to integrate hardware and software systems and develop specifications and performance requirements
• Build quality, shippable, and reusable code according to design and coding standards.
• Write simple, purposeful, and lean code that aligns with CMI project guidelines and quality standards.
• Perform peer reviews when needed to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Agency &amp; Transaction Management
Confirmation and monitoring of Conditions Precedent (CPs) prior to loan activation
Monitoring scheduled activities across loan portfolios including drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, and interest settlements
Liaising with Borrowers and Lenders to ensure timely execution of loan lifecycle events
Coordinating with external legal counsel on facility documents, amendments, waivers and legal consents
Working closely with Front Office and Credit Monitoring Risk team to ensure all relevant approvals and signoffs are obtained for any Agency-led decisions.
Provide input and comments on loan documentation (Agency/Participation/Bilateral facilities)
Monitor and oversee the processing of loan related activities including drawdown, rollover, fee/interest apportionment, repayments, etc.
Ensure loan portfolio remains accurate and compliant within internal banking systems
Monitor Borrowers compliance with submission of documentary and financial covenants and process/coordinate waiver request if required
Attend to queries from Borrowers, Lenders, Investors, and transactional partners in a timely and professional manner
Support the operational management of credit risk insurance arrangements linked to financing transactions, including coordination with the insurers, monitoring policy conditions, premium payments, and insured exposure reporting



2. Business Partnership and Stakeholder Coordination
Partner closely with Front Office and Coverage teams to support deal execution and ensure operational readiness for new transactions
Provide operational guidance during the structuring and closing phases of transactions to ensure efficient implementation

3. Cash Transactions and Client Services
Providing indicative loan or deposit rates to clients on a daily or weekly basis where required
Liaise with Treasury for base rates and confirm applicable margins with Front Office prior to communicating to clients
Coordinate with Finance where large transactions require monitoring of regulatory or prudential ratios
Managing bilateral loans and deposits processing for clients in scope
Respond to Client’s queries relating to account balances, facility utilization, account statement, and audit confirmations
Provide client services and support for cash management activities where applicable.



4. Risk, Controls, &amp; Governance
Ensure that all transactions are executed within approved credit approval conditions, documentation, target operating model and regulatory frameworks
Monitor portfolio triggers, utilization, and exception items with timely escalation where necessary, and prepare portfolio monitoring reports

Transactional Commodity Finance (TCF) is a product line that belongs to Global Commodity Finance (GCF), itself part of International Trade and Transaction Banking (ITB). The main goal of ITB is to support Corporate and Financial Institution clients with the management of their international trade and transaction banking needs.

GCF-TCF provides short to medium term transactional trade facilities and financings to CACIB's clients whose activities essentially relate to the commodity sector.

Reporting to the Head of Account Officers, the Account Officers’ Team is in charge of the day-to-day activities related to the portfolio, independently reviews new transactions and raises deal summary for internal approval, ensures a close monitoring of the collaterals and risks, provides up-dates on transactions financed by CACIB throughout their lifecycle till ultimate repayment.

Main responsibilities
Preparation of daily transactions
Assess clients’ proposed transactions versus existing credit approvals with identification and information on variances and advise on mitigating factors in containing the transaction risks/deviations.
Perform due diligence on the transactions features and counterparties involved to identify risks such as performance risk, credit risk, documentary risk, compliance risk, etc.
Prepare a transaction summary for approval, LGDs, overall client position and summary of outstanding, inventory follow-up report if necessary.
Obtain non-objection from other Departments / Authorities as and when required.
Collateral risk management, monitoring on client’s position, documentation handling
Update client’s position and follow through the life of the transaction (loading dates, receipt / release of title documents, receipt of export instruments, checking export LCs) with identification and information on variances.
Perform collateral risk management ensuring that at all times there is no collateral shortfall.
Update the Mark-to-Market position in line with the latest credit approval and monitor the overall cash-balance of clients’ current account.
Realize accreditation of new warehouse operators.
Prepare and participate to Monthly Portfolio Review and Anomaly Meeting.
Prepare notification of assignment of receivables, risk cover contracts, RORs, AOPs.
Development of the business dealings
Ensure good utilisation of the credit facilities within the approved parameters.
Regular interaction with clients, join Relationship Managers for meeting with the clients as and when required.
Actively participate to the structuring of transactions such as inventory financings, short-term prepayments, borrowing bases.
Suggest amendments to the framework / set-up of credit facilities.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Position

Overview:

The Global Referential Management division (GRM) is  part more globally of the Operation unit of OPC.

