Résumé
Responsable de l'accompagnement au quotidien des activités de trading exécutées par CA Securities, l'agence CACIB NY, nos affiliés et nos clients. Activités de règlement de toutes les opérations sur obligation gouvernementales at d’agences américaines. Traitement des opérations de financement de type tripartie, suivi sur l’activité DTCC (services de compensation, de règlement et de dépositaire pour les marchés financiers).
Responsabilités clés
Gérer les règlements au sein de l'équipe de règlements ’’Domestic US’’, qui intègre le traitement transactionnel dans les systèmes tel que : DTCC, BNY BDC &amp; BNY Accessedge:
Suivi sur DTCC - car nous sommes un courtier auto-gérer et dirigeons les opérations pour notre propre compte. Livraisons et nantissements manuels occasionnels, enquêtes, mouvements de garantie pour combler les déficits intra journaliers.
Financement du compte ‘’broker-dealer’’ - examen des paiements entrants et sortants en lien avec les règlements sur FED et DTCC. Responsable de vérifier les besoins de financement quotidien avec le département de trésorerie.
Règlements FED &amp; tripartie- Travailler avec l’application BNY BDC afin de suivre et assurer le bon déroulement des règlements FED et mouvements de collatéral ‘’appel de marge’’.
Doit connaître les produits de notre périmètre, les obligations d'entreprise américaines, les actions américaines, les TSY, MBS, les papiers commerciaux, les instruments MMI. (Activités de prêt/emprunt de titres, opérations de pension)
Traitement des paiements par virement bancaire pour les besoins en garanties ‘’appel de marge’’, les ‘’repricing’’, les nets ‘’pair-offs’’, les réclamations ‘’claims’’ et les intérêts de coupon.
Réconcilier les comptes entre les dépositaires (DTCC, BNY) et les systèmes internes (FIS Phase 3) et assurer la balance quotidienne des livres et des positions.
Communiquer avec d'autres équipes de support (Finance, Middle Office, CMI TI) ainsi qu'avec le Front Office Trading et Sales sur les questions de production, ainsi que les projets et les mises en œuvre.
Systèmes : Connaissance de toutes les fonctionnalités de BNY BDC &amp; Accessedge – appariement des transactions, attribution des ‘’deals’’ triparties, y compris les modes de transmission, les écrans de position, les transactions en cours, ack/nack, radars, écrans de trésorerie.
Interaction :Traitement de volume élevé et connaissance des ‘’cutoff ’’ et des différents délais ; interaction constante avec le Middle Office, le Trading, les Sales et le ‘’REPO Desk’’.
Rapprochement : Équilibrage intra journalier et de fin de journée de l’activité compensée à BNY qui a été traitée sur le système FIS (Phase 3) pour assurer l’équilibrage des positions et de la trésorerie. Traiter les écritures de journal et les mouvements de trésorerie sur FIS (Phase 3).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

L’équipe comprend aussi un pôle en Asie, les implémentation managers sont basés dans les pays où Crédit Agricole CIB est présent selon les solutions à mettre en place. Les membres de l’équipe peuvent être en transverse sur plusieurs pôles selon leurs expertises.

Vous serez e avec un senior implémentation manager, en charge de l’implémentation des solutions/produits de la gamme Transaction Banking.

Concrètement vos missions seront les suivantes :
1) Implémentation des projets
Le TB Implementation :
Est responsable de l’implémentation des mandats obtenus auprès des clients Corporate, Institutions Financières (Banques et non-banques) principalement en EMEA ;
Est responsable du planning d’implémentation qu’il évalue et dont il assure la livraison des différentes phases dans le cadre d’un suivi personnalisé avec le Client ;
Coordonne l’ensemble des acteurs internes (Produits, Sales, Back office, Client Service, BPI, …) et externes concernés jusqu’à la mise en place opérationnelle complète des Solutions/Produits ITB ;
Alerte à bon escient, de manière factuelle et argumentée, en proposant des solutions, en cas de risque potentiel ou avéré ;
Les implémentations se font au gré des mandats clients et le suivi en étroite collaboration avec le ou les TB Sales concernés ;
Le TB Implementation sera mobilisé par le Global Head of Implementation dans le cadre de la gestion du portefeuille de Mandats à implémenter pour le compte des TB Sales.

2) Marketing de l’équipe implémentation.
Générer et mettre à jour les supports de présentation internes sur :L’avancement des projets en cours ;
Les projets importants finalisés ;
Les statistiques de l’équipe ;
Accompagnement du manager lors des présentations internes ;
Elaboration des comptes rendus de réunions.

