Vous intégrerez la direction Global IT de Crédit Agricole CIB présent dans les principaux pays d'Europe, d'Asie-Pacifique, du Moyen-Orient, et d'outre-Atlantique.
Global IT (GIT) regroupe l’ensemble des départements IT en charge du développement et de l’exploitation du système d’information et des infrastructures technologiques de la Banque.
Vous intégrerez une équipe de maîtrise d’œuvre et développement pour accompagner au quotidien les différents métiers de la banque pendant tout le cycle de vie des projets. Vous serez amené à travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de Maîtrise d’ouvrage, les équipes de Production et les équipes de Support de Crédit Agricole CIB.
Selon l'équipe que vous intégrerez, vous travaillerez sur l'une de ces stacks techniques : Java, SQL, DevOps, Full Stack, C#, ou ReactJS. Les langages listés ici ne sont donnés qu’à titre d’exemple et ne sont pas exhaustifs.

Au sein du Département, Property &amp; Corporate Services, en charge de la gestion du patrimoine immobilier pour le compte de Crédit Agricole CIB en France et à l’international, vous rejoindrez le pôle Property &amp; Workplace Management (PWM). Ce pôle contribue à l'élaboration et la mise en œuvre de la stratégie immobilière mondiale de CACIB, dont les implantations sont situées sur les cinq continents, notamment au cœur des places financières mondiales (NY, Londres, Paris, Hong-Kong, Tokyo, Singapour...).

L’équipe PWM est au cœur des projets et garant du respect de la stratégie immobilière du groupe CACIB, elle pilote et instruit les dossiers relatifs aux projets immobiliers (analyse d’étude de marché, d’implantation, financière, juridique) en vue de leur présentation au Comité des Projets Immobiliers (CPIM), présidé par le DGA de CACIB.


Concrètement vos missions seront les suivantes : 

Contribuer à l'élaboration de la stratégie immobilière de CACIB dans le cadre du Schéma Directeur Immobilier en coordonnant les différents intervenants du projet (architectes, maitres d’œuvres, cabinets de conseils, brokers, bailleurs, avocats, etc.).
Participer à l'élaboration des dossiers relatifs aux projets immobiliers à travers une étude de stay vs moove (renégociations, déménagements, ouvertures / fermetures d’implantations, achats / ventes), en vue de leur présentation au CPIM pour validation définitive du projet.
Contribuer au suivi de la mise en œuvre des projets immobiliers, en lien avec les experts pluridisciplinaires du Siège et les équipes locales à l’international.
Contribuer à l’études et au conseil à la rédaction d'actes et de baux dans le cadre des prescriptions de l’équipe juridique :
Contrat de maîtrise d'œuvre ou d'assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage,
Bail commercial, convention de sous-location (de la conclusion à la résiliation), Acte d'achat ou de vente, Protocole d'accord
Contrôler la mise à jour des référentiels de données (bases de données patrimoniales).

Au sein du département Capital Markets IT (CMI) de Global IT (GIT) qui gère le système d'information des activités de marchés de capitaux (pre-trade, post-trade, risques), la filière Transversal GMD &amp; MCR couvre le développement, la maintenance et le support de solutions de gestion du risque de marché et du risque de contrepartie sur les opérations de marché.
Ces données dans un environnement orienté cloud, le contrôle de qualité de données basées entre autres, sur de l’intelligence artificielle. Les équipes CMI sont réparties entre Paris, Londres, New York, Hong-Kong et Singapour.
Dans un environnement en constante évolution, vous participerez au développement d'une solution data platform (i.e. data market place)
 Contexte : Vous participerez au déploiement des données risques de marché et de contrepartie dans la data platform de Capital Market (i.e. data market place). Cette plateforme vise à exposer des data products fiables et gouvernés via une data marketplace, dans un environnement hybride (AWS et on-premise).
Concrètement vos missions seront les suivantes :

Contribuer à la préparation, à l’industrialisation et au déploiement des data products de risques de marché et de contrepartie dans la data marketplace, à partir de données hébergées sur AWS et en environnement on-premise ;
Participer à la mise en place du framework de gestion des data products de la data platform (gouvernance, cycle de vie, qualité, documentation) ;
Se baser sur des approches basées sur l’IA (Agentic, MCP,..) lorsque pertinent ;
Contribuer à l’intégration de la plateforme avec le TSDL (API Marketplace) afin de faciliter la consommation des données par les utilisateurs et les systèmes aval ;
Collaborer avec les équipes data, IT et métiers pour comprendre les besoins, garantir la qualité des données et contribuer à l’amélioration continue de la plateforme.

Au sein d’IOS, le département ICA est la Direction des Systèmes d’information de CASA Entité Sociale, responsable de la conception, du développement, de la maintenance des applications du système d’information de l’Entité et des principaux projets communautaires.

Vous serez rattaché(e) au département ICA/CIO Office, Architecture, Référentiel et Qualité, au sein de l’équipe ICAR. Cette équipe initialement dédiée à l’urbanisation du SI au niveau des référentiels élargie son périmètre avec le Green IT et la gestion, le suivi et le contrôle des Risques IT.

Suite à une extension du périmètre de responsabilité au sein de l’équipe ICAR, vos missions seront les suivantes :
Elaboration d'un plan de communication sensibilisation à destination des collaborateurs d’ICA sur les deux nouvelles activités,

Réalisation des différents supports de communication sensibilisation (flyer, message, présentation etc.),

Réalisation de tutos (formation) ainsi qu'un support de formation,

Invention des événements autour des nouvelles activités en présentiel et à distance,

Réalisation de deux Sharepoints dédiés concentrant toutes les informations sur le sujet.

