Summary
Transactional lawyer to provide advice and counsel to the range of business lines and products that comprise CA-CIB’s global markets activities.

Key Responsibilities
·       Provide transactional and legal advice with respect to global markets activities, with a particular emphasis on debt capital markets, securitization activities as well as the bank’s note programs.
·       Activities include drafting and reviewing underwriting and purchase agreements, private placement agreements, dealer agreements and engagement letters
·       Counsel and assist in negotiations with clients and other parties with respect to global markets activities in the United States
·       Provide legal advice and memoranda on capital market and securities law questions and the impact of new legal developments on covered activities, including in support of CA-CIB’s new activities and products approval processes
·       Assist in the development of forms and template documents used by covered businesses
·       Engage, coordinate, and supervise external counsel acting on behalf of CA-CIB in all relevant jurisdictions and on all relevant subject matters
·       Prepare and contribute to numerous internal reports and systems relating to the management of legal risk
·       Assist in drafting internal governance texts, policies and procedures relating to the legal function and to covered businesses and products
·       Stay current on market and legal developments affecting covered businesses and products
·       Organize and participate in internal training targeted towards the front office, legal, compliance and other support functions
·       Uphold CA-CIB’s codes of ethics, culture and conduct in all matters, including with respect to matters of diversity and inclusion and the identification and escalation of financial crimes risks

Position Overview
We are seeking a Liquidity Risk Manager to join our Market and Liquidity Risk team during a critical period of regulatory evolution. This role will be instrumental in supporting CACIB's transition to FED’s Category IV status requiring knowledge of liquidity risk management best practices and U.S. regulation. You will work closely with senior team members to ensure accurate and timely delivery of liquidity risk reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Liquidity Risk Reporting &amp; Metrics
·       Produce, validate and comment daily liquidity position reports across USD and other currencies – including ALM reports, Gap reports and Stress scenarios.
·       Support monitoring of intraday liquidity positions and risks
·       Periodically review the calibration of the metrics/models used by the team
·       Maintain reporting dashboards and tools for liquidity risk metrics
Category IV Transition &amp; Regulatory Compliance
·       Develop and document 2LOD liquidity risk appetite framework, limits’ structure, and governance processes aligned with Category IV expectations
·       Implement independent indicators to confirm the data quality of key metrics produced by 1LOD
Reporting &amp; Analytics
·       Prepare management reporting on liquidity risk profile, limit utilization, and key risk indicators
·       Develop analytics and dashboards to provide actionable insights to senior management and business lines
·       Present findings and recommendations to Asset-Liability Committee and Liquidity Risk Committee
Team Collaboration
·       Coordinate with Treasury, Finance, Operations, and business lines to gather necessary data
·       Work with MCR Head office and Liquidity Risk teams to ensure consistency with group-wide standards
·       Support senior team members in responding to information requests

Summary

The Global Repo and Indexing business line, within the Global Markets Division, is looking for junior level candidate to join its Credit Repo and Secured Lending team in New York.  The role would involve:
1) assisting senior traders with daily tasks such as P&amp;L calculations and risk monitoring
2) assisting senior traders with the pricing and execution of structured transactions
3) risk analysis of transactions and collateral obligations
The ideal candidate would have a post-graduate degree in an analytical field.  Experience as a corporate credit analyst at a rating agency or equivalent a strong plus. Understanding of securitization structures, techniques and documentation helpful.  Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills are a pre-requisite. A native or fluent level of English is expected to be spoken.
Key Responsibilities

Transactions
·       Analyze, understand and price transaction risk and use of scarce resources to optimize risk/return
·       Execute transactions in accordance with established risk management procedures and risk parameters.
·       Identify market opportunities and formulate trading strategy to optimize risk/return.
·       Input all executed trades directly into the Front Office Systems in a timely manner.
·       Monitor and manage position risk.
·       Partner with Structuring and Sales in providing client solutions
·       Partner with and inform risk functions including obtaining risk approvals as necessary
·       Keep abreast of the markets and risk by staying informed of economic, regulatory and technological changes

Management and Reporting
 ·       Report Daily pnl, risk and key market movements to management and partners as required
·       Escalate issues requiring management attention
 
Mandate
·       Ensure strict compliance with the mandate attributed to the desk
·       Sign the mandate in the MRL tool according to the procedure currently in place with the Bank
·       Ensure that processes are in place for appropriate identification, escalation, review and response to any actual or potential violation of the regulations.

Risk
·       Establish relationships with key risk functions
·       Contribute to the evolution of overall risk parameters and processes.
·       Assist with managing and hedging the overall risk of the Repo &amp; Secured Funding portfolio on an intra and inter day basis.
·       Ensure adherence with regard to position and risk limits.
o    Ensure adherence to the overall risk limits, including both credit and market risk, as set for Repo &amp; Secured Funding.
o    Ensure adequate systems and information flow to allow monitoring and management of these risks.

Summary of the position:

Main responsibilities:
 Work as part of Credit Monitoring &amp; Reporting team of Risk Department to discharge responsibilities in areas of credit control, internal and regulatory risk reports, credit administration, facility documentation, collateral management and covenant monitoring. In addition, responsible for any tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Head of the department.

