About the Summer Analyst Internship:

Summary of the role
The position's responsibilities include the following: providing primarily support to the Data team within the Compliance Transversal Teams in the various data, reporting or IT initiatives involving or led by the Compliance Division.

Key Responsibilities
 In collaboration with stakeholders throughout the Compliance Division organization, assist in the development of automated solutions, policies, and procedures.

EIG Latin America: EIG LatAm is the regional platform for the Energy &amp; Infrastructure Group (within ERA) in Latin America. As such, the team covers all sectors for EIG, notably: Power, Infrastructure, Mining and Oil &amp; Gas (midstream and select downstream). Real Estate International: Credit analysis for Commercial Real Estate structure transactions for a portfolio of customers and prospects of the Real Estate, Lodging &amp; Gaming Group. This group performs tasks necessary for securing credit approvals, documentation review, and administration of all credit exposures (single asset financings, portfolio financings, corporate financings and other derivatives/structured deals).

Shipping and Intermodal: The Shipping Group coverage is based on a “product neutral” approach to solve client needs leveraging on the respective product lines of the bank (ECM, DCM, Securitization, Corp. Finance, etc…). It entails debt origination, including managing a debt financing mandate from first client contact, negotiating and structuring a full term sheet, preparing and submitting a loan application based on a rigorous risk analysis of the project, seeing the application through the credit process, and then documenting and closing the debt facility with the support of external legal advisers.

The Corporate Origination team originates, structures, and distributes syndicated loans and bilateral facilities for corporate clients within the Americas. The Leveraged, Acquisition and Telecom Finance Group (“LATFG”) originates leveraged finance solutions for financial sponsors and corporates through leveraged loans and high yield bonds, as well as acquisition finance opportunities across the bank, and structured telecom transactions. There is a dedicated Latin America (“LatAm”) franchise, which originates, structures and distributes loan product for Latin and South America. Finally, the Fund Solutions Group (“FSG”) provides loan and liquidity solutions to financial sponsors at the fund level. CLF is seeking students in their penultimate year with an interest in Investment Banking and debt financing more specifically. CLF provides a full array of financing solutions for corporate clients and financial sponsors. The team originates, structures and distributes investment grade and leveraged debt financings, including investment grade and leveraged loans, high yield bonds, and bridge financings across general corporate and various structured finance sectors. Role: Global Investment Banking (GIB) Mergers and Acquisition and Equity Capital Markets Summer Intern 2026

Credit Agricole CIB Americas is currently looking for interns for its GIB New York Office. As an intern, you will work on a variety of transactions and take on significant responsibilities. You will have the opportunity to be involved on a wide range of organizations and play an important role in the team’s day to day activity. You will work on the origination and execution of Mergers &amp; Acquisitions (M&amp;A) and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions. 

Within the M&amp;A team, you will be involved on a wide range of cross-border transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, demergers and leveraged buyouts, for regional and international clients. 

In addition, you will assist the ECM team in advising, structuring and executing a range of equity and equity-linked offerings, including IPOs, follow-ons, ATMs, convertible bonds, share repurchases, for major corporations looking to access the public markets.
