About the Role:
The US Analyst position is available for a maximum of 2 years. The goal of the US Analyst program is to provide opportunities to the ideal candidate to build knowledge and experiences to qualify for a potential full-time position at the end of the two-year period, should the headcount allow within the division. The US Analyst will be assigned to support one of the teams below. A brief description of the teams and responsibilities are outlined below:
Methods &amp; Support (M&amp;S): M&amp;S is part of a global team that provides guidance and quality assurance control  for IGE.. In the US the team is responsible for the following: Maintenance of local policies and procedures that align with global IGE and Credit Agricole S.A. Group methodologies
Periodic reporting for local and global committees and regulators, including data analysis
Local support and training
Execution of the Quality Assurance Improvement Program (QAIP), supporting continuous improvement of the audit function
Participation to transversal projects as and when required
Onboarding and off-boarding process in the US
Logistic and organizational support to IGE Americas
Local administration of IGE tools (MyAudit, MySkills, TeamMate)
Audit Functions – Business Lines and Support Function: The Audit Functions team performs risk-based audit coverage of Business Lines and Support Functions within the bank. They identify and report on strengths and weaknesses of the audited areas and analyze the root causes and consequences of the identified weaknesses, providing formal feedback and reporting audit findings pertaining to the control environments across the auditable entities. The team is responsible for the following:Assess the design and operating effectiveness of the areas in scope of the audits 
Execute audit work supported with sufficient audit workpapers, data and applicable documents in accordance with IGE methodology, regulatory requirements, and AIBL / IIA standards
Present audit conclusions to IGE management with clearly documented audit findings and recommendations, and present to the management of the audited unit
Keep the Lead Auditor in charge of the assignment/Local Head of Audit informed of the progress on the audit work assigned, and to escalate any issue that may impact/delay the project
Conduct recommendations follow-ups to monitor whether adequate corrective actions have been taken prior to submitting to Managers for closing the recommendations
Proper archiving of any supporting documentation, audit evidence and deliverables using the designated audit designated audit documentation tools

Qualifications:

Position

Overview:

The Global Referential Management division (GRM) is  part more globally of the Operation unit of OPC.

Under its scope of responsibilities, GRM is in charge of the Know Your Customer (KYC) due-diligences in collaboration with the Relationship Manager and the Financial Security.

We are currently looking for a KYC analyst to join our team in Singapore.

This is a 1-year contract position (with the possibility to be extended) where the Analyst will be part of the KYC Middle Office team, in coordination with the Front Office, the KYC Checkers and Financial Security.

The Analyst will be in charge of analyzing and updating KYC files.



Main responsibilities

·       Analyze client profile to determine the required KYC information as per procedure.
·       Analysis of existing documents, obtain the new documents if any changes are observed.
·       Collect or source the client information from the public sources.
·       Analysis of collected data, perform sanity check, liaise with relationship manager for further documents, information and confirmation.
·       Perform name screening and background checks.
·       Input client's data and upload documents into KYC system
·       Responsible to liaise with quality checkers and compliance teams for any issues.
·       To ensure the global quality of the KYC files according to the compliance rules.
·       To be part of department methods and process improvement by bringing an active contributor of the convergence program between Paris, London, New York and Singapore.
·       To conduct/review and analyze information procured and ensure that Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence for new account opening and maintenance of existing client accounts is in compliance with local regulations as well as the Bank's global procedure.
·       Ensure that the KYC Due Diligence package for client for new onboarding client or recertification of existing client is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
·       Team spirit and share knowledge, working within a team – with an adaptable &amp; flexible approach, coordinate &amp; guide with other stakeholders across the team and globe on KYC quires.
·       Ensure proper procurement, maintenance and updates of KYC Due Diligence documentation in the bank’s systems for reference and verification.

Qualifications and Profile

Must have

·       Ability to recognise important information and identify risks
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
An excellent verbal and written communication skill in English
Strong perseverance and diligence towards attaining goals and effective time management

Nice to have

A first experience in KYC (for corporate clients) would be considered as an asset (otherwise we will train you).

We are seeking a talented ITSM Coordinator to join our dynamic Capital Market IT (CMI) department!
“Run the bank” is the first mission of IT department. It involves many front-line IT professionals who understand the nature of business operations, timing of activities &amp; data flowing through internal and external systems. They are continuously working with business users, infrastructure engineer and system managers.
The candidate will join the Singapore Capital Market ‘Run Control Tower’ team in charge of defining, controlling and spreading Best Practices for Run/Support teams working on application for capital market and ensure to create and manage controls for the RUN Teams.
This role is the GATEKEEPER for Production Stability and Quality as well as Support Practices across Capital Markets IT Globally.
Capital Markets IT involves technology solutions and systems used in financial markets for trading, investment, and related activities. This includes electronic trading platforms, risk management systems, market risk, counterparty risk, algorithmic trading, data analytics, and Regulatory measures. The use of advanced technologies like API’s, artificial intelligence and cloud solutions are also becoming increasingly prevalent in capital markets to enhance efficiency and decision-making processes. 

Main Responsibilities

The candidate will be under the responsibility of the Run Control Tower in ISAP for Capital Markets IT.
Candidate is expected to be a source of proposals and execution for improving the Run/ITSM practices of the support teams and quality management. Summary of the position:

Overview: 

The Global Referential Management division (GRM) is  part more globally of the Operation unit of OPC.

