We are seeking a Compliance Manager to support the general Compliance function and Financial Security matter. The candidate will work closely with local regulators, regional compliance teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

1.Regulatory Compliance
Monitor and analyze regulatory developments issued by Korean regulatory authorities (FSS, FSC, BOK, MOEF).

Manage regulatory requests and submissions through regulatory platforms.

2. Financial Security
Investigate and process alerts generated through AML monitoring systems.
Support the reporting of suspicious or unusual transactions to regulatory authorities.
Conduct AML self-assessments and prepare required regulatory reports.
Review and maintain KYC documentation and customer due diligence records.
Provide advisory support to business lines on AML, KYC, and financial crime matters.
Support the implementation and maintenance of the Bank’s sanctions compliance framework.

3. Capital Market Compliance
Monitor communications between front-office staff and clients to identify potential regulatory or reputational risks.
Perform periodic surveillance and control reviews to ensure compliance with market conduct requirements.
Review customer suitability assessments and supporting documentation for transactions requiring compliance approval.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

We are seeking a detail-oriented FX Trading Business Analyst to support the FX Business Manager in maintaining robust governance, driving commercial initiatives, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This role combines daily P&amp;L production and analysis with strategic responsibilities including FX remediation, policy implementation, and cross-functional stakeholder management. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison across multiple departments, support control and audit activities, and contribute to process automation and continuous improvement initiatives within the Global FX function.
The key responsibilities is as follows:
1.Assist the FX Business Manager in day-to-day queries from various Businesses and Functions

2.Act by delegation of the FX Business Manager to maintain proper FX Governance, to lead commercial initiatives and to complete transversal projects

a) Help manage and conduct ongoing controls such as the FX Remediation Plan.
b) Act as backup of the FX Business Manager in attendance of FX Governance meetings and committees, if needed.

3.Perform daily FX P&amp;L production and related commercial analyses for the Forex Management
a) Collect P&amp;L data for the day, challenge the data sources and chase inconsistencies, and produce the official Front Office Global P&amp;L on Forex.
b) Perform ad hoc analysis on results, commercial margins, etc. through Business Objects and existing reports.

4.Respond to enquiries of GMD Permanent Control, RPC Permanent Control and Audit
a) Conduct investigations on trades with negative mark-ups in collaboration with GMD Permanent Control team.
b) Conduct investigations and checks following up on Audit open recommendations.

5. Help in reviewing, updating, maintaining and implementing Policies and Procedures of Global FX
a) Ensure the FX rules and procedures are in line with new recommendations under FCA Remediation Programme, and new FX markets best practices.
b) Challenge the existing practices and help the FX Business Manager apply remediation actions to comply with the intent of FX Policies &amp; Procedures.
c) Help circulate the new regulatory culture in Foreign Exchange to FX staff.

6. Automation of processes, various extractions and presentations for different FX stakeholders
a) Ad hoc special analyses, business plans, governance presentations.
b) Data extractions from different trading / FO platforms.

7.Handle on-going FX Business Management Office relationships between the FX Product Line staff and other Businesses and Functions

The Financing Sales team sits within the Global Markets division and is responsible for delivering financing and liquidity solutions to a broad range of institutional clients, including hedge funds, asset managers, insurance companies and banks. The desk plays a central role in the bank’s Fixed Income and Solutions franchise, working closely with Trading, Structuring, Coverage and Risk to provide clients with access to repo, collateral optimisation and broader balance-sheet solutions across products and regions.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of markets, funding and client strategy in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. The successful candidate will gain broad exposure across Financing products, client engagement and cross-asset market dynamics while contributing directly to the growth of a strategic business for the bank.

Strong Fixed Income Repo market knowledge, and sales experience is essential.