The Compliance Analyst supports the Head of Compliance/Local Compliance Officer (LCO) in executing the Branch's compliance framework, with a primary focus on Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT), and Know Your Client (KYC) obligations.
This role is critical in safeguarding the organisation against financial crime risk and ensuring adherence to Australian Prudential standards. This encompasses activities across the different Compliance areas: AML/CTF/KYC, Sanctions, Privacy, Corporations Act, Prudential Standards and international laws.
You will be required to execute Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions Screening and Compliance Control Plan in accordance with relevant regulatory requirements, as well as advice provision on established policies and procedures. Regulatory project management may also be required which will require timeline, action point driving and project governance facilitation work.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and assess AML/CFT typologies and red flags to proactively identify and mitigate emerging financial crime risks
Provide comprehensive AML/CFT compliance opinions on higher-risk files, transactions, and business activities
Review, investigate, and process alerts generated by transaction monitoring systems (Fircosoft) in line with Group sanction requirements
Conduct searches on transactions and files via Factiva Dow Jones and Worldcheck
Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) on high-risk clients, Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), and complex ownership structures
Identify, assess, and escalate suspicious matters in accordance with AUSTRAC reporting obligations, including Suspicious Matter Reports (SMRs) and Threshold Transaction Reports (TTRs)
Assist in maintaining and updating the Branch's AML/CTF Program in line with the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth)
Prepare the draft compliance opinion form and conduct the consistency checking on KYC documents
Involvement in regulatory projects with reference to project management aspects such as reporting, timeline progression and meeting governance
Assist in providing policy, procedure and compliance advice to the business lines and support functions
Collaborate with regional and Head Office teams to seek advice and drive consistency across the Group and APAC region
Ensure timely completion and submission of reports and documents to the Australian regulators (where the reporting / submission is connected to CPL themes and topics)
Devise a business-oriented compliance culture via training facilitation

Résumé du poste :
L’auditeur confirmé effectue un bilan préliminaire de l’activité auditée et de son cadre de contrôle interne. Il effectue des tests et des analyses indépendantes sur des contrôles spécifiques afin d’atteindre les objectifs de l’audit. Principales responsabilités :
L'auditeur confirmé peut soit travailler de manière indépendante, soit superviser un ou plusieurs auditeurs juniors.

I - Conduite de la mission
- Effectuer de manière indépendante la planification et les chantiers de mission, notamment :
- Un bilan préliminaire de l’activité auditée mettant en évidence les risques et contrôles associés
- Entretiens, tests et analyses des résultats des contrôles prévus dans le programme d’audit 
- Évaluer les contrôles de conformité avec les réglementations, pouvant inclure les guides IT de la Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC), NY Department of Financial Services (DFS) 500, DFS 504, la loi Gramm-Leach-Bliley (GLBA), le National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), les frameworks tels que COBIT, etc.
- Évaluation des processus et des contrôles au sein de l'infrastructure IT, des opérations informatiques, de la cybersécurité, de la planification de la continuité des activités, des applications métiers, de la gouvernance et de la gestion des données.

Key Responsibilities

With the help of the internship supervisor, in charge of a validation study topics within the model validation team. 

The model validation team is the essential team to ensure the viability, robustness and reliability of the FO pricing models before they can be used for production purpose. All the new FO models/methodologies or any methodological changes should be validated by the team. For each validation request, the team analyses the assumptions and the proposed model/methodology to verify the theoretical relevance to the problem it is designed to address. Then tests and analysis will be done to check the implementation as well as the behaviours of the model/methodology in terms of robustness and reliability. As long as it is possible, in particular for important pricing models, the team will re implement the model in the team’s internal library which covers all the asset classes (IR, FX, Hybrid, equity, XVA, credit). The whole study is expected to challenge all the aspects of the model/ methodology and its numerical implementation. Moreover, the team exchanges closely with FO Research team and Trading desk on a large range of topics related to models &amp; methodologies. 

In addition, the team also works closely with the RM team and provides them technical support on all model/methodology related issues, in particular, on the various risk reports. 

The candidate is required to have at least a master degree level in Financial mathematics or equivalent. In particular, the candidate should be familiar with stochastic calculus (Brownian motion, Ito Lemma, numeraire change) and relevant numerical methods (Monte Carlo, PDE resolution, asymptotic analysis). In addition, basic skills of programming are also required in order to implement models. Team work is the essential part of the role and communication capacity is also required for exchanges with 
various teams (FO, Risk, IT, etc). 

Key Responsibilities
In accordance with FO model validation requests, organise and conduct the validation study with the internship 
supervisor.
In case of need, conduct ad hoc analysis for Risk methodologies and provide technical support to RM teams.
Contribute in the team’s internal library for pricing and XVA models/methods.
Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities
Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the London Compliance manual and Compliance policies and procedures as issued from time to time; Financial Security requirements, including, but not limited to, the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud including reporting obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer.