Under its scope of responsibilities, GRM is in charge of the Know Your Customer (KYC) due-diligences in collaboration with the Relationship Manager and the Financial Security.

We are currently looking for a junior KYC analyst to join our team in Singapore.

This is a 1-year contract position (with the possibility to be extended) where the Analyst will be part of the KYC Middle Office team, in coordination with the Front Office, the KYC Checkers and Financial Security. 

The Analyst will be in charge of analyzing and updating KYC files.



Main responsibilities

·       Analyze client profile to determine the required KYC information as per procedure.
·       Analysis of existing documents, obtain the new documents if any changes are observed.
·       Collect or source the client information from the public sources.
·       Analysis of collected data, perform sanity check, liaise with relationship manager for further documents, information and confirmation.
·       Perform name screening and background checks.
·       Input client's data and upload documents into KYC system
·       Responsible to liaise with quality checkers and compliance teams for any issues.
·       To ensure the global quality of the KYC files according to the compliance rules.
·       To be part of department methods and process improvement by bringing an active contributor of the convergence program between Paris, London, New York and Singapore.
·       To conduct/review and analyze information procured and ensure that Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence for new account opening and maintenance of existing client accounts is in compliance with local regulations as well as the Bank's global procedure. 
·       Ensure that the KYC Due Diligence package for client for new onboarding client or recertification of existing client is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
·       Team spirit and share knowledge, working within a team – with an adaptable &amp; flexible approach, coordinate &amp; guide with other stakeholders across the team and globe on KYC quires.
·       Ensure proper procurement, maintenance and updates of KYC Due Diligence documentation in the bank’s systems for reference and verification.

Qualifications and Profile

Must have

Position

Overview:

The Global Referential Management division (GRM) is  part more globally of the Operation unit of OPC.

Under its scope of responsibilities, GRM is in charge of the Know Your Customer (KYC) due-diligences in collaboration with the Relationship Manager and the Financial Security.

We are currently looking for a KYC analyst to join our team in Singapore.

This is a 1-year contract position (with the possibility to be extended) where the Analyst will be part of the KYC Middle Office team, in coordination with the Front Office, the KYC Checkers and Financial Security.

The Analyst will be in charge of analyzing and updating KYC files.



Main responsibilities

·       Analyze client profile to determine the required KYC information as per procedure.
·       Analysis of existing documents, obtain the new documents if any changes are observed.
·       Collect or source the client information from the public sources.
·       Analysis of collected data, perform sanity check, liaise with relationship manager for further documents, information and confirmation.
·       Perform name screening and background checks.
·       Input client's data and upload documents into KYC system
·       Responsible to liaise with quality checkers and compliance teams for any issues.
·       To ensure the global quality of the KYC files according to the compliance rules.
·       To be part of department methods and process improvement by bringing an active contributor of the convergence program between Paris, London, New York and Singapore.
·       To conduct/review and analyze information procured and ensure that Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence for new account opening and maintenance of existing client accounts is in compliance with local regulations as well as the Bank's global procedure.
·       Ensure that the KYC Due Diligence package for client for new onboarding client or recertification of existing client is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
·       Team spirit and share knowledge, working within a team – with an adaptable &amp; flexible approach, coordinate &amp; guide with other stakeholders across the team and globe on KYC quires.
·       Ensure proper procurement, maintenance and updates of KYC Due Diligence documentation in the bank’s systems for reference and verification.

Qualifications and Profile

Must have

·       Ability to recognise important information and identify risks
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
An excellent verbal and written communication skill in English
Strong perseverance and diligence towards attaining goals and effective time management

Nice to have

A first experience in KYC (for corporate clients) would be considered as an asset (otherwise we will train you).

Main duties:

•Organize the quarterly credit sensitive meeting locally (using Credit Sensitive Database) and with Head Office (using Substandard Asset Database). About the Program:
Our US Analyst program is designed to immerse participants in the day-to-day activities of the Global Markets Division which is comprised of Sales and Trading.  Participants are assigned to specific teams and are also afforded job shadowing opportunities across the division. In an effort to provide the participants with a well-rounded experience, the curriculum will include, but is not limited to, the following:
Collaborate with senior and junior mentors
Complete assigned projects
Participate in formal training
Attend speaker series, networking and social events

Summary:
Global Markets Sales (GMS) covers Financial Institutions (FI), corporate clients and group entities. The FI sector focuses on Banks, Insurance, SSA, Asset Managers and Hedge Funds. The FI Solutions Sales team is a cross-product team that works to service bank, insurance, and distributor clients with a variety of bespoke financing, liquidity, hedging, and investment products.

Key Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Assisting in the origination, marketing, and execution of transactions for the Cross-Asset Distribution and Financial Institutions Solutions team
2. Support senior salespeople on all tasks including:
Pricing and execution of transactions including structured notes, secured financing, and derivatives
Creation of term sheets and marketing materials
Strategic analysis and industry research
Working with bank and insurance clients to develop and execute bespoke solutions

Secondary Responsibilities
Shadowing opportunities which include:  collaborating with senior and junior mentors; completing assigned projects; attending meetings; giving presentations; participating in formal training; attending speaker series, networking and social events.
Developing expertise in structured financial products and financing and risk management of financial institutions