Role Responsibilities

Main role:

Achieve individual objectives, targets and overall team &amp; product line budget
Expand the repo &amp; secured funding franchise across all segments of clients
Identify, target and solicit current active &amp; new clients to achieve the budget effectively

Clients:
Develop the portfolio of clients (Hedge funds, Asset Managers, Banks &amp;  treasury desks, Corporates)
Organise, prepare and conduct client meetings including other relevant stakeholders when needed

Products:
Cover a wide range of secured funding products incl. repo, XCCY repo, securities lending, collateral swaps, TRS
Always look to expand products knowledge (e-learning, training, job shadow)

Trading:
Work together with trading to maximize profitability on individual trades and the client relationship as a whole
Provide high quality transactional, pricing and market feedback to the relevant trading desks and management

Cross-Selling:
Introduction to other Sales persons for Cross-selling &amp; Cross-Border purposes by organising joint client visits
Liaise with Structured desk, Senior Bankers and Relationship Managers for market opportunities

Risks:
Manage the bank's balance sheet usage and clients' allocations especially over quarter-end and year-end

Position Summary

GMD Structuring has the following mandates:

1. Provide added-value solutions, marketing content, technical support/training and pricing assistance to Sales network

Local implementation or development of appropriate or tailor made “financing” and “packaging” wrapping solutions (“tailored financing” with embedded derivatives, EMTN, fund, loan, repack, TRS etc.) with a strong transactional motivation in order to optimise clients’ objective versus risk, accounting and/or regulatory constraints

5. Support the cross-selling business with Sales force regionally and globally: definition and roll out of the acceptable risk parameters and best practices for the product line including participation in the structuring and negotiation of the transactions to ensure alignment with the defined risk parameters

acting as product owner in the Bonds Filiere and its ecosystem of partner functions, notably for technology production and projects but also with Risks, Compliance, Ops;
maintaining satisfactory 1st line of defence governance: follow up and reporting on the activity and results; assisting traders in their day-to-day, organising the Product Line Comex and associated similar governance meetings; keeping up to date the policies &amp; procedures of the desk; analysing incidents and putting in place remediations; etc.
These missions include deep interactions with the ecosystem of partner support &amp; control functions for trading. The BM works in partnership with all these functions.
Key responsibilities are as follows:
· Act as business manager of the Credit Trading Product Line and Bonds Filiere for the Credit asset

· The Credit BM is in charge of the governance of the Product Line, including its Comex, OpCo and IT Steerco.

· The BM maintains the operational procedure corpus of the desk and supervises 1st line of defence processes and controls of the desk.

· The BM services the Credit Global Head and helps with traders daily needs.

Responsible for overseeing XVA and Collateral Risk Management within Crédit Agricole CIB’s Global Markets Division in London. The scope of coverage includes G3 Rates, Credit Repo Indexing, Capital Markets Funding, Credit Trading, and Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR).

These activities primarily focus on the management of counterparty exposure and funding risks, which are critical components in the pricing and valuation of derivative products.

The role has a broad remit, requiring close collaboration with front-office business lines and market activity monitoring teams. It operates within a dynamic environment shaped by evolving market conditions and an increasingly complex regulatory landscape.

Delegated Daily Responsibilities

To monitor market activity, review positions taken by the XVA desk and collateral desk and G3 rates, Credit repo indexing, Capital market funding and Credit trading &amp; CCR to communicate to Senior Management:

Review market news and movements
Review positions / exposures and changes to the positions /
exposures (Marly) on the defined scope of responsibilities
Review of the P&amp;L analysis and risk reports on the defined
scope of responsibilities
Liaise, co-ordinate and communicate with the Front Office
Review risks taken by all the desks under responsibilities and
the reward for taking these risks using current or new
methodologies:
Analyse risks taken by the XVA desk and collateral desk
- Positions, Sensitivities &amp; VaR figures
- Stress Test Results
Liaise with HO regarding risk analysis on G3 rates, Credit
repo indexing, Capital market funding, Credit trading and CCR.
Delegated Periodic Responsibilities
Communicate to senior business and risk management in
support of preparation of dashboard and collection of material
for weekly risk meetings and HO Market Risk Committee
(MRC)
Conduct annual review of market risk limits and submit
recommendations to the HO MRC for validation
Contribute to the month end process (computation of
reserves, pricing committee) in collaboration with XVA desks,
Finance, and MAM
Contribute to the London Risk Committee (LRC on the
defined scope of responsibilities

Other Delegated Responsibilities

Validate risk indicators, produce official risk reports and notify
limit breaches
Analyse new limit and one-off requests and make
recommendations to the MRC for validation
Investigate limit breaches and discuss remedial action with
FO, where appropriate.
Participate in risk management methodology evolution and in

Summary