To assume the functions of Head of RPC Japan, responsible for the management of the Risk Management Division locally, responsible of the follow-up, monitoring and reporting of all the counterparty, market, and operational risks borne by CA-CIB Japan in all its activities.
To build and maintain a good working relationship with business lines, coverage bankers and Senior Country Officer to anticipate risks, to manage business in a sound manner, and to disseminate the Risk culture of CA-CIB.

To proactively manage the portfolio with on-going monitoring and reporting of any risk event on a counterparty or an industry, in order to recommend/take both pre-emptive and follow-up actions.

Key Responsibilities

1.     Strategy and Business Planning

To act as the unique RPC representative in Japan vis-à-vis the management and the other departments of the unit, as well as vis-à-vis third parties, for maintaining adequate Human Resources, for participating to the BCP and for other daily administrative matters; to attend various committees relevant to its Risk and Permanent Control function, including but not limited to, Market Risk Committee, Business Committee, Credit Risk Committee, Internal Control Committee, Risk Anomalies Committee, ALM Committee and etc.

To manage, supervise and coordinate all the local RPC functions (SCS, FSP, CMR, MAM, MRO) as defined in the respective Job Descriptions of these functions; to review their reports and make necessary improvements; to attend their meetings; to adequately review &amp; update local policies &amp; procedures under RPC responsibilities.

To maintain a good quality of the portfolio through:
- To lead Risk portfolio reviews &amp; participate in CSP reviews for risk appetite defining 
- Proactively manage the portfolio with on-going monitoring, reporting of counterparty or industrial sector risk events with pre-emptive &amp;/or follow-up actions.
- To alert the local management and CRO APAC about any possible degradation of risks in the Country
- To maintain integrity of risk data and parameters and monitoring the annual review cycle of the counterparties and guarantors of the Country and their rating process through monthly reporting to CRO APAC and monthly alerts to the local Management.
 - Monitoring of Market Risks and of respect of limits imposed on traders.

To coordinate and supervise the implementation in Japan of all CA-CIB projects (e.g. Basle IV, FRTB, evolution of Risk systems infrastructure, evolution of Risk methodologies and processes);

Summary

Develop GTC business to be generated by all types of import and export transactions and domestic business from corporate and FI clients with all GTC products available in China
Develop and coordinate GTC activities with CACIB’s international network, including CASA network/ BPI, both for inbound( GTC flows channeled to China by the group network and other referrals), and outbound business(GTC business directed by China to other branches in the group)

2. Negotiate and structure all types of GTC transactions at CA-CIB China in close coordination with internal and external functional links as outlined above.

3. Provide efficient expertise and technical support within the Bank in the different types of GTF products, such as L/Cs, guarantees, forfeiting, E-Draft, Supply Chain Financing (Experience in AR Purchase with credit insurance and / or with syndication or Distribution arrangement or other products like inventory financing will be a plus).

4. Being familiar with some specific sectors will be a plus, i.e. new energy, TMT and etc.

5. Monitor local market conditions (benchmarking and intelligence activity)

6. Maintain and develop the relationship with the local secondary market players to enhance the Bank’s distribution capabilities and the sourcing of deal participations as well.

7. Be aware of and respect main regulations and guidelines by local regulations which are related this function; and take reasonable steps and actions to contribute to the fraud prevention.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

U.S. Analyst Program

The U.S. Analyst Program is for recent graduates starting a career in corporate &amp; investment banking. It offers training, mentoring and exposure across the Finance function. The position runs for a maximum of two years, with the objective of developing the Analyst into a permanent role at the end of that period or earlier, subject to performance and available headcount.

Finance Department

The Financial Steering &amp; ALM division sits within the Finance Department and covers 3 product lines at Credit Agricole CIB Americas: Profitability &amp; Internal Pricing (PIP), Asset/Liability Management (ALM), and CFO Solutions (CFX). This provides analysis of the Bank’s business activities across solvency, liquidity, balance sheet, profitability, regulatory status, and analysis of relevant data in order to provide optimization suggestions.

CFO Solutions is the data and analysis team within the division. It collects financial/regulatory data from a range of sources across the Bank, structures it so that it can be used with confidence, analyses it to find what is useful to management, and delivers the result through reports &amp; analytical tools. Work is done in Python, Power BI and Excel, along with AI tools approved for use.