SUMMARY:

Group Overview:

Third Party Risk Management Program is a process of governance to protect the bank from any potential risks of service suppliers and numerous elements are assessed including Business Continuity, Cybersecurity, Financials and Sanctions, etc. It mainly covers third party inherent risk identification, due diligence assessments, risk mitigation plan and on-going monitoring.

Summary:
This position is to assist the TPRM Manager while working closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage and mitigate supplier risk.

Key Responsibilities:
Actively participate in all aspects of the Third Party Risk Management (“TPRM”) department and the continued evolution of the program, including automation initiatives and use of third party resources to improve the quality and efficiency of our risk assessment and mitigation processes.
Assist with the Third Party Risk supplier risk assessment processes including following up with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure suppliers that have been on-boarded, have been on-boarded correctly, and that all supplier / relationship fields have been populated correctly. 
Validate that all vendor &amp; beneficial ownership sanction screenings have been performed according to policy and have been uploaded into the TPRM tool.
Assists with the Third Party Risk Management Steering Committee presentation deck and other presentations to senior management and committees
Update and manage the TPRM system as it pertains to third party risk assessments to ensure complete documentation, timely assessments, and accurate and valid supplier data.
Perform quality assurance checks of the data in the TPRM tool by utilizing Excel, e.g., filters, sorting, pivot tables, vlookup functionality, etc. 
Create and track issues in TPRM Caution / Watch lists to address supplier concerns raised during the risk assessment process or by stakeholders, i.e., activity managers.
Maintain the annual on-going monitoring of the inherent risk questionnaire (“IRQ”) launch schedule, and ensure due diligence questionnaires are launched when required.
This position will work with the manager of the Third Party Risk Management team to help build out the quality assurance function within the department.
Perform Internet research on third-parties as necessary
Assist other GSP members in managing sourcing activities in relation to supplier evaluation and on boarding
Provide support on supplier on-boarding, monitoring, and off-boarding

Au sein de l’Inspection Générale de Crédit Agricole CIB (IGE), vous rejoindrez l’équipe Méthodes et Support qui est composée de 7 personnes et sous la responsabilité de la Knowledge Manager.

Concrètement vos missions seront les suivantes :

Formation et développement RH : 
Participer à la construction et au déploiement des actions de formation des plans de développement des compétences.
Contribuer à la mise à jour du référentiel des compétences.
Participer au déploiement d’une politique de relations écoles et au développement des parcours d'intégration.
Analyser les données RH pour identifier les tendances et améliorer les processus.
Participer aux différents projets portés par le service et à l’amélioration continue des processus internes.
Recrutement : 
Organiser et gérer des entretiens de recrutement.
Assurer l'accueil et l'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs de l’entreprise.
Assurer le suivi du reporting sur les sujets relatifs au développement RH et au recrutement.

Communication Interne/Animation événements : 
Contribuer à l’organisation des événements internes (un séminaire d’entreprise et des réunions trimestrielles pour 130 collaborateurs de la France et de l’international).
Concevoir des supports de communication : présentations, e-mailings, rapports etc…
Contribuer à la production de la Newsletter interne diffusée à l’ensemble des collaborateurs de la fonction.
Participer à la mise à jour et à un projet de refonte de l’intranet sur SharePoint.

Summary

The candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently managing the Standby LC process &amp; its corresponding activities (eg: billing, payments, etc) as part of daily job role.

Responsibilities:
Ensure that letter of credit transactions is in conformity with client instructions, UCP Publication 600/ISP98, and the Bank’s credit/ compliance procedures.
Ensure timely processing of sensitive transactions and report to management any unusual or intricate transactions requiring review, discussion and or approval.
Ensure that letter of credit contains relevant supporting documentation i.e. copy of executed letter of credit / amendments and completed compliance checklist, when required.
Ensure timely disbursement of funds, as required for LC drawings, and record transaction through the banks accounting system (ACBS) for accurate accounting and reporting.
Prepare and generate invoices for clients (corporates), ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and generate swift messages for CACIB branches or Third Party Banks through core processing system (TI+ system) for claiming periodic and past-dues commission, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Billing through invoices for corporates and swift messages for banks are primarily for Standby Letter of Credit (SBLCs) transactions. Good understanding of SBLC product, workflow, parties involved, etc is essential for billing process.
Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.
Verify billing data and reconcile accounts. 
Respond to pending inquiries and discrepancies raised by clients, banks and internal stakeholders. 
Process payments received from clients and banks in the wash &amp; nostro accounts, ensuring accurate posting to the appropriate accounts.
Prepare funds transfer memo &amp; seek FX contracts (if needed) in order to effect payments out to CACIB branches or Third Party Banks. 
Track outstanding fees and follow-up on unpaid items from clients and banks.
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of billing transactions consistent with clients and banks records.

Summary
This position is a manager role, requiring strong management and leadership skills, and includes responsibility for staff training and development. Key Responsibilities – Sales

Develop relationships with loan portfolio investors and identify, target, and solicit new investors;
Maintain a regular dialogue with investors in terms of their appetite and requirements, lead market soundings (where borrower approval has been received), and communicate market feedback to DAR Syndicate teams and internal stakeholders;

Maintain awareness of all economic and financial data likely to affect the products being marketed.
Key Responsibilities – Secondary Loan Trading
Coordinate and oversee SLT activity in Americas, including marketing, execution, and settlement of any secondary loan trades (including minimum loan exposure (“MLE”) and overholds);
Coordinate with DAR Syndicate teams, CLF, ERA, and Corporate/Sponsor Coverage to facilitate single asset and portfolio sales, loan trading, as well as any reverse inquiries on loan purchase opportunities in the secondary market;
Set price for secondary loan sales and overhold positions, and execute loan trades (loan settlements);
Support the Bank’s active management of RWA, loans with deteriorating credit (watchlist), and distressed loans;
