Summary
To support Counterparty Risk Analysis’ role covering principally the Technology, Media and Telecom industry, including software and IT, digital and compute infrastructure, cable companies, telecom operators, infrastructure providers, diversified media, etc., in North and South America.
Key Responsibilities
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Reviews credit applications for completeness, consistency with internal policies, and follows up as needed with Front Office.
Performs impartial analysis of the borrower, group and transaction structure based on review of term sheet, market study, financial model, legal due diligence, and research.
Reviews in detail and/or prepares internal rating models (Anadefi), making corrections as needed.
Drafts RPC Opinions and performs thorough credit analysis, as the case may be, meeting deadlines responsibly.
Makes recommendations in consultation with Sector Credit Officer regarding exposure, ratings, structure. 
Verifies the accuracy of data in CACIB internal risk systems including Phidias, Eurecca, and Anadefi.
Completes timely all internal risk systems.
Coordinates with Paris questions which may arise in credit proposal and analyses for names which are under Head Office delegation.
Responds to requests from Loan Review and internal and external auditors. 
Completes special assignments and ad hoc projects requested by CACIB NY and / or RPC Paris.
Back-up analyst on files in other teams and sectors as the need arises.

Salary Range: $160K-$165K

Perform complete daily reconciliations of various currency accounts, on a multi entity basis, in

Divisional Overview
The Risk division of Credit Agricole Combined US Operations (“CUSO”) participates in the reinforcement and implementation of Credit Agricole SA Group risk management standards while ensuring US specificities and requirements are properly taken into account.
The CUSO Risk team manages a range of risk capabilities to ensure US and Group leadership have a comprehensive and aggregate view of the US risk profile, leads enterprise-wide risk management practices across the US entities and reports to the US Risk Committee on significant risk exposure and related controls, changes to risk appetite, risk management strategies, results of risk management reviews, and emerging risks.
Job Summary
CUSO EWRM interacts closely with all areas of Risk, as well as with various groups across the US entities, Head Office and Group.
Responsibilities
 CUSO ERM Framework
Support the Head of EWRM and work with the broader team to execute strategic initiatives as the CUSO ERM program expands.
Drive continuous enhancement and oversight of the CUSO Enterprise-Wide Risk Management Framework, ensuring processes are incorporated in 1LoD and 2LoD processes.
Lead and coordinate enterprise-level risk processes including risk Identification of Top ad Emerging Risk program.
Lead the governance of CUSO risk management policies and provide coordination and input for transversal risk policies and procedures, including CUSO EWRM framework and Risk Appetite Framework
Ensure consistency and effective integration of risk management processes across the organization.
Regulatory Watch-Change Management
Lead regulatory monitoring activities related to risk management, providing analysis and guidance on the impact impacts of new or amended Laws, Rules, Regulations, and supporting their translation into policies and procedures.
Maintain and update inventory of Laws, Rules and Regulation, and regulatory requirements relevant to risk management activities.
Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends and drive the change management process to ensure appropriate implementation across CUSO risk programs.
Support high priority regulatory initiatives and ad hoc projects, including solution development, and stakeholder communication.
Continuously monitor relevant regulations (new, existing, and amended) and regulatory obligations through the regulatory Watch process

Network Management:
- Perform network troubleshooting and co-ordinate with regional/global counterparts on LAN/MAN/WAN network connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with vendors on Windows, Hyper-V Servers, SAN and Network equipment’s and telecommunication problem solving issues.
- Perform network and network devices management tasks.
Documentation:
- Preparation of procedures, User guides, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)  etc.
End User Support and Operational Training
E-mail system Support:
- Coordinate with regional/global team of Administrators for related problems.
Physical Security:
- Maintenance and security of the Primary and DR Datacenter’s.
- Blocking of USB removal storage on all servers and endpoints.
- Annual Hardware Maintenance Contract Renewal for OEM support &amp; Business continuity.

Summary

The Position can be based out of Iselin, New Jersey or New York City on a hybrid work schedule with requirements to travel to NYC as needed for essential meetings (regulatory, team meetings, collaboration, etc.)
Reporting to the Head of IT and Cyber Risk for CUSO, you will be responsible for assessing, monitoring, and testing 1st Line of Defence to ensure ICT risk is appropriately identified, measured, managed, and reported in accordance to US Regulatory requirements and frameworks.

Responsibilities

Oversee and provide effective challenge of First Line of Defence implementation of enterprise and operational risk management frameworks for ICT Risks.
Monitor Key Risk, Key Performance, and Key Control Indicators for Information and Communications Technology across all business units, aggregate reporting to Risk Committees and escalate any breaches of established tolerances and thresholds.
Support regulatory exams by preparing materials, responding to regulatory inquiries, and presenting on continuous monitoring sessions to regulators.
Perform analysis on quarterly reports from various US operations and create a consolidated quarterly risk reports to be presented at various risk committees on ICT Risk.
Manage issues across the issue management lifecycle
Monitor regulatory rule changes and conduct training and awareness sessions as needed to business leaders across the 1st line.
Collaborate with other Risk Management functions to identify top and emerging risks to ensure appropriate visibility of the evolving landscape within Information and Communications Technology.