Position Overview

Collect data from source systems &amp; other teams, and structure it into a form that can be used/reused
Check and clean data, and resolve differences between sources
Analyze data to identify trends, drivers, risks etc. useful to management
Produce the recurring reporting that goes to management, regulators, business lines
Build and maintain dashboards, models and analytical tools, including business line scorecards, regulatory indicator views and balance sheet analytics

Primary Responsibilities

Collecting/Structuring Data:
Gather financial/regulatory data from source systems and from internal teams

Summary of Position
The VP/Director within the Financing &amp; Client Services – Agency and Transaction Management (ATM) group is responsible for:

(i) Executing CACIB's role as Administrative Agent, sole lender (bilateral), or participant across Structured Finance and Corporate transactions in the Americas, managing each transaction throughout its full lifecycle from inception to termination; and
(ii) Performing internal portfolio monitoring and oversight functions.

Main Responsibilities
Agency Management: Deliver a high-quality, client focused Administrative Agent function across an assigned portfolio of transactions, including:
Reviewing and providing feedback on draft financing              agreement provisions as they relate to agency                      functions at transaction inception
Leading the coordination of funding across multiple financial institutions and CACIB's Back Office
Tracking, evaluating, and distributing borrower deliverables and compliance obligations, including financial statements, covenant compliance, UCC filings, and insurance requirements
Maintaining an organized and current deal site for lender access and reference
Monitoring guarantees and collateral throughout the life of each transaction
Evaluating conditions precedent (CPs) for draws, payments, term conversions, distributions, and related actions
Coordinate loan assignment processes
Serving as the primary liaison to all transaction participants and stakeholders, including sponsors, lenders, legal counsel, independent engineers, and other deal advisors
Negotiating waivers and amendments with borrowers and sponsors; managing the end-to-end approval process with bank groups, including efficient coordination of Q&amp;A among stakeholders and collecting participant lender consents
Leading bank meetings and conference calls
Responding to inquiries from borrowers and lenders in a timely and professional manner
Collaborating cross-functionally with internal departments including Front Office, Back Office, Legal, and Credit Risk
Managing all internal and external processes required to properly document facility terminations at repayment
Oversee a portfolio of sole lender (bilateral) and participant transactions as required
Maintain accurate and current data across multiple interconnected internal systems to ensure effective portfolio monitoring and control
Partner with ATM management and the Data Monitoring team in Paris to uphold data integrity through ongoing controls and reconciliations
Support additional activities including SMAC maintenance, anomaly resolution, LGD troubleshooting, and ad hoc special projects, operating effectively in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment
Lead and contribute to internal projects and initiatives, as needed

Le poste est celui de gestionnaire valideur au sein d’une des équipes. A ce titre, il s’articule autour de 3 missions principales :

Vous assurez la gestion d’un portefeuille de crédits et validez les opérations
Mise en place de l’opération :Analyse de la documentation de crédit, contrôle des pré-requis

Les enregistrements des financements dans UNILOAN

Vous assurez le relais du management de l’équipe dans la prise en charge et le suivi des traitements et participez à la montée en compétence des collaborateurs :
Participation et/ ou animation du brief quotidien
Suivi et contrôle du bon déroulement quotidien des tâches (ex. respect des cut-off, traitement de l'exhaustivité des événements, contrôles ou tâches transverses…)
Détection et analyse des situations à risque (ex. demande de dérogation aux règles applicables, changement de processus de traitement, mise en place de nouvelles activités ou produits, reprise de stock…)
Accompagnement des collaborateurs : dans l’analyse et le traitement des opérations / événements complexes, dans l’utilisation des outils, dans les relations avec les différents partenaires…&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

The Risk and Permanent Control (RPC) department monitors and controls all the risks related to CACIB London, including market risk, credit risk, counterparty risk and operational risk.

The team are seeking a 12-Month Risk Intern who will act as a support role within RPC, working alongside experienced risk managers, analysts and technology specialists. This role will be responsible for enhancing the use of AI technologies in RPC UK and improving efficiency of risk reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities
Regulatory &amp; Internal Reporting
Prepare the London risk dashboard and London risk committee materials
Participate in data analysis, visualization and quality assurance tasks related to risk metrics

Innovation &amp; Transformation
Assist in the development and integration of AI-driven tools to enhance risk monitoring and decision-making process
Design and build internal tools (e.g. in Python, Excel) to streamline and simplify risk reporting, reducing manual effort and increasing accuracy
Engage with stakeholders across business lines to understand risk reporting needs and identify opportunities to harmonize reports, reduce duplication, and enhance the quality of management information
Document process improvements and share learnings with the wider team to support ongoing knowledge development

Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities
Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the London Compliance manual and the Financial Crime Policy.
Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role. Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence.
