We are seeking an Intern to provide essential support for the business conducted by our International Trade Banking (ITB) and Corporate Leverage Finance (CLF) departments. This role is crucial for acting as a liaison between the Front Offices of certain Business Lines and the Back Office, assisting in the execution and ongoing administration of financial facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong competencies in areas such as communication, negotiation and organisational skills, which are vital for this role.

Key Responsibilities are but are not limited to:

Review and comment on draft documentation for new transactions to ensure operational compatibility with department requirements, highlighting areas for further discussion with the Front Office
Liaise with Client Liaison (Back Office) on account openings and ensure all necessary credit approvals and checks are completed before establishing new credit lines or accounts
Manage the confirmation process of Conditions Precedents being met, under the supervision of a senior analyst, and ensure compliance with facility documentation
Maintain strong relationships with borrowers and banking pools, managing communications and coordinating payments
Handle fee treatments with Finance, prepare Transmission Sheets for risk and back office teams, and ensure all documentation is properly filed and secured
Book and maintain trades in FCS Systems as required and keep diary systems up to date for all portfolio actions
Prepare audit responses and support various transversal projects and analyses under the guidance of the Head of FCS/ATM ERA&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

As a VIE (International Volunteer), you will assist senior bankers at the Belgian branch and the representative office in the Netherlands in managing their portfolio of multinational corporate clients (MNC).


Your main tasks will be as follows:

• Assist the MNC coverage bankers in day to day operations.
• Attend to client queries, transactional and operational requests and follow up to ensure they are satisfactorily addressed.

• Prepare briefing memos for client visits and call reports afterwards;

• Coordinate with back office, middle office and FCS teams for client-related operational matters. 
• Coordinate with PCO-teams, corridor and sector calls and business lines
• Prepare and coordinate with RPC, together with the Senior Bankers, for annual credit reviews, punctual requests and CREW requirements.
• Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the Compliance manual and Compliance policies and procedures as issued from time to time; Financial Security requirements, including, but not limited to, the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud including reporting obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer/Compliance Officer. 
• Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role. Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence.

To be eligible for a VIE :
- Be less than 28 years ;
- Be graduated of Master Degree ;

Key Responsibilities

As an active member of the Global Markets Communications team, you will work on all matters related to communication activities, with a specific focus on client events and conferences.

Event Management (internal event, client event, sponsored conference)

Manage and the full event management process, for conferences, client events and entertainment, digital or in-person:

Prepare a detailed proposal including cost estimate, budget management and timeline
Liaise with third party providers when needed
Design and manage event website (Eventogy, Evenium)
Provide regular status report to event stakeholders, including delegate registration updates
Oversee all logistics aspects and keep stakeholders informed about the event’s progress

In particular: run the corporate access component of 3 proprietary conferences in Paris, all three also requiring on-site presence in Paris: 24 June, 26 September, and 9-10 December 2026.

Content creation

The candidate should assist in MTNPPCP opportunities across the entire geographical coverage of the platform with particular focus on EMEA

Join our EMEA syndicate team as an intern, where you will assist the desk in all administrative tasks from deal execution to bond settlement. This role is ideal for someone with a background in syndicate functions or Sales/Trading/DCM origination. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of analytical prowess and practical experience in financial markets, ensuring they can meet the demands of this dynamic role.

Responsibilties are but are not limited to:

Involved in the Bookbuilding process, particularly in charge of the e-book and order reconciliations
Execute hedging operations, mainly EGB and swaps, on behalf of Syndicate Managers
Handle ticketing and P&amp;L calculation
Manage trade bookings in FO booking systems
Maintain the EU Syndicate blotter up to date
Reconcile EU Syndicate blotter and digital scorecard
Follow up on back office requests regarding fee settlement
Ensure all syndicate administrative tasks are completed for each deal, including fee booking, daily PnL reporting, and communication with the Middle Office&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Summary

To have day-to-day responsibility for the running of the GIT IT Reporting within Finance.  This role encompasses all management and budget reporting of IT, including analysis by project.  The IT accountant will be expected to be actively involved, on a hands on basis, in the day-to-day work of IT accounting liaising regularly with the CIO Office, Head of IT and the various project managers.

Key Responsibilities

Main tasks:

Costs reporting on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, with commentaries both by nature of expenses and by project for IT
Assist in the budget/forecast  process and ensure the successful completion of the IT annual and monthly process
Prepare the recharges of the Branch (IGO): accruals for recharges from/to other units in respect of IT.
Prepare the GIT monthly reforecast &amp; ad hoc IT reports

Specific area of responsibility: IT

Run the sequence of allocation to help produce the P&amp;L of the Branch for IT
Maintenance of Business structure in Oracle G/L and Tagetik (local management reporting tool).
Maintenance of Cost Allocation keys (by project code/analysis code as is), documenting methodology and origin.
Preparation and submission of the CARMEN GIT package.
Participating in the budget / forecast process.
Monitoring and preparing costs accruals pre-month-end to minimise post month-end adjustments.
Ensuring that cost recharges are in accordance with budget or SLA guidelines and communicating the recharges to General Accounting.
Providing summaries of costs by project code (project analysis code).
Ensuring prompt transmission of monthly cost summaries to senior management in IT and Finance.
Documenting procedures for all aspects of the job.
Participating in the implementation of IT/Finance related projects.