Under its scope of responsibilities, GRM is in charge of the Know Your Customer (KYC) due-diligences in collaboration with the Relationship Manager and the Financial Security.

We are currently looking for a KYC analyst to join our team in Singapore.

This is a 1-year contract position (with the possibility to be extended) where the Analyst will be part of the KYC Middle Office team, in coordination with the Front Office, the KYC Checkers and Financial Security.

The Analyst will be in charge of analyzing and updating KYC files.



Main responsibilities

·       Analyze client profile to determine the required KYC information as per procedure.
·       Analysis of existing documents, obtain the new documents if any changes are observed.
·       Collect or source the client information from the public sources.
·       Analysis of collected data, perform sanity check, liaise with relationship manager for further documents, information and confirmation.
·       Perform name screening and background checks.
·       Input client's data and upload documents into KYC system
·       Responsible to liaise with quality checkers and compliance teams for any issues.
·       To ensure the global quality of the KYC files according to the compliance rules.
·       To be part of department methods and process improvement by bringing an active contributor of the convergence program between Paris, London, New York and Singapore.
·       To conduct/review and analyze information procured and ensure that Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence for new account opening and maintenance of existing client accounts is in compliance with local regulations as well as the Bank's global procedure.
·       Ensure that the KYC Due Diligence package for client for new onboarding client or recertification of existing client is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
·       Team spirit and share knowledge, working within a team – with an adaptable &amp; flexible approach, coordinate &amp; guide with other stakeholders across the team and globe on KYC quires.
·       Ensure proper procurement, maintenance and updates of KYC Due Diligence documentation in the bank’s systems for reference and verification.

Qualifications and Profile

Must have

·       Ability to recognise important information and identify risks
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
An excellent verbal and written communication skill in English
Strong perseverance and diligence towards attaining goals and effective time management

Nice to have

A first experience in KYC (for corporate clients) would be considered as an asset (otherwise we will train you).

We are seeking a talented ITSM Coordinator to join our dynamic Capital Market IT (CMI) department!
“Run the bank” is the first mission of IT department. It involves many front-line IT professionals who understand the nature of business operations, timing of activities &amp; data flowing through internal and external systems. They are continuously working with business users, infrastructure engineer and system managers.
The candidate will join the Singapore Capital Market ‘Run Control Tower’ team in charge of defining, controlling and spreading Best Practices for Run/Support teams working on application for capital market and ensure to create and manage controls for the RUN Teams.
This role is the GATEKEEPER for Production Stability and Quality as well as Support Practices across Capital Markets IT Globally.
Capital Markets IT involves technology solutions and systems used in financial markets for trading, investment, and related activities. This includes electronic trading platforms, risk management systems, market risk, counterparty risk, algorithmic trading, data analytics, and Regulatory measures. The use of advanced technologies like API’s, artificial intelligence and cloud solutions are also becoming increasingly prevalent in capital markets to enhance efficiency and decision-making processes. 

Main Responsibilities

The candidate will be under the responsibility of the Run Control Tower in ISAP for Capital Markets IT.
Candidate is expected to be a source of proposals and execution for improving the Run/ITSM practices of the support teams and quality management. The candidate is not expected to perform IT support activities, but he/she should have or should be able to acquire sufficient knowledge to fully understand the operational problems of IT support.

