Our organization

Within the IT &amp; Operations division, the department Digital Excellence Center (DEC) in Singapore is strong of 150 staff. Our centers of excellence have established a recognized know-how on process digitalization and data analytics while our expertize on artificial intelligence is growing.

Position

In a challenging and multicultural environment, we seek a Support Analyst to join our ISAP/GIT/DEC – Digital Excellence Center. 
The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude. The candidate should exibit good verbal and writing communication skills for efficient and smooth interatin with other team members in both Singapore and Paris hubs. In addition, need to have interest in learning new technologies and software factory tools supported by the team such as datawarehouse, AI, DevOps tools, etc.

The position requires autonomy and reliability in performing duties while maintaining good communication with the rest of the Global IT ecosystem as well as the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.


Qualifications and Profile

Education Bachelor or better – Computer Science or related field, couped with relevant industry certification, will be advange.

This position requires a minimum of 2+ years of experience in supporting or developing application.

About CMI
Capital Markets IT (CMI) is the IT department within the bank focused on solutions related to Capital Markets. This includes Front Office (FO) booking platforms, Back Office (BO) platforms, Risk Management (RM) control and regulatory reporting systems, financial product and contract valuation systems, and much more. It is the department most directly exposed to the bank’s financial operations.
Responsibilities
·       Contributing to development of high quality fully tested source code complying with deadlines, schedule and coding standards.
·       Liaise with senior developer and technical lead for design understanding
·       Liaise with business analysts for clarification and understanding of requirements.
·       Familiar with CI-CD and good understanding of branching implementation
·       Organize and keep up to date detailed technical documentation
·       Develop tests strategy in coordination with project manager / Business Analysts
·       Provide technical assistance during user acceptance test
·       Support applications in production - analyze and resolve issues as they arise

Qualifications and Profile
The successful candidate will definitely have:
·       At least 2 years of software development experience
·       At least 1 years’ experience working with Java
·       An understanding of recent Java language features, such as lambdas, streams, and futures
·       Good knowledge of algorithms and data structures
·       Strong ability to analyze code – understand execution flow &amp; debug even accessing to a debugger
·       Experience with Maven, Git, writing and maintaining integration tests
·       Strong familiarity with Linux and bash
·       Good knowledge of SQL or an SQL-inspired dialect such as HQL

An ideal candidate will also have exposure in some or all of the following:
·       Jenkins and Ansible with exposure to devops culture
·       Jira or a similar issue-tracking system
·       The Spring framework and IoC, and particularly Spring Boot and Swagger for restful web services
·       Messaging technology such as kafka, MQ

Additionally, knowledge of the following would be helpful although it is not required:
·       Web development fundamentals (HTML, Javascript, jQuery, ReactJS, etc)
·       Docker/Kubernetes, Microservices
·       ElasticSearch
·       General knowledge and understanding of investment banking domain, capital market FO/BO environment is an advantage

The Team

The department of Corporate and Support Functions IT (CSI) is responsible for the development and maintenance of risk and finance applications, used by end users worldwide. Our Finance IT (FIT) section handles applications responsible for Finance data collection, Finance calculation and Reporting for CA-CIB worldwide.


Responsibilities

You will be responsible mainly of the following:
Deliver fully tested source code complying with quality indicators objectives
Address technical aspects with architect and functional aspects with business analyst.
Liaise with business analysts for clarification and understanding of requirements.
Analyze technical constraints considering functional impacts with technical lead’s help
Organize and keep up to date detailed technical documentation
Provide detailed estimation for development of solutions
Develop tests strategy in coordination with project manager / Business Analysts
Perform design and code review for other team members
Be pro-active and ensure a continuous improvement mindset for the team
Qualifications and Profile

Work Experience
At least 2 years solid hands-on experience in Java/J2EE development
At least 2 years in database like MS SQL Servers including SQL development
At least 1 year in UI development using Angular/React
 Functional 
Basic understanding of finance domain
General banking, finance and investment banking understanding and knowledge

Technical
Java/J2EE ,Spring, Spring Boot, RESTFUL Webservices, Apache Spark
Knowledge on both frontend and backend development
Able to analyze and develop SQL queries, stored procedures and functions using Microsoft SQL Server
Experience with CI/CD pipelines(Jenkins/GitLab or similar)

Job Overview:
Credit Agricole CIB’s Credit Coordination department is seeking a Credit Coordination US Analyst.
The position will provide strong support to the Coverage teams by contributing in and coordinating the credit process and ensuring high quality information is provided to decision makers in advance of relevant committees.

This is a full-time, contractual position located in New York City or Houston.
Responsibilities:
Assemble requests from various Coverage teams (Chicago, New York, Canada, LATAM, MNC, Tech, etc.) by:Summarizing the transaction in memo form prior to business and credit committees, including profitability analysis, risk-weighted asset analysis, credit analysis, and client strategy
Coordinate committee scheduling with Coverage, various product groups, risk department, and head office
Acting as central point of contact for questions and info requests related to a transaction
Using internal systems to input authorization details and ensure accurate booking
Each client is reviewed at least once per year by the Risk Department; as such, the analyst will:manage the review process for all clients
ensure timely delivery of relevant information to all internal stakeholders
liaise with the international network and product teams as needed
analyze the key credit risks affecting the client
manage and recommend changes as needed with regards to overall client exposure
use internal systems to input all authorization details to ensure ongoing booking accuracy
Portfolio monitoring:process amendments
limit anomalies related to past due annual reviews and past due internal ratings
regularly review internal ratings with the goal of identifying any changes in advance
Qualifications:
Minimum QualificationsBA/BS degree, including accounting / finance / economics coursework
You are eligible to work in the US
You will not require Visa Sponsorship for employment in the US now or in the future (OPT, F-1 Visa, etc.)