Summary

Primary Responsibilities

Facilities Management, Life Safety &amp; Security

Oversee outsourced security guard staff ensuring around the clock onsite coverage and monitoring of physical access and security cameras.
Manage operation of electronic security access and surveillance systems and issuance of 2FA access cards.
Oversee building management system and supplemental MEP equipment supporting the New York and New Jersey offices.
Coordinate inspections of supplemental fire safety systems including pre-action systems, underfloor smoke detection systems, and fire extinguishers in various locations.
Manage all preventative maintenance programs for the office facilities and ensure their performance in compliance with manufacturers’ recommendations, code requirements and general best practices.
Support activities related to maintenance and repairs at the corporate owned residence in New York.
Manage registrations of the New York office’s HVAC and power infrastructure with local and federal agencies.
Oversee the annual pull-the-plug tests at the New York and New Jersey offices.
Ensure that all operating and occupancy permits issued to CACIB required by NYC Building and Fire Codes are current and valid.
Coordinate Fire Safety Teams at the New York and New Jersey offices, in coordination with local regulations and guidelines.
Coordinate with cleaning supervisor the ongoing premises cleaning program, as contracted for, with particular attention to problem areas, methodology and performance evaluation.  Oversee activities of contracted day porters.
Oversee compliance and activities of contract vendors with respect to maintenance of HVAC, life safety systems, lighting, pest control, electrical systems, furniture, etc.  Ensure that all vendor Certificates of Insurance are current.
Manage and maintain facilities vendor contracts.

Main duties:
·       Analyzing the credit applications received from the Front Office (FO), conducting a financial and credit analysis, and writing of credit files in co-ordination with senior bankers/ relationship managers for their portfolio and for all business lines relevant to a particular corporate client;
·       Advising senior bankers and business lines on the structuring of the transactions / Group structures / line structure / methodology, during the preparation of the credit application;
·       Determining Risk Ratings in the rating tools (calculation, proposal and validation) for groups and counterparties;
·       Ensuring that the risk strategy elaborated by the senior banker is consistent with the Bank’s risk strategies for the relevant sectors and country;
·       Conducting annual review of credit limits and rating review of counterparties / groups; ensuring that the annual reviews are prepared in a timely manner and that ratings are reviewed by the Bank at least every 12 months;
·       Monitoring of the economic and financial evolution of clients; providing alerts to the head of the Department / management of potential deterioration of risk profiles of borrowers and of critical situations;
·       Monitoring of the global set of limits and exposure on groups / counterparties;
·       Per delegation level, issuing risk opinion or risk conclusion concerning the borrower, the relevant of the proposed transaction, the set up of credit limits and the internal rating; participation to the Local Credit Committee.  For credit applications exceeding the local delegation, working in co-ordination with the regional / HO risk analyst teams;
·       Update and capture data in the electronic credit decision workflow systems;
·       Preparing information and data for annual portfolio reviews;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

A regulatory reporting professional responsible for the timely and accurate submission of the FR2052a U.S. regulatory liquidity report.
Key Responsibilities:

Technical:
• Preparation of the FR2052a report together with detailed workpapers.
• Perform variance analysis and present results to managers.
• Proficiency in technical aspects of regulatory reporting tool (i.e. Axiom), including data sourcing, and ability to change configurations, layouts and mapping. 
• Top Level reconciliation to other regulatory reports prior to submission to the regulatory agency.
• Assist in responding to inquiries from regulators regarding information reported.
• Assist in reviewing the impact of new and revised reporting requirements as they occur.
• Perform periodic compliance and industry best practices review on the regulatory report.
• Participate with various regulatory reporting industry groups to establish a Credit Agricole presence within the community.

Responsibilities:
• In depth knowledge of the FR2052a report and reconciliation of results with ALM reports.
• Knowledge of other regulatory reports such as FRY 15 and the FFIEC 002 for reconciliation purposes.
• Assist in the preparation of detailed analysis for presentation to CACIB’s management.
• Maintain established contacts with regulators to clarify reporting issues and monitor future changes.
• Assist in the coordination with internal audit, the examinations of reports by Federal and State regulators.
• Assist in the preparation of responses to comments made by Federal, State and internal auditors.
• Assist manager in providing regulatory guidance to other Credit Agricole Branches as required.
• Assist in the development of new products to determine the regulatory impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical:
• With strong knowledge in regulatory reporting requirements, specifically in FR2052a and FR Y-15 report.
• Extensive experience in Quality Assurance that enhances to develop protocols to ensure the integrity and accuracy of regulatory reporting.

• Proactive identification and escalation of issues/findings to the concerns parties and his/her manager.

Responsibilities:
• Support the team to perform periodic reviews on various regulatory reports.

• Assist in performing end-to-end sample testing (from trade tickets / client confirms to reporting) to ensure data accuracy, data integrity, completeness, and in compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
• Take initiative to escalate the findings to his/her manager, and communicate with various departments (i.e. Operations, Front Office, etc.).
• Assist in executing the Quality Assurance Reviews across various source systems and reporting streams..
• Identify the findings or system issues by utilizing the data from different system applications and database platform.
• Build key relationships across Business Lines, Compliance, Internal Audit and IT functions.
• Assist in compiling and organizing the Quarterly/Monthly Status Report.
• Maintain and distribute the monthly Issue Log to manager, and closely follow-up with concerned parties on the open issues.

Summary:

Completes timely all internal risk systems.
Coordinates with Paris questions, which may arise in credit proposal and analyses for files which are under Head Office delegation.
Responds to requests from Loan Review and internal and external auditors. 
Completes special assignments and ad hoc projects requested by CA-CIB NY and or RPC Paris.
Back-up analyst on files in other teams and sectors as the need arises.