Streamlining ITSM processes (Incident Management, Request Management, Problem Management, Change Management..) and practices across all teams
Drafting &amp; Reinforcing Best Practices to teams globally. Ensure the practices are Properly documented in knowledge base, shared and applied consistently across teams globally
Drive and Animate Run Governance meetings with Purpose &amp; Impact
Creating, Analyzing &amp; Reporting KPI’s on Production Quality and other Run Metrics
Production monitoring and improvement for all Capital Markets IT support teams
Development and monitoring of internal team tools (specially for Reporting)
In charge of coordinating Major Incidents/Crisis impacting several teams
Monitoring and Coordinating business continuity plan (BCP) by:

Summary

Summary

Key Responsibilities

Performance monitoring: work with the Business Lines during the origination process, validate the profitability computation for new loans. Ensure consistent approach in profitability computation in particular for derogatory pricing, maintaining a database of historical derogatory pricing. Contribute to ex-post profitability analysis prepared by the team for senior management. 

Financial steering: support senior team members in monitoring the usage of scarce resource within APAC (Capital, Liquidity, RWA, Balance-sheet size etc.), developing metrics and regular ad hoc analyses to identify APAC P&amp;L drivers, and levers for profitability improvements. Monitor forecast landing vs. budget, for all metrics followed by team (NBI, RWA, profitability etc.). Track the economic benefits expected from scarce resource allocation. Asset &amp; Liability Management (ALM): produce all ALM related indicators used by team to monitor ALM risks, including presentation material used for the monthly regional Liquidity Risk Committee. Key Responsibilities
While day-to-day work varies based on the teams, you will interact with senior manager, and develop working knowledge of regulations that apply to CACIB's business
Under direct supervision of management or seniors, assist the teams in carrying out day-to-day tasks such as routine regulatory requirements and reporting
Perform research about regulatory requirements / market practices and assist with assessing the effectiveness of CACIB’s existing policies and procedures
Learn and participate in various compliance processes to acquire foundational knowledge of being a compliance officer
Provide support in ad-hoc compliance projects as required
Work with other summer interns and contribute to the internship presentation to management

Position
In a challenging and multicultural environment, we seek a senior lead project manager to manage the Project management (PM) team and to drive the complex programs/projects, part of the control tower section.
Mission: by mobilizing and managing project teams and contributors, you will conduct projects from inception to completion, to reach the project goals in terms of quality, planning and budget.
Within an international environment, you will have to liaise with all kind of stakeholders and align your resources to the target set together with the business in order to meet the bank objectives.
Main responsibilities
§  Manage the list of CIB IT projects, collaborating with leadership across the departments and prioritize projects based on the business need.
§  Direct the work of Project managers and provides managerial oversight for multiple projects
§  Act as point of escalation for the Project management team.
§  Create and develop a governance structure for efficient stakeholder management
§  Promote the project management service
§  Develops organizational project management capabilities through training, coaching, and individual meetings/discussions
§  Develop strategy for control and governance structures to ensure desired outcomes across the projects
§  Monitor and analyse project metrics and to propose improvements and cost savings for future projects
§  Ensure successful delivery of all projects against cost, time, scope, quality and security measures
§  Operate autonomously and handle large scale APAC/EMEA regional IT projects by understanding local regulations.
§  Clarify the needs of the client and translate them into rigorous requirement lists
§  Identify standard and project specific deliverables, key assumptions, follow and mitigate risks and issues
§  Anticipate early in the project any compliance / regulatory requirement and start informing stakeholders of such risk and measure their impact
§  Define, measure and report project KPI with right level of information
§  Identify right resource within teams and constitute / coordinate project team members
§  Report or escalate any important risk and issues to Sponsor and local management for appropriate action
§  Create, review or adapt when necessary existing processes to make them more relevant, efficient and optimal
§  Communicate to Sponsor any change with right level of information and manage to get his approval
§  Follow, report budget actual/forecast to project stakeholders and local management
§  Set relevant control in place to ensure that what has been delivered meets requirements validated
§  Manage and document the project hand over with production teams
§  Continuously improve project management toolkits&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