Responsibilities
1. Assist to FIG coverage for daily Know Your Customer (KYC), data analysis, clients’ relationship maintenance and transaction execution.
2. Assisting in marketing activities (pitches / material / call report)

4. Prepare internal credit application (risk / business analysis of client)
5. Assisting in providing operational support in the loan disbursement process such as gathering supporting documents, necessary approvals

7. Assist in internal documentation and strategy paper writing, and responsible of team support related work.
8. Arrange and record the daily marketing activities
9. Arrange the clients’ meetings, prepare the call reports and various client information analysis.
10. Backup for RM to write and arrange documents like FO request, meeting memos, PPT and other daily work depends on specific needs.
11. Record and analyze the data to the system, like KIWIS, CILENT LIVE, PHIDIAS and ANEDEFI etc.
12. Coordinate with other departments of some temporary work like road show and other works depends on specific needs.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Summary:

Assist the team with any remediation projects in regards to processes or controls, resulted from either regulatory reviews or internal audits.

ROLE SUMMARY
Analyze and recommend counterparty credit exposures proposed by business units in the Americas. Assigned to the Power and New Energy Healthcare team within Counterparty Risk Analysis, with flexibility to support other projects as needed.

Review credit requests from Front Office for completeness; interface with originators to obtain additional documents, projections, industry data, or other required information

About the Role:
The US Analyst position is available for a maximum of 2 years. The goal of the US Analyst program is to provide opportunities to the ideal candidate to build knowledge and experiences to qualify for a potential full-time position at the end of the two-year period, should the headcount allow within the division. Audit Functions – Business Lines and Support Function: The Audit Functions team performs risk-based audit coverage of Business Lines and Support Functions within the bank. They identify and report on strengths and weaknesses of the audited areas and analyze the root causes and consequences of the identified weaknesses, providing formal feedback and reporting audit findings pertaining to the control environments across the auditable entities. The team is responsible for the following:Assess the design and operating effectiveness of the areas in scope of the audits 
Execute audit work supported with sufficient audit workpapers, data and applicable documents in accordance with IGE methodology, regulatory requirements, and AIBL / IIA standards
Present audit conclusions to IGE management with clearly documented audit findings and recommendations, and present to the management of the audited unit
Keep the Lead Auditor in charge of the assignment/Local Head of Audit informed of the progress on the audit work assigned, and to escalate any issue that may impact/delay the project
Conduct recommendations follow-ups to monitor whether adequate corrective actions have been taken prior to submitting to Managers for closing the recommendations
Proper archiving of any supporting documentation, audit evidence and deliverables using the designated audit designated audit documentation tools

Responsibilities:
Help identify transactions fitting within the scope of activity and strategy of International Trade and Transaction banking team.
Help structure transactions and prepare term sheets and offers.
Preparation and submission of Business and Credit Committees in New York and Paris.
Ensure proper follow-up of transactions (issuance, funding, documentation etc...).
Ensure compliance with existing regulations and internal policy (KYC etc...)
Help with the disbursement process for ECA guaranteed transaction
Help develop each business line throughout the US market
Preparation of the product lines’ internal and external presentations

Qualifications:
Recent college graduate with a degree with Banking/Finance related internship experience
Have credit experience
Thorough knowledge in Microsoft Office
Good interpersonal and commercial skills
Team work / Strong work ethics
Initiatives, dynamism, effectiveness and commercial / technical skills in supporting its activities.
Fluent in English / Spanish would be a plus
Knowledge of VBA and Access would be a plus

Summary:
This role is part of the Americas Investment grade credit and ABS sales desk based in New York. Position

Overview:

The Global Referential Management division (GRM) is  part more globally of the Operation unit of OPC.

Under its scope of responsibilities, GRM is in charge of the Know Your Customer (KYC) due-diligences in collaboration with the Relationship Manager and the Financial Security.

We are currently looking for a KYC analyst to join our team in Singapore.

This is a 1-year contract position (with the possibility to be extended) where the Analyst will be part of the KYC Middle Office team, in coordination with the Front Office, the KYC Checkers and Financial Security.

The Analyst will be in charge of analyzing and updating KYC files.



Main responsibilities

·       Analyze client profile to determine the required KYC information as per procedure.
·       Analysis of existing documents, obtain the new documents if any changes are observed.
·       Collect or source the client information from the public sources.
·       Analysis of collected data, perform sanity check, liaise with relationship manager for further documents, information and confirmation.
·       Perform name screening and background checks.
·       Input client's data and upload documents into KYC system
·       Responsible to liaise with quality checkers and compliance teams for any issues.
·       To ensure the global quality of the KYC files according to the compliance rules.
·       To be part of department methods and process improvement by bringing an active contributor of the convergence program between Paris, London, New York and Singapore.
·       To conduct/review and analyze information procured and ensure that Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence for new account opening and maintenance of existing client accounts is in compliance with local regulations as well as the Bank's global procedure.
·       Ensure that the KYC Due Diligence package for client for new onboarding client or recertification of existing client is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
·       Team spirit and share knowledge, working within a team – with an adaptable &amp; flexible approach, coordinate &amp; guide with other stakeholders across the team and globe on KYC quires.
·       Ensure proper procurement, maintenance and updates of KYC Due Diligence documentation in the bank’s systems for reference and verification.

Qualifications and Profile

Must have

·       Ability to recognise important information and identify risks
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
An excellent verbal and written communication skill in English
Strong perseverance and diligence towards attaining goals and effective time management

Nice to have

A first experience in KYC (for corporate clients) would be considered as an asset (otherwise we will train you).