Main duties :
Credit Controller - 
· Data management and reporting:
-  Ensure consistency and quality of risk information about counterparties, limits, authorizations and utilizations;
- Manage the local risk databases and their feeding process to ensure the upstream quality of risk data flowing from local systems;
-  Reconcile the risk databases with the accounting databases, participate to review of risk weighted assets reports;
- Prepare internal and regulatory risk reports and ensure timely submission
· Control implementation of risk decisions:
- Check utilizations against authorizations and limits;
- Report anomalies to local management and Risk Department in accordance with local / regional / HO procedure for monitoring and reporting of anomalies (e.g. limit breaches, tenor breaches, expired authorisations etc)
· Methods, tools and systems:
-  Participate to the management of all the tasks related to the local adaptation of RPC’s worldwide projects in liaison with RPC-AP and RPC-HO

·        Handle inquiries from customers [ML(C1] / Front Office / FCS.

JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced and client – focused cash management service specialist to join our FCS team. This role is critical in supporting our India clients with their day-to-day cash management and digital banking needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients with the clear objective of maintaining and building long-term relationships.
· Analyze customer requests and reminders
· Process and respond to customer requests within the given time frame (pre-defined indicators)
· Communicate to the concerned teams of the follow-up / resolutions of requests processed
· Enter / list customer requests in the customer request tracking tool &amp; ensure that all information necessary for the resolution of the request is recorded in the tool and that the processing of the request follows the validated procedures
· Maintain records/documents to accurately document client requests and past discussions
· Inform customers of incidents that could potentially impact them and inform them of their resolution
· Escalate immediately the necessary teams in the event of atypical requests and recurrent / major complaints
· Co-ordinate with the internal teams for smooth implementation and resolution of client issues
· Ensure compliance with KYC, AML and regulatory requirements during the life cycle of the client journey.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Summary

Crédit Agricole Group International Desk (“PAI”), India is a part of the Global International Business Solutions serving the Credit Agricole Group, assisting the group’s mid-cap clients with their international operations, by providing expertise on the local environment as well as by securing access to a wide spectrum of banking services in India.

The Assistant Credit Officer at PAI will be reporting to the Manager, International Desk, India. He/she is responsible to assist in the activities of A/c opening, Credit Analysis, liaising with clients located pan India and liaising with internal teams across the CACIB India Branches to ensure smooth completion of on-boarding of clients. The officer is also involved in day-to-day transactional activities of loans, international trade and Fx related activities in client servicing and account monitoring.

Job Description
· Undertake A/c opening activities in liaison with internal A/c opening &amp; KYC teams and clients.
· Undertake accurate and timely credit analysis of counterparties (French, Italian and Spanish clients located in India) by identifying business and financial risk based on understanding of business model, financial statement analysis, preparing cash flow model and peer analysis.
· Write credit reviews/analysis for recommendation to Risk team and Senior Management approval in liaison with Legal, Compliance, Treasury and Risk teams.
· Post approval, engaging in loan documentation in liaison with internal teams and ensuring smooth completion of credit line set-ups.
· Active participation in onshore and offshore loan bookings
· Monitoring of account and client portfolio along with covenants in regular discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
· Manage the credit portfolio and assist senior decision makers to make informed decisions based on your recommendations.
· Comply with the rules applicable to CACIB staff (i.e. Compliance/Financial Security), as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
· Handle regulatory and transactional queries from clients and address them efficiently in liaison with the Reporting officer and respective internal teams.
· Be the central point of contact for all client activities in co-ordination with the Reporting Manager.
· Handle time to time ad-hoc requests on MIS and data requested from global offices.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Summary of the position:
You will be joining the Markets Regulatory Compliance Monitoring department, which is a critical function within CACIB, responsible for the identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting of the Bank’s compliance risks.
CPL:
Global Compliance (CPL)’s mission is to contribute to ensuring compliance of the activities and operations of the Bank and its employees with legislative and regulatory provisions as well as internal and external rules applicable to CACIB’s activities in matters of banking and financial activities, or which could lead to criminal sanctions, sanctions from regulators, disputes with clients and more broadly reputational risk.
Main duties:
Within the Compliance Monitoring team, you are mainly responsible for :
Assessing non-compliance risks by ensuring, through a risk-based approach, the proper application of financial market regulations, laws and codes;
Performing compliance monitoring controls and/or spot checks
Carry out compliance checks on MiFID, EMIR, ESMA, SFTR, PRIIPS, DFA regulations;
 Participate in the completion of the Compliance monitoring control plan: each Compliance Controller shall execute his/her controls and fill the related results into the dedicated spreadsheet;
Participate in the control framework of employees who fall in scope of the DFA registration and register them within the CACIB AP list, maintain this list on a day-to-day basis and monitors it through monthly controls.
Perform periodic consolidated reports, Key Production Indicators, and Management Indicators from the global Local Compliance Network, with a focus on Market activities monitoring.
Participate in the consolidation of stakeholders’ contributions and communication of the finalized support to GMRC management.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
