To support the banks expanding business in the Americas and satisfy local regulatory requirements, we are seeking a candidate with 10+ years of Operational Risk Management experience in a Corporate and Investment Banking environment (strong knowledge of CIB products and services required). Experience with Commercial Banking activities (Trade Finance, Structured Finance/Secured Lending, Receivable/Supply Chain Finance) is required. Candidate should demonstrate proven capabilities in detailed incident analysis and management, Preparing Risks and Control Self-Assessments, Metric reporting (e.g., KRIs, KCIs), project management, control testing/design, preparing and organizing Operational Risk committees.

Strong governance, management, and leadership skills are essential (preparing and steering Operational Risk Committees, presenting risk assessments to senior leadership, leading cross-functional discussions, facilitating decision-making forums). Ability to lead change initiatives and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization required.

Primary Function:

Reporting remotely to the second-line (2LoD) CACIB Risk Function within CACIB NY Branch, the Senior Operational Risk Manager (ORM) will have management responsibility for monitoring, reporting, and surveillance of all business-line/support functions (BL/SF) within scope, including: incident/loss identification, control indicators/metrics, Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs), action plan monitoring, and governance/reporting.

This position also involves regional Operational Risk management responsibilities for Canada Branch and CASO (CA Services Operations) located in Montreal.

Depending on expertise and background, the ideal candidate will have familiarity with other non-financial risks such as Compliance, Cybersecurity, Third-Party Risk Management, and/or Data Quality/Governance.


Responsibilities:

Applying a risk-based approach, the ORM will work closely with the 1st Line of Defense (1LoD) to ensure:

Incident &amp; Loss Management
Ensure that Operational Risk Incidents and losses are recorded in Olimpia, escalated appropriately to key stakeholders, control gaps identified, and properly actioned. Attention to detail and CIB product understanding are critical for accurate and timely reporting.

Metrics &amp; Indicators
Identify, report, and ensure that Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Control Indicators (KCIs) adequately measure risks and control effectiveness. Ensure accurate and timely reporting with periodic coordination with Paris CACIB Head Office (HO) ORM team and BL/SF ORM teams. Manage local indicators and those required by HO in Olimpia and COSMOS.

Risk &amp; Control Self-Assessments (RCSA)
As 2LoD, periodically prepare, review, and effectively challenge the 1LoD (who own their RCSAs) to ensure accuracy and timely reporting of key processes, related risks, and associated controls.

Summary of the position/scope of work:

Scope of duties:

The Head of Workplace Service is responsible for

·       Ensuring that the IT Production activities regarding his perimeter are rightly performed by the team, complying with defined norms, standards, processes and procedures
·       On a day-to-day basis, ensuring that the planned KPI are met (incident management, request management, etc.)
·       Managing his yearly budget and forecasts (monthly)
·       Monitoring and pushing for improvement of the team productivity
·       Collaborate with global Workplace team in CA-GIP to align with Enterprise standards, strategies.
·       Set up standards for Workplace service in ISAP and ensure the implementation across ASIA

Summary
The Information Technology Risk Office (ITRO), within Risk Management and Control (RMC), is responsible for the end to end execution, coordination, challenge, and continuous enhancement of ICT risk management in alignment with Group standards and applicable regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
1.     ICT Risk Strategy &amp; Governance
·         Contribute to Group and Regional ICT risk management by monitoring and reporting ICT risk levels across local and regional information systems and processes
·         Prepare ICT risk reporting for management and governance bodies. Provide a local vision for ICT risk deliverables, reflecting regional IT environments and operational realities. 
·         Support alignment of ICT risks with business strategy and risk appetite
2.     ICT Risk Identification, Assessment &amp; Monitoring

Summary

Key Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Resilience Strategy Development
·       Develop and implement a comprehensive operational and cyber resiliency strategy aligned with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
·       Define resilience objectives, key risk indicators (KRIs), key performance indicators (KPIs), key control indicators (KCIs) and other relevant metrics to measure the effectiveness of resiliency programs.
·       Collaborate with senior leadership to embed resilience principles into business and technology processes.

3. Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BC/DR)
·       Develop and maintain enterprise-wide business continuity and disaster recovery plans, ensuring readiness to sustain critical business operations during disruptions.
·       Conduct regular BC/DR testing, audits, and training sessions to validate effectiveness and improve preparedness.
·       Work closely with technology teams to ensure recovery time objectives (RTOs) and recovery point objectives (RPOs) are met for critical systems.

The Director- Compliance Coordination and Regulatory Affairs is a senior role within the Compliance Team responsible for the following functions:
Regulatory Engagement &amp; Examination ManagementServe as Compliance primary point of contact for U.S. regulatory agencies during examinations, inquiries, and ongoing supervisory activities;
Coordinate and manage end-to-end regulatory examinations, including preparation, document production, regulatory meetings, and remediation efforts;

Main Responsibilities:
Originate by taking the lead on marketing efforts, drafting financing proposals / pitch books, researching business opportunities in specific sectors, and performing other commercial duties to report on clients’ meetings.
Direct involvement in the structuring, execution, closing and distribution of project finance transactions (including advisory mandates occasionally) in Latin America, including but not limited to: assistance in negotiation of term sheets / transaction documents, review and creation of financial models, review of due diligence (in coordination with lawyers, independent engineers, insurance advisor, accounting and tax advisors, and all necessary tasks involved in closing and funding successfully transactions.
Lead the internal credit process under the supervision of a transaction director and with the support of more junior team members. The candidate will be responsible for developing a thorough credit application and ensure a smooth review process with credit officers until approval;   
Become familiar with the bank’s internal systems and procedures necessary to successfully process and close project finance transactions.
Contribute to the integrity and accuracy of the bank’s data in our systems.    
Communicate efficiently and professionally with clients, on all aspects of a transaction during the execution process all the way to funding.
In coordination with our Head of Portfolio, support the monitoring of risks and opportunities in the portfolio: assist in negotiating complex waivers, review and sign-off on annual reviews prepared by the more junior team members, identify financing optimization opportunities and maintain dialogue open with the sponsors of the project companies;

·       resources, tools and project management:  asking adequate compliance infrastructure, tools and staffing levels to ensure an effective Compliance function;

Summary
